One of These Useful Lights Didn't Work Right

what's up guys in this video we are going to be checking out two new lights one is called the book reading light early reading book lighting another is hug light and people like lights so here i am with the lights sharing with you guys and what is this thing supposed to do this is the book reading light but how is it this is light rotatable okay and what is this thing okay button and it is locked and what does this do usb for charging okay bunch of stuff going on here and where does the book cover go okay right here so even though it looks simple actually it took me a while to like figure out all the elements that are here and also is this just for cover yes just for the cover because when you close it it becomes locked so you can't press it like even if you want and this part can't move it so it's a protection for the power on button to avoid accidentally turning it on and let me get the other one out first and when you need to charge it just open it up and just plug it into something laptop or something power bank charger and what is this this is the light very it's not a premium light i bought it i mean you get what you invest in so keep your expectations balanced this is the light part this is the head part you have the tiny little cheap foam to protect it this is adjustable part i think if i am right right i should be able to pull it out like this and same with this one so this part is flexible and then have the type a to type c cable to charge it right that should be pretty much it right and so we have the two lights here we have this one we'll plug it in it i think is waterproofing because this kind of ceiling is for waterproofing splash and water resistance you have this one for on off and what is this for and what is this for we will test it out so let's start with the first one like this one the book reading one and let me turn off the lights and catch a book to test it out because of course it's a book reading light and since it is book reading light we will of course test it on a book although you can test it without a book so first this light is flexible open up down right so this part is flexible let's put it right here like this and let me turn it on where is the lock this is the lock and you can adjust the light can i increase it okay yeah for book reading i think it's quite good even for other things like writing you can use it let's open up the book and you will install it something like this right let the page go through it if i'm right right but maybe like this like very bottom we can check the pictures to make sure but i think something like this and is it maximum three three levels one two three i still have other lights on let me turn those off as well because only then we can test it out thoroughly we need to make sure that it actually lets you read so all the lights are off right now and this is what you are saying and yes i can definitely read it and very easily read it so uh it helps you in areas where you don't have a lot of night light at the night or something like that and if you are for example moving camping you may need something like this to read or write it doesn't make sense for all uh it's i think in these this age this is a very niche scenario but there are still people out there that need these kind of focused light that are low on electricity or camping or something like that so having it still makes sense but very niche very niche and yes you can read it without any issues it's warm which is actually better for reading and you can use it for other purposes as well i'm not sure how much battery life is claimed as part of it but i think it should last you at least a few hours usually because it's not a very powerful light so it shouldn't exhaust the battery a lot in a way that you think and this usb is a little weak or maybe i did not install it properly okay i did not install it properly it's not weak and see even for you i think you should be able to see the words and it's not a low light you can adjust it let me turn on the lights and another thing is charging let's do a quick charging test as well let me get something something something oh something i forgot to mention or not i just found out it also has a like a cool light as well so this is cool one that's i think it it is triggered by double tap how does it change this is white light how did i even trigger it long press so when it is turned on press long to shift from oh and it has three different levels it's warm this one is warm this is daylight this is cool light blue cool light so it has three modes that actually i just found out myself but nice you have all the modes here and let's do a quick test of its charging if we can i have a power bank here and if i plug it in it should start charging and it is charging right here right here right here okay there you go focus focus focus there you go so it's charging you just take it in and you're good to go nice little light very nice scenario but still nice to have let's install it because it keeps it locked so that you don't actually accidentally trigger it let's move to the next one this is a headlight i will show you by wearing it in a bit but first let's check it out let's turn it on first okay the light is good no doubt about that this is blinking to get attention and this is full mode then you have the light mode and blinking mode so three modes these indicators are for how much battery is there i think and they are full in total so it is full i'm assuming what is this nothing and what is this and what's the difference both buttons seems to be doing the same thing for me let's press it does long press do anything what does it has gesture oh what oh sorry i forgot even though i ordered because sometimes gets me sometime to actually bring it to the channel so it's actually a sensor based light not so bad actually let's increase the light this is the maximum so if i do like this actually i need to i think this button press actually controls that oh cool cool so if i if i bring back will it turn off okay if i do it like this yes nice not bad at and even though i even i am surprised whether it's a capability to turn on with the sensor even though i ordered it so that means i knew it when i was ordering it and still i forgot about it let's install it and show you how it looks on my head can i rotate it freely i should be able to rotate it right let's see let me see can i not not really but i should be able to rotate it i mean it makes sense that i should be able to rotate it why would i keep it locked also when i'm wearing it what the heck okay let's see okay so it is not rotatable but it should be rotatable otherwise how will i wear it i mean i would wear something like this and this area will i mean i would be wearing it like this right and so light should look like this so like this but instead it looks like this am i missing something here anyone on here it looks it is 5 watt led and it looks straight then what is it that i'm doing wrong the heck either you need to rotate or you need to rotate at least one of you need to do something otherwise i would simply break it let me figure it out so i'm back and i have bad news and news is that i wasn't able to make it work there is no documentation whatsoever i mean there is this one paper it doesn't say much there is this drawing which again doesn't say much because what it is showing and what is there is different right so let me show you what i bought and look at it the smooth texture and everything this and look at this one it is not the same texture and everything i mean this one is more polished and looks more solid then it also says that it has a red light which i am unable to like find and it does not say how to activate it touch massager is there sorry touch massager sorry the sensor then it says this is how you assemble it for example let's come here this is how you assemble it this part comes out you put it then tighten up but there is no such part here just look at this one and look at this one there is no part to come out of it i thought maybe this one will come out i tried pulling it nothing tried rotating it the only way i was able to find to rotate is if i pull this rubber seal out and then install it like this then you can rotate it but then it does not stand here it goes back see so i mean with a hack sorry with a hack i can probably lock it right here make it usable it's not that difficult or you can just apply glue and just fix it but right now it is not working for me and yeah i am unable to make it work the one that is shown and the one that i received are a bit different there is no other thing to like lock it here and i am also unable to like find out how to trigger the red light so probably this model does not have a red light but still let's long press it nothing happens let's double press it nothing happens so usually long press or double press is the key let's long press the sensor one i mean if it is red light it should be either of these buttons nothing is happening double press nothing is happening but light itself is good and even with the plastic i would have made it work it's like once you start wearing it it doesn't matter but this is a big issue because i can't lock it in i mean it stays there and then zooms past it or if you put in the rubber seal back then it does not move at all so maybe one of you guys will let me know but i feel like more it's probably the wrong model i mean it's the one the product that they have sent me and the product i should have received are different but even if it is different it should have worked well something feels but i have tried and plastic is so cheap that if i push it a bit more it will break well there you have it i mean it's also fun to sometimes share things that don't work out i feel like the viewers enjoy a lot when it actually doesn't work out they find it fun so here we are with this one but so the video wasn't total disaster right how do we frame at the end so that you guys can even see the thumbnail and everything okay this one is the book reading light and
