Alycia Parks vs Dalma Galfi 2026 Linz Round 1 WTA Match Highlights

And that is a part of the Parkes game that he's really underrated. Now that's very good play from Parkes. Oh that is a delicious touch. Good volley. Calmly done by Galfi. Oh a beautiful strike. The forehand has been glorious. Now Galfi takes it. The backhand of Parkes has been the weaker side and it's dumped into the net and Galfi has the first set on the board in 40 minutes. Six games to three. Galfi will indeed start set two. Oh that is some touch again. Well played behind Parkes. Just just flicking the line. Oh wow took all the pace off the Parkes return. Oh well played. Went down the narrow side down the line there. Galfi comes through another service game where Parkes is threatened but not converted. It'll really hurt Parkes if she loses this game. Galfi has had the lion's share of opportunities to hold it. Oh that's well placed. That was a tricky one to deal with for Parkes off the net court. Lovely pass. Parkes just left the door open. She looks absolutely dressed for Lalitia Parkes. Seals it. With eights up before. And down by Galfi. The quarterfinal is the last time she played here in Linz is into round two. She was far more efficient with break points when they came along. And that's the difference between the two players. Galfi converted more break points than Parkes. Simple as that. Parkes had six chances none taken. Galfi three from six. Gets through 6-3, 6-3 in just shy of an hour and 40.
