In this video: these are the 6 most fundamental and easiest ways I think just about everyone can become more productively in their lives, hobbies, work, and/or businesses through AI. We'll cover a number of tools, processes, and platforms I think fit into that bucket. More of a beginner-oriented video if you aren't too deep into AI to date! Hope y'all enjoy.
AI has probably made me five times more productive and single handedly doubled my yearly income.
And across the board, we're seeing insane statistics, whereas individual entrepreneurs
and professionals and small teams and big companies are getting these radical productivity
gains out of artificial intelligence tools. But that's not evenly distributed. And if you're
watching this and you have not seen those kind of productivity gains in your personal life and work,
then this video is for you. For example, there's a tool I'm going to share in a few minutes,
which is mind-blowingly good, stunning. It replaces probably 60% of knowledge,
kind of white-collar work in the U.S. economy. And this is how many people use it compared to
ChakGPT, which is 30 times worse. And so in this video, I just wanted to sit down and share some
of my material. Hey, here's the platform, here's the workflow, here's the process, tips, and tools
so that you can literally overnight after watching this video tomorrow, if tomorrow's a workday,
use to become more productive with AI. I do not mean this satirically. I have a hundred percent
faith that if you don't use AI all the time and you watch this video, at least one of these things
is going to make you 10, 20, 30% more productive on a day-to-day basis. If you want, you can use
that extra time or that output to work less because now you have more time, or you can use
it to get more done. That's up to you. I'm just the messenger here. And that in mind, this isn't
going to be a super visual video. I want it to be more relaxed. So what I suggest, go do some dishes,
go on a walk, plug in some headphones, listen to this on one and a half x-speed, take some notes,
and then tomorrow get down to work in changing your work life. I feel like I'm hyping this up
too much. I'm usually more relaxed, but I'm really not hyping this up too much. Anyway, I am spilling
too much. Let's sit down and get into the video. Now guys, before we continue, I want to share an
update about my favorite AI design platform. And that update is Lovart Skills. Now, if you're not
familiar, Lovart is based upon the idea that AI shouldn't just be able to generate images, but
actually deliver the complete workflows from concept to finished production and commercial
ready assets all across multiple content formats. And that is the gap between image generators and
actual design agents, just like those on the Lovart platform. And since launch, they've grown
to over 10 million professionals on the platform and over $80 million in ARR. And that's adoption
primarily across design teams, media agencies, advertisers, and then e-commerce, branding,
marketing, and content professionals, many of whom from this YouTube channel. And that in mind,
Lovart Skills are workflow-level design capabilities distilled from years of real-world
design practice. That is visual structure, aesthetic judgments, and execution logic
packaged into something that you can use immediately. And so here are how Lovart Skills
actually work in practice. First, you select a skill based on what you're creating. That could
be things like brand visuals, product packaging, marketing brochures, social media assets, Amazon
listings, logo designs, or storyboards. And each skill is built for a specific design workflow.
Then number two, the skill handles the complete process. So not just one image,
but a complete set of deliverables. For example, if you want to brand visual,
expand it into posters, social media posts, ad creatives, multiple sizes,
and ratios, then Lovart can generate all of that with visual consistency and from just one prompt.
And then number three, exclusive editing features let you refine images precisely.
You have touch edit, where you command click or control click on any part of an image to modify
it. And then multi-step edits are executed precisely in one interaction. Then you have
text edit, where you can rewrite or adjust artistic lettering naturally while keeping
the exact same typography, shape, font, and texture. And then number three, you have edit
elements where you can modify individual object precisely. For example, redesigning backgrounds,
changing text fonts and colors, or restyling elements as separate layers. And so here are
four concrete examples of what Lovart Skills can deliver. Number one, you have an Amazon product
listing kit where you can upload a product photo and Lovart will generate a full set of high
fidelity product images on white backgrounds. Everything ready to perform in Amazon with
not just one image, but the complete listing just from one prompt. Number two is brand visual
expansion. So you start with a key visual and Lovart expands it into posters, social media posts,
ad creatives, different sizes and aspect ratios, and all with consistent brand style. Number three
is logo and brand design. So you can generate many professional logo designs or versions with
consistent applications across stationary packaging and environments to build a complete
cohesive brand identity, as opposed to getting one logo file from an image generator. And number
four are social media visual assets. So you can design high impact graphics and multi-side
carousels with intelligent UI safe zones and engagement hooks formatted correctly for Instagram,
LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. In sum, you get a complete set of assets, not just one image,
all of which are commercial grade. And so you can see the quality there. That's why 10 million
professionals rely on Lovart. And if you work in design or social media, trust me, you will not
regret trying Lovart. And better yet, you can try it completely for free, zero risk. And the link
to do that is Lovart.ai or the link in the description. Again, you can try all of that
completely risk-free. It takes 10 seconds to sign up and I promise you won't regret it. Out of mind,
let's get back to the video. Okay. The first super easy thing you can do relates to any kind of
content, any media that you use or create in your day-to-day work or life for your business,
for your job. And by that, I mean a slideshow, a format, a type of email, a DM, literally anything
that is custom and is a type of media or piece of content. Then what I want you to do is install the
Claude desktop app and then go to the Claude co-work tab. And this is the tool I mentioned
that is literally a hundred times less usage than OpenAI, but trust me, it'll blow your mind. So I
want you to go to Claude co-work. Then for that process, what you're going to do is you're going
to upload a hundred or as many as you can prior examples of that thing. For example, let's say
you're a salesperson and you make a new deck every time you have a new customer meeting. It's the
same kind of deck, but there are custom elements in the deck. What I want you to do is go find the
50 previous decks you made and give them to Claude co-work. And then the next time you need to make
that custom thing, instead of going in manually, creating the slideshow or the document or the
report or the email yourself, go to that Claude co-work project. And Claude now understands your
references. Specifically go to the Opus 4.6 model and then say, Hey, I'm working on another one of
these. And for any custom information that is internal, that it cannot go Google or finds,
or already knows, just put that in the message. Like say, Hey, I'm pitching them on this service
for this amount of money. And then just say, build it for me. And again, trust me, whether
it's Excel, whether it's any kind of spreadsheet presentation, document work, anything, content,
or media, it will be done for you. It will be done for you in two minutes. Sometimes you have
to put a little bit more effort into that so that it actually knows what you're talking about. But
that right there is absolutely the lowest hanging fruit. If you have not tried co-work, if you do
not use this for the type of media that you create, in most cases, there are some exclusions,
but in most cases, at this point, you're just wasting your time. Okay. Number two relates to
any kind of visual graphics and kind of media that you need to create. So let's say you need
an image, a logo, whatever it may be, that's visual. What I want you to do is go to the website,
lovar.ai. You can create a free account. So just literally do this the next time you need something
visual for work, and then just tell the agent what it is that you want. If there's any information
that is custom or a reference image or video, just upload it to LoVar. And LoVar, again,
on a free account, what the agent is going to do, it's going to pick the model. It's going to create
the thing. And trust me, that too will blow your mind. You won't have to put four seconds of effort
into Canva or Photoshop or anything to go ahead and do this yourself. It will just be done for
you. And once you try these things, which you can for free, it takes 20 seconds. They'll blow your
mind and you won't want to go back. Okay. So those first two are content or media. And then the
second one relates to visual media or graphics. This third one is data. A lot of you watch in
this for your work. You're going to work in spreadsheets, with Excel, with some kind of
database. Guys, if you have not tried a sophisticated frontier AI tool that works with
spreadsheets or with data, you are, I can nearly guarantee, wasting many, many hours per week of
your time. So what I want you to do, go back to CloudCowork, which hopefully, if you follow
through on step one, you have. Think of any process you do with a spreadsheet that's just
internal. It's something filling in numbers, it's doing research, it's building financial
reports, whatever it may be. Upload what you normally start with. Ask the agent to do it for
you. And this is Opus 4.6 model within Cloud Desktop. And I guarantee that'll blow your mind.
It'll save you. I don't know how many countless hours. Okay. Those last three are more general
processes. These next one are specific kind of SOPs to use in your day-to-day or week-to-week
work life. Now, the first one is, any time that you or your team are brainstorming or you're
coming up with ideas, at some point, just feed some of those ideas into a chatbot. And I highly
recommend don't use OpenAI for this. Use any of the other leading ones. And just say, hey,
what are your ideas? That's super easy, super low-hanging fruit. And the probability that
these models come up with at least one thing you hadn't thought of, or one thing that's actually
useful, is very, very high. And that thing, again, is free and take 20 seconds to do. That
should, by default, be a part of your standard workflow or your team's workflows nowadays.
Now, number five ties into this as well. And the SOP here is, once per week, I want you to take as
much reference material about your week, your work week, as you have. It could be emails,
it could be documents, could be reports. Essentially, just what you or what your team
did that week. All the data you can. It could be Slapchats, could be emails, could be meetings.
Plug it into an AI, and then ask the AI to spot ideas, errors, and or opportunities. Now,
the more data here, the better, pending data security and data security in mind. And again,
I promise you, if you repeatedly do this, they will come up with ideas for you to become more
productive. They'll spot things you miss. There's a whole world there. And over time, as these
systems get to know you and your business and what you're doing, then that just compounds,
and they will become even better at doing that thing, spotting those ideas, errors,
opportunities for you. Okay, number six. I think I mentioned this on X one time, but just to say it
here. Next time you want to learn something or you need to learn something for work, it could be
about a certain market. It could be about a company, an idea, a process, a technology. Don't
sit there Googling it. Do not get a book. I want you to install the OpenAI app and say, hey, I want
to learn about this thing. Let's have a conversation. I'm going to ask you questions. You explain
things. You tell me what questions I should ask. I'll ask what questions I have, and we'll spend
an hour or two just talking through this so I can become an expert. And then go on a walk,
go to the grocery store, have your AirPods, your headphones in. You'll just look like you're having
a conversation. And it is genuinely like having a world-class teacher in your pocket. And a lot
of people use, for example, ChatGPT, which even I think there are much better ones. I made a video
too about what to use each chatbot model for. But the portion of people that have used the voice mode
or use it consistently is like less than 1% of that amount. So again, if you have not tried this,
literally the next time you need to learn something for work, for fun, follow that exact process.
Download the app, try voice mode, have a conversation for an hour. Anyway, that is my spiel
for the day. I hope you got something out of this. If you're an AI expert, maybe none of this was
useful to you. But for the rest of us, I will die on the sword of if you do one or multiple or all
of those six things, you will see double-digit productivity gains guaranteed. And as an economist,
productivity gains make me very, very happy. Out of mind, I appreciate you all for being here.
Happy Valentine's Day, and I will see you in the next one. Cheers.
