In this video: I share how I set up Multiple Etsy Accounts so they run reliably for real work. I explain when it actually makes sense (separate brands/niches/regions), how to create and manage shops independently from location, and how to collaborate by sharing access without giving out passwords (roles/permissions). You’ll see a clean workflow: one browser profile per shop, consistent IP/location, unique logins and payment details, clear shop policies, and tidy listing rules to avoid duplicates and flags. No hacks – just a practical way to run Multiple Etsy Accounts every day.
Hope y'all find the video useful!

I do NOT sell any products of my own. Watch out for scams.
So guys, for most of you that work in e-commerce,
you probably have multiple stores
or at least a lot of different accounts
across these multiple e-commerce
and different store builder platforms.
And you also probably, if you've been in this space
for a while, have woken up to one suspension email
or another, whether it's an advertising account
or Shopify or who knows what platform,
you wake up, your accounts are locked,
something got flagged,
and you weren't doing anything shady,
you were just running multiple accounts
or stores from the same computer.
That's a super common problem.
And if it hasn't happened to you at some point,
if you stick around in the e-commerce space,
it probably will.
And that's the problem that I wanna show you
how to solve in this video, right?
This is 2026.
These platforms are on top of it.
And generally they don't like people,
especially with platforms like Facebook for ads,
running multiple accounts.
And so you will get flagged, you will get shut down.
And not because you did anything wrong,
but because some people who emulate those patterns
are genuine bad actors in some parts of the world.
So we're gonna talk through why exactly this happens,
why obvious solutions like VPNs or incognito mode
don't actually work,
and then how exactly you can solve this once and for all.
That's gonna be the video, let's go.
So again, if you're testing multiple products or brands,
you by default are gonna have dozens of logins
across a whole range of different platforms and tools.
And again, that's exactly where a lot of stores
and entrepreneurs get into trouble.
And there's basically four ways that those platforms
track you and kind of figure out those accounts,
which may be under different names or emails or logins.
Number one is device fingerprinting.
So when you log into a website,
they're not just tracking things
like your username and password.
They're tracking things like screen resolution
and the fonts you've installed, right?
And browser plugins, GPUs, the time zone,
the language setting, the canvas fingerprint.
It's dozens of data points
that effectively create a unique signature for your device,
even if they don't have something like your IP address.
But then method number two is your IP address.
Oftentimes, geolocation and your IP
are gonna be cross-referenced with your account details.
So if you're supposed to be a US-based seller,
but maybe you're in Vietnam,
or maybe you're just on vacation in Bali or Dubai,
then that's a flag.
And if three unrelated stores
are logging in from the same IP address,
that's a pretty obvious red flag for them.
And then number three is cookies and local storage.
So even if you log out of one account
and then log into another,
your browser will keep cookies
and tracking data that links those sessions together.
And so platforms can see that account A and account B
were accessed just from the same browser session.
And then four, advanced anti-fraud systems
can even detect things like behavioral settings.
So if you're switching between multiple accounts quickly,
or using the same browser behavior or typing patterns,
this is more on the edge,
but some of those systems do work
through detection means like that.
So if you're running multiple stores,
testing different products or different markets,
or just managing accounts for clients,
and you hear some real horror stories there,
all that data is being tracked, right?
And any kind of suspensions or flags
are really just horrible, annoying experience to deal with.
And now I wanna touch on why VPNs in incognito mode
don't actually work as a solution.
Okay, so number one, VPNs, they do change your IP address.
So that problem solved.
But all that other things on the device fingerprint side
that we talked about are not changed.
Things like your time zone settings, browser plugins,
Canvas fingerprints, WebRTC leaks, right?
All those other data points that platforms use
and can use to assign a signature,
a unique fingerprint to your device.
So you might look like you're in the US
based on your IP address,
but maybe your device fingerprint is like,
hey, we know that guy's in Eastern Europe.
And then just that mismatch is like,
oh, they're using a VPN,
and that could be a red flag as well.
Number two, incognito mode is very similar deal.
The only difference this makes
is not saving the cookies locally,
but platforms can still see that accounts
were accessed from the same device
just in different sessions.
And all the fingerprinting stuff is, you know,
same deal there.
And so sure, you could buy five different laptops
and manage them from slightly, you know,
different locations or something,
but that's super expensive and just operationally annoying.
So now let's get into the solution.
So that solution is a platform called GoLogin,
which is an anti-detect browser.
And that basically means it is specifically built
to create these isolated browsing environments
that look like completely different users
to websites and platforms.
And so each browser profile that you create within GoLogin
will have its own unique fingerprint,
its unique cookies, its own proxy,
time zone, language settings, all of that.
And so to any platform, right,
like Amazon, Etsy, et cetera,
each of those sessions is going to look
like a completely different user.
And so you can effectively scale without worrying about
if you're just testing those products, those markets,
those client accounts,
without worrying about those suspensions or flags.
So a few other notes there,
there is a dedicated proxy as well.
So all the time zones, right,
like the fingerprint thing is going to match
the dedicated IP address that is associated with that user.
Then also, and this is cool, right,
one of the primary use cases is for people
maybe like you work in e-commerce.
And so they have team access without password sharing.
So you can share specific browser profiles
with VAs or your team members
without giving them actual passwords.
You don't have to go through all the, you know,
two-factor authentication or password sharing difficulty
of sharing access to these different platforms as well
with team members, again, or VAs.
And so if you want to manage 10 or 20
or 50 different stores from one laptop,
you can do so with absolutely no problem with GoLogin.
And so now let's jump into my computer
and I'm going to show you visually how exactly it works.
Okay, now, before we go there,
you're about to see the whole platform and how it works.
Now, what you can do now, if you want to follow along
so you better understand the video,
is visit this link on the screen
or the link in the description.
And you can follow along to better learn
from this video completely for free, no risk to you.
And then if you stick around to the end,
after watching it, whether you try it right now or not,
then I will have something special for you
because you watched the video.
So that's coming up.
Again, if you want to follow along with the demo
that I am doing to understand the platform,
go right here.
And that said, let's go.
Okay, guys, now I'm inside of the GoLogin dashboard here.
So after signing off, you'll see something similar to this.
And what I want to walk through
is some of these existing profiles first
and then creating a profile.
And you'll see what I mean here
with the whole notion of profiles.
But again, it's basically like for each access
or login that you want.
So for example, one store over here,
one client account over there,
you set up one different profile
so that all the platforms think
that that is a completely different disconnected individual
so you don't get shut down.
And if we click right here, for example,
on this plan that I'm on, I can access 100 profiles.
So I can set up 100 different accounts basically.
Now for these current runs, these are preexisting.
I'm gonna go ahead and click Run.
Now I've just enabled two of these
and I'm gonna jump into one of those.
So I could say this, for example,
is my Facebook ad account.
We can just call this Facebook ad account, as I said.
And we'll go ahead and click View
so you can get the idea for what this browser,
kind of this experience is like.
I'm gonna click Allow, I'm gonna allow all cookies.
And so you can see, this is like a browser
inside a browser that's completely disconnected.
So I can go here, I can go to Facebook,
I can log in with my Gmail address, for example,
and I will be completely fine to run this.
There will be no cookies, no fingerprinting,
nothing that is connected to my other devices.
So it's that easy.
I'll go ahead and click Stop right there.
And now let's switch to adding a profile.
So what I'm gonna do, and this is a process
you'll go through many times if you do this at scale,
is click Add Profile.
Then let's say this is Etsy shop,
maybe this is the shop you wanna run for a test store
in Asia, then you wanna go log in proxy.
Let's go ahead and choose an Asian country
outside of Vietnam.
And then we'll go Residential.
I'll click Check Proxy.
And then I'll go ahead and click Create Profile.
It is that easy to create your profiles.
Then I'm just gonna click Run.
And then I click View, and it's the same process
as entering the isolated browser.
And then what I recommend right here,
you can see notes, is this is where you can add
the logins that you wanna save.
So maybe it's login at vietnamshop.com.
And then I put my password, which is not this, right here.
And that way you can very easily keep track
within the browsers of your logins.
And then there is a limit to the number as well
of active shops or browsers that you can run.
So you only wanna actually run a few of these at a time.
I'll go ahead and click Stop,
but all your data is fully saved.
And you can also do a lot of product testing on these
since they're not connected to you as an individual.
So if I wanted to, for example,
so if I, for example, wanted to see how my ads
are doing in Germany, whether they're ranking,
I would go to my German location browser right here.
I would click Run, and then View.
And then you can see this is actually
a browser designed for Germany.
So now all I would do is I would go,
because this is not connected again,
this doesn't work like this with the VPN,
I would search, and let's say my ads are for
a doctor, doctor SEO business, right?
And these should show, if my Google settings
were set up correctly, that my ads are showing
to anyone who searches doctor practice SEO tool.
So I'm gonna search, let's say medical practice SEO tool.
And then I can see if someone in Germany is searching this,
or maybe I would want to do,
actually search this in German as well.
I can see, okay, where am I ranking here?
And if I don't rank there, I can go back
and edit my ads and so on.
So there are a variety of view cases here.
But again, the whole focus primarily,
and I guess I think you understand the setup now,
is these different browsers that are disconnected
and give you all kinds of abilities
in those domains of e-commerce and marketing.
Okay, now I wanna walk through
the team management side of things.
So right here in the menu,
we can go ahead and hit settings and members,
and then we can click invite new members to add our team.
And so I've set up a few sample folders here.
So all United States, eBay,
excuse the misspelling there, and Amazon.
And so what's great about this is then
that you will add your profiles to your folders
so that they match up, so all your eBay stores
are under eBay, Amazon under Amazon.
As far as what you intend those stores to be used for.
And then I would invite my VA at helpme.com,
right, whatever the email is,
and then give them access if they're working
on Amazon stores to just eBay,
maybe to all, like a catch-all and so on.
And I can very easily share access with my team
to all of these different logins as well.
And they will access the same exact fingerprint
or device, so to speak.
And so this eliminates the whole problem
of password sharing, where you have to give someone else
your password who's in a different country,
and that just triggers all kinds of things,
even though that is perfectly within terms of service
to have someone help you out with the share access like that.
And then if you go to folders in the right here,
you can see what that looks like.
And so if we go back to this profiles page,
I can go ahead and select these.
I can add them to, let's say, the all or the catch-all folder
and then I can go to that catch-all folder on the top here
to access those individual profiles as the account admin.
Okay, now we're gonna go through one final demonstration
with how exactly you would use this
in something we didn't focus on as much prior.
And that's going to be opening the GoLogin profile,
changing the proxy, and then opening the platform
we wanna log into in that profile.
And we'll be able to see the location difference there.
Let's click on Add Profile.
Let's say Etsy profile.
We'll choose GoLogin proxy.
Now we'll go, let's go United Kingdom.
I'll click Check Proxy.
We were given this one right here
and I'll go ahead and click Create Profile.
So we can clearly see the location right here
is United Kingdom.
I'll go ahead and click Run and then View.
And I'll go ahead and search for Etsy
and I'll sign in to Etsy.
And then here I can continue with my login for this proxy.
Now I'm gonna go back.
I'm gonna click on Settings
and then you can see Proxy right here.
I'm gonna click Add Proxy
and then United States, New York, and Connect.
Just to be safe, I'm gonna refresh the fingerprint
and now you can see we are in a new location,
a new proxy in the same profile.
I can go ahead and reload this.
And now let's go to mylocation.org.
And we can see here we are in New York in Manhattan
in the United States of America.
But I do wanna show you a few of the other,
just mention a few of the other features
that I've done so far
that I'm sure a lot of you will find interesting.
The first of those will be mobile devices.
If you go into the Proxy Devices tab right here
and click Create Device,
you can download the mobile GoLogin app,
you can sign in,
and then you can get essentially a mobile device
that functions just like the proxies
that we've been looking at in web
and desktop throughout this video.
So that's one of those.
If we go over to API and MTP right here,
this is the other one I wanted to double click on
where for the subset of you that are developers,
you'll find this super interesting.
Basically, you can do everything
that we have looked at today,
but you can do it over in API
with this access token right here.
You can programmatically access these proxies
and browsers via API.
Now, I said I would have something special for you.
That is a two gigabyte proxy bonus.
So if you do decide to upgrade
and you click on the link in the description,
then you'll help support the channel
and get that two gigabytes proxy bonus.
And that said, I do appreciate you sticking around.
Okay, and if you watch that and you work in the space,
I don't need to tell you if this is a fit for you.
I'm sure you understand the value of this.
But again, I just wanna reiterate,
if you have, for example, multiple Etsy stores
or Amazon stores or eBay,
or you're an affiliate marketer
or you have many client accounts,
if you wanna manage multiple accounts safely, period,
then I highly recommend an approach like this
because if you haven't had a suspension
or flagging issue to date,
then you probably will at some point.
And these systems are set up to prevent fraud and abuse.
And at the limit, there are people
who are bad actors or hackers or whatever
who are trying to break these systems
or create 18,000 accounts.
Don't do that, right?
Play within the rules of the platform
and let all of us behave ethically.
But having five stores and five different markets to test
is just a reasonable thing to do as a business owner
when you're going through that iteration
of trying to make a business work.
Now, if you wanna support the channel,
in the description, I have links
where you can get 40% off any GoLogin plan.
If you just click through the link,
it'll be automatically applied or the 40% off.
And again, that does support the channel.
Now, you also do get a free trial.
So you can test it out.
You can create a few profiles.
You can just feel it out, see how it works.
So that is risk-free.
If you click the link in the description
and you save 40% off,
if you feel it's a fit to upgrade to a paid plan.
There you go, guys.
That is, I think, a very effective solution
to a very common problem.
If you find it useful, again,
you can go support the channel, claim that 40% off.
But regardless, I hope you did find this useful
and appreciate y'all for being here.
I'll see you in the next one.
Cheers.
