Shelby!
Shiloh!
What's today?
Is it Fan Friday?
Say...
It's Fan Friday!
Alright!
Time for some questions!
Are you going to bite her?
Can't bite her!
You can't bite her!
That's not nice!
Ok!
Time for questions!
Joanna from Facebook wants to know...
What are Shiloh and Shelby's favorite treats?
Are you going to tell them?
You want to tell them?
What's your favorite treat?
Huh?
Silly girls!
I would have to say, that they pretty much like anything.
They like all natural treats.
They like the treats that are made with real meat and not fake meat.
But currently, I think both of them, their favorite treats right now are the liver snaps.
The freeze dried liver.
They really, really like the freeze dried liver treats.
So yeah, I would say the freeze dried liver treats and then any of the homemade treats
we make.
Those pumpkin and apple dog treats that we made...
What was it?
Last week or the week before?
They couldn't get enough of those.
I actually think, I'm going to have to make another batch of those because they like them
so much.
Paige from Facebook wants to know, if we crate trained Shiloh and Shelby?
We did not crate train Shiloh.
We had a crate for her.
We didn't put her in it very often.
Mainly because she...
She did better not in her crate than in her crate.
She was really easy to potty train though.
For Shelby, we did crate train Shelby.
We put her in her crate whenever we were gone and when she was little, we put her in there
at night also.
She's four years old now and we just started letting her have the run of the house...
What?
In August, I think.
Just right before she turned four.
But we did crate train Shelby.
It's a lot of work to crate train your dog, but I think it took us maybe two months and
Shelby was pretty much a hundred percent potty trained.
You just got to have patience.
You got to have some patience.
Mark from Facebook wants to know, why we decided to put Shiloh and Shelby on YouTube?
So we could share them with you guys, of course.
Actually we've been watching YouTube videos for a really long time.
We had done a video response to one of SMP Films.
It was actually one of the mean kitty videos.
We did a video response to and it got over a thousand views pretty much overnight and
everybody was really nice and positive about the dog.
So I thought, hey, let's make more videos of Shiloh and Shelby.
That's pretty much how it started.
Amanda from Facebook wants to know, if we have any puppy videos of Shiloh?
We don't have any puppy videos of Shiloh.
When we got Shiloh, gosh she'll be 10 years old on Tuesday.
When we got Shiloh, we didn't even have a digital camera until the day after we bought her.
We got her and then we got the digital camera.
I can show you guys some puppy pictures of Shiloh though.
When we got Shiloh, she was 12 weeks old.
She was not a very healthy puppy.
She was actually a pretty sick puppy when we got her.
She was a tiny little thing.
She was a good dog.
She was very skittish, afraid of everything.
She had a tendency to hide underneath our coffee table.
She didn't really want to be around anybody.
She was definitely a lot different than what she is now.
But it took us quite a while before we got her to understand that people were her friends.
She actually...
We don't think she ever saw grass before.
We had set her down in our backyard.
We had a little tiny patch of grass when we lived in Arizona and it was like this foreign
thing to her.
She never seen it before.
But there's some puppy pictures of Shiloh for you.
I wish I had videos of her when she was a puppy, but I don't.
Shiloh, do you want to say hi to Cheryl?
You want to say hi to Cheryl?
Say hi Cheryl!
Say hi!
So, Cheryl from Facebook wants to know if Shiloh and Shelby are good with toddlers and
babies.
They haven't really been exposed to that many babies.
But...
I mean like little, little babies.
They've seen a few.
Neither of them really seem to be fazed by them.
But as for toddlers, Shiloh is really good with toddlers because she's a little bit slower
and quieter.
Shelby, on the other hand, we got to keep an eye on her.
She gets crazy.
Yeah, so whenever we have younger kids come over like our nieces, we just...
Give Shelby a few minutes to calm down and she's usually pretty good.
I wouldn't recommend leaving a Husky alone with a child.
Mainly because they can be so hyper and you just don't want them to knock them down and
hurt them.
Because sometimes they get really jumpy.
Not this one.
Not you.
Just this one.
That's all the questions we had for Fan Friday.
If you guys didn't get a chance, check out the other videos we put up this week.
They're over here and then you can hit the previous button up here and you can go through
them all.
We put up the video of Shiloh and Shelby's Halloween which is just some clips of the
different things we did throughout the week before Halloween and then our pumpkins.
If you want to see more on our pumpkins, you can always check out our second channel which
there's a link right over here.
You can click underneath the subscribe button and it will take you to our second channel
where you can see what else we do in our lives.
Thanks for watching you guys!
Don't forget Shiloh's birthday is on Tuesday.
If you guys want to post any pictures or drawings or send her anything so I can make a video
for her, it needs to be here before Tuesday.
Before Monday preferably, right?
Say before Monday preferably, so we can have time to make the video.
Shiloh's 10th birthday is on November the 8th.
She'll be 10 years old.
Time to relax in front of the fire.
Well thank you!
It's nice to meet you!
Thank you!
Thanks for watching you guys!
Can you give me five?
You just want to be petted!
Ok!
We'll let the audience pet you!
Always petting Shiloh!
There you go!
Birthday girl!
Almost birthday girl!
Thanks for watching you guys!
Whoa!
