Martha Stewart On Her Best Friend Snoop Dogg

Please welcome my buddy, Martha Stewart. Good with a stubble. Oh, you like that? I never saw you with a stubble. Careful. Be very careful, Ms. Stewart. You're always trying something new. In fact, last month, you did something for the first time that didn't go very well, did it? Tell us what happened. So my driver got kinda lost downtown and stuck in traffic. And I had only my phone with me. And so when I got out the front door, I called him. I said, where are you? And he said, I'm down on 28th Street and I'm up at 57th Street. It would have taken him an hour to get there. So I looked on my phone and lo and behold, I had my Uber app. And I had never taken an Uber before. And the car was a mess. There were open bottles of water, you know, and then on the floor, it was like the car had been buried in a leaf pile for about a month. So I took pictures. I took pictures with my beautiful shoes and everybody in the leaves. And the seats were kinda greasy. I'm sure I got the worst negative reviews from that driver. I'm glad Uber came along because I have kids. Yes. And Uber's like a lifesaver. It does, and it's a trustworthy service that my grandchildren take it and my daughter takes it. I wish they had it years ago when I had to drive them to the mall and the movie and all of that. Right, right. Like if they going out to a club at night, they're Uber. Well, yeah, and they shouldn't be driving anyway if they're out clubbing. Right? Exactly. Yes. Hey Martha, your buddy Snoop just received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I know, isn't that nice? And you posted this on social media. Wow, wow, wow. Or should I say bow, bow, bow, dog. How did your friendship with Snoop come about? Well, he was on my show and we hit it off. And we made brownies and we made other things on my show. And then I went on that Bieber roast. We both roasted Justin Bieber. And Snoop and I sat next to each other for four hours. So we started to talk and I was inhaling his smoke. And we thought, and then somebody came up with the idea, well, they would make kind of an odd couple on a cooking type show. So we are an odd couple on a cooking type show now. We're entering our third season. I'll be out here in February, so I'll come see you again. Yeah, do that. Yeah, we're gonna be shooting. It's worked out really good for you. You should come on that show. I'll do it. Yeah, I'd love you to. Oh, Snoop, I love both of y'all. You're coming on. And also, I hear that this year you've taken on a new adventure. This time it's in fashion. Yes. So what do you got? Well, I'm doing several things in fashion. Clothing on QVC. And then I am doing shoes. Shoes? Yeah, so I love shoes. I have done a deal with Payless.com. And these are, these are. So these are affordable shoes. Well, yes, I really believe that sometimes things get out of hand, like expensive shoes. It's hard to spend $1,000 on a pair of shoes. Yeah. And it's hard to pay, you know, $500 for a little down puffer vest when you can really make them very nicely and sell them for around 60 or $70. So I'm trying to make affordable fashion that is high style, and nobody would ever think you only paid, these are, you know how much these are? How much the shoes are? Yeah. $250. $34.99.
