REUBEN CHIPS? LAYS DO US A FLAVOR TASTE TEST

Alright, so you guys asked. We're doing what you asked. It's the 2015 Lays Do Us A Flavor Taste Test. Thanks for liking and subscribing to Snow Dogs Vlogs. We're gonna try them all. Which one first? I was gonna say, before we try them, which one do you think is gonna be the best? Before we try them. I'm gonna guess the Southern Biscuits and Gravy are gonna be my favorite. I think I'm gonna like the Gyro one. The Gyro? See, I was kind of thinking this one too. The Biscuits and Gravy one. I think they're gonna be really good or really bad. I just don't know about the Reuben one. So, we'll uh... At the end, you'll see if our guesses were correct, I guess. Truffle Fries. Truffle Fries. I was told by the lady at Walmart that those are the best. We'll see. Go ahead, smell them. Do you want me to smell this one? Yeah. Smells? Yeah? Smells like... Biscuits and Gravy. You have the Gyro. Can we try them yet? Not yet! Geez! These ones... The Reuben ones are like... We smell them. They're... They smell like Reuben. Like sauerkraut here. Ok, we're gonna try them. I wanna try this one. Oh gosh, we're tipping chips over. This one smells like breakfast. That one smells like breakfast? This one does not smell like breakfast. No? No. Ok, which one you wanna try first? Alright. I wanna try this one. Alright, do it. Dive in. Like breakfast? Yeah. Like a... Restaurant. Like a breakfast restaurant. Just hand me one. Uh-uh. There's that reaction face. That's what they look like. They look like they don't have a ton of flavor on them. Try it again. They don't have a ton of flavor on them. No? I get the normal Lay's and some... Just weird. They taste like biscuits and gravy. They definitely smell like it. That's just weird. Alright, wanna try another one? Yeah. Ok, now that the ice machine isn't coming in the background. Which one you wanna try next? Those are really good. Yeah, pretty good. Let's go for the... Utero's. Yeah. I'm gonna try it first. Now, these ones are kettle cooked. They look like they have a little bit more flavor on them. I love kettle cooked chips. Yeah, they look more crunchy. Smell kinda... I don't know if I wanna try this big one now. Go ahead. Little saucy. They're um... Weird. Really sampling. I don't know. It should taste like lamb and cucumber sauce and lettuce and tomato and feta. Yeah. And that's pretty much... I can taste the lamb. It's weird. I can taste the cucumber real good. Yeah. That's just weird. This one. Utero. I like the crunchiness. I love kettle cooked chips. They're probably my favorite style of chips. I don't know. You know the second... Let's try it again. Not bad. It's like the beginning part of it. It'd be good with like french fries or something. I don't know. The beginning part of it is really weird and then as you chew it all the flavor comes out and you're like... It's not bad. But the beginning part of it is just weird. Not bad. Weird. Almost fishy. What's this ruffly one? This is the West Coast Truffle Fries. I have no idea what truffle fries are supposed to taste like cause I'm not from the West Coast so... Angie Foo knows. Angie Foo. They look interesting. What do they smell like? I don't know if I was getting some of this in there with it but... No, it's those. It is those. They just have a weird smell. Do they? Yeah. Yeah, you can smell them. Those get some gravy. I was smelling this one. Smell it. Ew. They smell like fish. Try one. Do they smell like fish to you? Yeah. Yeah, they do. Almost cat food. Kind of. Cat food. Alright. Tell me if they taste like cat food. These are wavy fries. Or wavy fries. Wavy chips. Oh. Let's see the look on your face. Oh. There's a look. Not like cat food but... Close. Close? Oh God. Really? The lady at Walmart said they were the best. Don't trust anybody at Walmart. It starts off a little potent. But then it turns back into the Lay's chips. What was the lady at Walmart wearing? Yeah. I tried not to look. A white coat? Mind you guys. I have not been back to Walmart since our Meijer opened. So... It's not bad. They're not bad. They taste like a seasoned steak fry. And Parmesan cheese. Yeah. I taste Parmesan cheese. But you can tell that's what's supposed to be... On it. But it's not. Alright. Ok. One more. Hold on. Alright. I want to try the Reuben. That one has the most pungent... The Reuben one reminds me of a salt vinegar. Uh huh. Alright. I'm smelling it. Is it going to make us want to eat Reuben for dinner? There's almost more corned beef than sauerkraut smell there. Alright. I'm going to try it. Do it. I'm going to try it for you. Here. Want some? Try it. Do it. Well even in the picture there's more corned beef than sauerkraut. Right. Where's that face reaction? Does it make you want a Reuben? Technically not bad. Is it as good as our Reubens? No. No from both of you. It's actually surprisingly good. It is. These are... In case the... Regular chips. In case the dressing and the sauerkraut. Yeah. It smells like Thousand Island dressing. And caraway seeds. That's what I smell. It's Thousand Island dressing and caraway seeds. It'd be really good with like I don't know. A burger or a hot dog or something. You get that first reaction of that Thousand Island dressing too. And then you really go... Well it's the kraut flavor there still. The rye bread flavor. And that's... It's the mild. I don't know. But yeah. Oh yeah. I got to back there and let some air get to my mouth. Definitely some rye. Yeah. You really taste it. Huh. Yeah. It's pretty good. I don't know. I got to try one of these again. I definitely... I got to try one of these again. The biscuits and gravy? Alright. They have that... That wholesome... That peppery... Peppery? Oh right. Yeah that peppery sausage gravy flavor. Isn't that weird? It instantly reminds me of like the pancake house. Yeah. It makes me think of big boy. It makes me think of the... What is it? The sausage omelet from big boy. Like a breakfast buffet or something. The sausage omelet at big boy. With the sausage gravy on it. Oh yeah. It's actually pretty good. That one I would definitely eat. Like I could actually eat those. Well... If we make a sandwich, which one are you going to eat? I would have... Man. We'll see what your choice is when we make our food. These are really... Between the Reuben and the biscuits and gravy. Whoops. Somebody's going to get confused. I'm going with the biscuits and gravy. It's my favorite. I really am. And I don't even like biscuits and gravy in real life. What's your favorite one? I don't know. I might have to try them all. Try them all again. We're going to eat all the chips. We haven't eaten dinner yet. Can you tell? I really like these chips. The Euro ones? They're really crunchy. Yeah. I think it's because they actually taste like the vegetables I had expected. Oh, right. I like the texture. Yeah. I like the texture of those, but the flavor is not... It's pretty good too. It's good, but it's not... It's not what I want. These. Are you going with the Euro? It was your favorite? It's good though, baby. I think it's going to be these. It's definitely not the truffle fries. That lady at Walmart was nuts. Yeah. I don't like those ones. No. It's not those. I like the Reuben one. The Reuben one is your favorite? Mm-hmm. You got to pick, Greg. You got to have a favorite. I'm going to have to go with these. I was going to say, which one would you run back to the store and buy? It depends on what time of day it was. In the morning, I'd want these. Yeah. So, it sounds like these are my favorite. The Reuben's are Jamie's favorite. And it sounds like Greg would be going for the Euro's. Greek pound Euro. Most people pronounce that Gyro. But it's pronounced Euro. Right? Am I right? I think I'm saying it right. Somebody that's Greek can tell me. Why didn't you eat one of the truffle fries? You were just going to do it too. That's truffle fry, isn't it? Yeah. I don't like that one at all. That lady at Walmart was nuts. Mm. No. Mm-mm. No. Okay. No. I don't like that one. So, there you go you guys. We did it. We did the 2015 Blaze Do Us A Flavor Challenge.
