All mine. Hey guys, what's up? Welcome back to my channel and to another vlog. I feel like I've not spoken since this vlog started here. Cause I started this vlog a few days ago. And it's just been shopping, shopping, shopping since I started the vlog. The day I started this vlog, I went out to get some stuff by myself. And then, was it yesterday? Yeah, yesterday. I was out with Habi. We went grocery shopping. And then from there, we went by Cafe Claire to get something to eat. And then from there, we came back home. Even though Habi wanted us to, you know, while away time in town. So that we pick up the girls by ourselves. So that we do school pick up. But I was so tired and sleepy. Like I was so sleepy. And all I wanted to do was to get home. Get some sleep before the girls go back from school. So we didn't do school pick up by ourselves. And we had the driver and my sister do the pick up. Even though it would have been very nice to, you know, pick up the girls by ourselves. Cause I mean, you hardly get both of us doing either school drop off or school pick up. So I know they would have been over the moon. But I mean, there will definitely be other times where I mean, both of us can get to do school pick up or school drop off. So yeah, I just wanted to get home and get some rest before the girls go back. Which I managed to do. Cause guys, it's a long weekend. I'm going to have the girls with me from today till Monday. And yeah, today is Friday. I'm on my way to Delish restaurants. I've not been there before. The invitation that I have is on the University of Ghana campus. I've been invited by Frimpoma, owner of Wear Frimpoma for an event. So this event is to celebrate women. Since we are still in, you know, Women's Month. So it's for International Women's Day. And yeah, we're asked to wear African attire. I don't remember the last time I wore African prints. Like, I mean, I've been wearing boo-boos and stuff. I don't remember the last time I wore like a complete African print. I had this, I had my sisters do this for me. It was very last minute. I took the fabric to her on Wednesday and I picked it up yesterday. So she had just a day to do this for me. I'll show you guys like a full, you know, picture or video of the outfit later. So yeah, I'm on my way to Delish at University of Ghana. And Frimpoma wants me to speak, guys. She wants me to talk about motherhood and entrepreneurship. So yeah, looking forward to that. And I know it's going to be a lovely, lovely, lovely, lovely event. I can't wait to network and meet, you know, other women and have fun. So yeah, that's how I'm spending my holiday today. So Kenton is a close-up store where we basically deal with fashion, streetwear, you know, all your casual wears, all the boy group stuff. We've got it right here. We've also got a cafe which you guys will see in a little bit. Most of these things are made in Africa because we are like strictly made in Africa. Oh, so it's not just Ghana? Yeah, no, no, no, not just Ghana. So in a little while, you will see some other products from Nigeria. Nigerian brands, okay. From many different countries spread across Ghana. Not only clothing, but also food as well. Oh, food. You'll see all of that in a second. To win this one. But she's somebody else in the making first. She's just gotta stop all the faking and she'll be there. But she's wondering if it's gonna feel like this forever. Wondering if it's gonna feel like this forever. So the last time I vlogged was last week Saturday when I went to Kenting. So it's been a week since I vlogged. But I think I, yeah, I picked up my camera on Thursday. I tried to film a sit-down video, which I didn't finish. Like that video is quite lengthy. I knew I was not, because I didn't really start early. Like I didn't really start filming early. So I knew I was not going to finish filming it before like it was time to pick up the girls. And so I'm like halfway through and now the girls are on vacation. They're on like a one week vacation or yeah, just a little over a week. And so I would have to wait until school resumes. Then I complete like filming that video. Anyways, today is Saturday and like I was saying last week Saturday, I was invited by Kenting for a sip and explore event. So Kenting is a concept store and I really, really had a good time there. They have like a wide variety of brands. They stock just, you know, African brands. And I love the fact that they don't just stock clothes. They also have footwear. They also have books, arts, cards. They have like I feel like they have something for everybody. I feel like if I go there with my family, everybody will get something because they have books for kids as well. They have some, you know, stuffy plush toys. And they have both, you know, clothes for men, women. They have bags, accessories. It was such a lovely experience. I really, really, really had a good time there. And I got time to, you know, explore all the brands that they have. They have some really, really good brands. Trust me. Some of the brands I knew of already, but I also got to know about some new, you know, African brands. And I'll surely go back to Kenting. I'm definitely going back to Kenting. So today I'm at Country Club. I just got here. I'm coming for the Brutal Fruit Pink Table event. The truth is, I just shot my shot and it worked. So I saw Amey Odebra post about the Pink Table. So he posted a video and said he's giving out two tickets to three ladies who want to attend the Pink Table event. And so comments under that post, what makes you fabulous? And yeah, I commented. I was like, you know what, let me just shoot my shot because I've been seeing the Pink Table events. I've seen like a number of creators attend the events. And truthfully, I love, love, love, love. Even though I've never been to their events before, from what I see on the ground, from the like the content I see, I know that they always go all out for their events. I was like, you know what, let me just shoot my shot and see if it works. So I did. And a few hours after I commented, one of the people who is part of those organizing the events, actually, you know, messaged me asking me if like I want to come for the event because she saw my comments under Amey Odebra's post. And I was like, yeah, definitely, I want to attend. And she, she offered me an invite and she even said I could come with a plus one. So yeah, I had to get one of my friends and she will join me later. And so yeah, that's how come I got invited to the Pink Table. So I'm here today and I'm so excited. And even after that, the following day, which was yesterday, Amey Odebra messaged me to say, you know, I have been chosen to get like a free ticket. And yeah, I just had to inform him like I've already been invited. But yeah, sometimes it's good to shoot your shots because like they say, close mouths don't get fed. So yeah, that's how come I'm at the Pink Table today. I just got here. I'm yet to get out of the car and go see what is going on there. But I love what I'm seeing so far. So yeah, that's it. I'm at the Pink Table today and I can't wait to experience the Pink Table for the first time. And I actually love Brutal Fruits because the very first time I tried it, I was like, wow, I now understand why the girls rave about this. And I think I put in one of my vlogs the very first time I had Brutal Fruits. It was when I went to Uncle Lou's house. We went to swim and then he offered me. Yeah, we went to swim and then he offered me Brutal Fruits and I had it for the very first time. I was like, wow, it's actually good.
