SPIDER!! And Agate Hunting!

Look, it's froggy. Just a little. Like, with my regular eyes. Yeah. It must be early. Oh, I gotta fix this. I think I need a new camera. To stay and watch them. I took video before we left. Yeah, we'll have to insert a little photo or something. Of him sleeping on the bed with the dogs. All the dogs decided to sleep with Greg last night. It was pretty cool. So, we really are on the Mackinac Bridge. There really is water over there. There really is. It's really foggy down there. We can't see the pillars of the bridge at all. And it is still foggy as can be. Alright, we made it to Cut River Bridge. Again. Like we haven't been here before. I know, right? Wave everybody. Hi. There's nobody to wave at. Right? I know. So, we're gonna go to... Look, it's broken again. And I got dog hair on it. So, we're going to Cut River Bridge. We're walking across the bridge. And it's freaky. And there's lots of cars going by. But we want to see the view. There's the river. Way down. You can see the pathway down there too. There's the view. And this is how we picnic. We couldn't find a table. So, we're using back of vehicles. And some chairs. And we made some sandwiches. Cause like we're professionals at that or something. We're going over there to pick rocks. And we're rocking again. Surprise, surprise. Right guys? We're now in the Gucci Gumi Museum. Looking at some of the agates that they have on display here. See? So, this is what we're up here looking for. These rocks that look like this. Pretty much any of these. That's what we're looking for. They got all kinds of rocks in here. Those are pretty. And they got all kinds that show all the different kinds of rocks. Jasper, sandstone. Anamorphic rocks. All kinds of rocks. Different agates. What am I videoing? Okay, I'm coming over here. Clark, I'm coming behind you. Black light. Turn off the white light. Can you see them all in there? Oh, look at how cool that is. They glow in the black light. Here, let me turn on the other light. I gotta get my finger in there and push the button. There. Oh, wow. There's two different lights. That's pretty cool. Then we're rocks. They glow in the black light. So, I found one. Fairly decent one. You can see all the banding on it. It's kind of brown on the outside. But it looks pretty cool. Little. And then we got a whole thing of rocks in the jar here. Yes, please. Pretty cool. And we're at age 58. I don't know if you guys can see this well through the camera, but look. The trees are changing color already. I don't know if you can see it, but they are. Today's August 20... August 24th in Northern Michigan and the trees are already changing. We made it to the mouth of the Hurricane River. I don't know if we're rock hunting here or not. There's not a whole lot of rocks here. But it looks cool. And in the middle of the Hurricane River. Sounds cool. The black light. I thought. I bought some homemade raspberry jam from that gift shop over there. And now I can't wait to try it. It looks awesome. Now we're at the next spot for rock picking. But we also found wild blueberries. You're just eating strange things out of the woods? Just the blue ones. The red ones aren't very good. You get sick later. We'll know why. They're everywhere. If I get sick later, it'll be blue guaranteed. Right? Man, there's a lot in here. Cool. Everybody's picking rocks. Dad's breaking rocks. Everybody over there is picking rocks. I saw that. Huh. I don't know if that one's gonna break. There's some in my jar. And just a reminder. When you're picking rocks. Watch for those. He's pretty cool. Pretty nifty. There is the restaurant we are going to eat at. It's an old diner, I guess. We'll see if they have good food. It looks cute. Yeah, it smells good. Looks cute. There's a lot of cars here. Always a good sign. We'll see. This is where we're eating. It's pretty cool in here. I didn't see the turtle shell until just now. That's pretty cool. I don't know. This is what I'm drinking. Cheer wine soda. A little bit more important. Right next to the fire box. Jamie's having this here. I like the little... Clark's having some beehive. Going for something different. The sun is setting. And we're still looking for rocks. I feel like we've been doing this all night. But I got... I emptied my bucket. Now I got a new bucket. Well, it's the same bucket. But new rocks. Ta-da! You got new rocks, too? Rocks. You got some green ones. I know, I like the green ones. The cool ones are in my pocket, I guess. The sunset looks pretty. Focus camera. There we go. More rocks. No Wi-Fi. It sucks. I have to show them the green. The green in here. Here's our hotel room. I'm gonna show you the green. This is our bathroom. It's like super, super green. Green tub. Green toilet. Green sink. And green tiles. You can't really see that these are green. But they really are green. I see noses! Look, the dogs are here, too. Oh, it's fuzzy. So, we're all camping. We're back out at Akiak. What you think, girls? Oh, my camera is breaking again. Alright, you guys. I think I just have to...
