In this video I'm walking through Runnable, an AI agent platform that handles full end-to-end projects — websites, pitch decks, and video ads — from a single prompt, without the self-hosting headaches you get with most open-source agents. You'll see me spin up a freelance consulting site, a 15-slide investor pitch deck for a skincare brand, and a 30-second product ad, then connect the agent to Slack so you can send it work straight from your phone while you're grabbing coffee.

I do NOT sell any products of my own. Watch out for scams.
This website, this pitch deck, and this product video were all made by one single AI agent,
and I could make them sitting at a coffee shop talking to a friend by typing into my social apps.
And these are not drafts, these were deployed end-to-end in one prompt with no setup required
on my end. And so this video is for all of you guys that are still using something like just
ShackCPT or a chatbot to do all of your work or to make yourself or your business more productive.
If that is still you, I promise that this video will make you more productive,
it'll save you time, and you'll have a lot of fun while doing it. So I'm going to show you
exactly how to do everything that you just saw, and a whole lot more than that. There'll be no
fluff. I'm just going to take you into the agent, show you how it works, and we'll look at the one
click integration or setup to get it all started. That's going to be the video,
it's going to be a good one, and I appreciate you being here. Let's go.
So now if you've been anywhere near tech, Twitter, or YouTube over the past few months,
it's the fastest growing open source project in history. And the reason it blew up is because it's
not a chatbot like people are used to, it's an agent that does things for you anywhere on your
computer or apps. Now that's awesome, but the problem with OpenClaw is that for most people,
it's a nightmare to just figure out how to actually run the thing. You need a dedicated
computer server, you need a minimum of 16 gigs of RAM, Docker, API keys, all kinds of messaging
integrations, and there's a bunch of security holes if you don't know what you're doing.
All in all, self-hosting something like this is not practical for nearly everyone. So that
enters the platform and the agent that we're going to look at in this video, which is called Runnable.
And with Runnable, all of that happens in literally one click. It's a one-click setup and
you're good to go. And so we're talking an agent that learns how you work, operates 24-7, executes
tasks end-to-end, and that you can talk to or engage with from your device. So now what we're
going to do in terms of the demos is I'm going to introduce you to the platform. Then we're going
to walk through just the base model and showcase some of the different workflows or systems for
making things like websites and ads. You'll see all of that. And then we'll get into setting up
RunClaw finally, and we'll wrap up the video with that. Now, if you do want to go ahead and follow
along with this video and support the channel while I'm building the demos, so just build them
with me, the total cost to do that is $1. You can go to this link on the screen or the link in the
description. Again, that's $1 to follow along with the rest of this video. If you don't want to, no
worries at all, and either way, let's go. Okay, so here we are inside the Runnable dashboard at the
URL runnable.com. It's an extremely easy interface and platform to use. I don't need to explain
anything. You just talk to the agent, give them what you want, and you go from there. If you want
to tie the AI into some of your other systems, which we'll talk more about, you can press right
here and you can connect all of these various tools. We're also going to get into something
pretty cool called RunClaw. If you've heard of OpenClaw, you'll be somewhat familiar with this,
but we're going to save that for later. And I want to jump into demo number one with the most basic
but critical node in your online infrastructure, that being a website. And this can also just give
you an idea of the general capabilities and quality of this agent. So I'm going to give it
this prompt. I'm going to say, build a modern professional website for a freelance AI strategy
consultant. I'm describing the style I want, I'm describing the sections I want, and then just
saying, hey, make it look nice. And then we'll click on plan, we'll turn that on, and we're
going to keep this on Runnable 2.0. And that in mind, let's go ahead and click send. Now it's
going to ask us a few questions so we can better customize the site. Let's go ahead and call it
I'll say you write it. For the services, it's giving me a pretty good selection here. Let's
go with AI audit, AI strategy, change management, and data and analytics. For target clients,
we'll go for mid-market companies, and I'll say you choose the color, and then just, hey,
you go ahead and build it. Okay, so because I turned on that plan feature, it's going to give
me a full plan of what it's building before it builds it. We can see the design direction,
the different sections, the copy, the text stack, so how it's going about actually writing or
creating the website, and then the steps it'll take. That looks good to me, so I will approve
the plan. Okay, now it's writing all the files in parallel. Okay, here we go. I'm going to press
on this, and we can see the website. So turn AI hype into a competitive advantage. We can see
different testimonial stats here. Now what I'll do, I'll go ahead and click open in new tab,
so we can see what this looks like here. I like the kind of stylistic fonts here. We can see this
is a fully built site. If I click on learn more, it brings us to this page. All of these navigation
pages are correctly linked, and we have our book a call page set up as well, and then what we would
do if we wanted to connect the book a call page to a calendar, we would just go ahead back here,
and then connect our calendar to Runnable, and then it would set up that as well for us, and so
this is not code that you have to go deploy somewhere else. We can just click publish right
here, so I'm publishing, and then now I've gone to this URL in an incognito tab. We can go ahead and
see the site is fully live, and if I want to make any changes at all to it, that I can just go ahead
and ask it very specifically to make that set of changes, and it'll do it for us. So that right
there is a pretty good representation of the quality of the model that drives this thing,
and the focus here on output as opposed to something where you still have to go
kind of do other work to really get it out there into the world. So moving on to demo number two,
the probably second most common use case for AI or application for AI developing, I think,
are pitch decks. It's getting AI to create the slideshows, the presentations, the research, etc.
that is then used in your job, whether sales, whether presenting ideas to your team,
whatever it may be. You probably need at some point to create decks for your job,
so let's go ahead and do that. Now I'm going to give it this prompt, so create a 15-slide
investor pitch deck for a skincare brand called Glow Lab. For this, I won't turn plan on. We're
going to keep the same model, and I'll click send. Now it's asking me what vibe I like for
this one. Let's click on the left here. I'll send it this. Okay, let's go ahead and check this out.
So I like that it researched, and it gave us actual stats here on the skincare industry. Also,
we can go ahead and edit everything here if we want to, and if we keep scrolling, we can see
these images were all generated look really good as well, and we can continue to see a lot of
different statistics and data that are pulled in here. This is something you could actually just,
you know, wake up and send to an investor. We would, of course, want to swap out the industry
insider, the team page here, but otherwise, this looks awesome and is ready to go, and what we can
do is go ahead and export that right here to PowerPoint or as a PDF. And that in mind, let's
get into demo number three. Now, so far, we've looked at two modalities of content, coding or a
website, number one, and then a presentation or a deck, number two. Now, for number three, this is
something else, a very different kind of modality that takes Runnable outside of the domain of
something like ShagCPT, just a chatbot, where we can go ahead and fully sultan us create video
inside of Runnable, and we'll do it in the exact same way. So, I'm going to give it this prompt,
create a 30-second product ad for GlowLab Skin Care's Vitamin C Serum, and let's send. So,
this is the same model, the same platform. It can code, it can give us a deck, and it can go ahead
and do video. Now, it's broken the 30 seconds of video into a shot plan. This looks good to me,
so I'll say yes, generate, and we'll go for a luxury vibe, and default is good. Okay, we can
see the app create quality. We have layered music or audio as well. If we just pause right here,
this is really good quality skin. You can see the little micro hairs and the pores here. Really good
quality. So, that right there is an ad that you could actually run. We can do it in the same
platform where you can build the website to sell the thing. Pretty cool that we're finally getting
to this point, I think, where it's not these separate point solutions. It's these platforms
where we can create everything in one digital home, and that wraps up demo number three. Okay,
now for the fourth demo here, we're going to jump into a different way to interact with this agent
or with the platform, and so you can do everything we've just done, but you can do it without having
to actually sit here and work on it. If you kept up with the channel, we have talked about OpenClaw
and similar tools prior, and this is one of those. It's called RunClaw, and they make it
extremely easy to use. If you actually use OpenClaw, you have to set it up in terminal.
You have to give it its own API keys to access all kinds of things. This is easier. I want to
show you exactly how to use it, and you'll see why this is so valuable once we go ahead and set this
up. So, I'll set it up through Slack. You can go with Discord or Telegram as well. Let's click
connect. I'll click allow. That's a one-click setup. Let's click let's go, and now we can see
that Slack is connected. So, now over here in Slack, we can see a little Runnable app popped
up. So, I'm going to select a mode. Let's give it max. We'll keep it on agent, and then that's it,
and now what I can do, let's go to this channel right here. I can say, hey, Runnable, are you
there, and now we can see some replies. Runnable or the AI agent said, hey, I'm here. What do you
need? So, if you already work out of Slack, you already work on your phone, for example, out of
Telegram, then you can be at coffee. You're chatting with a friend. You have an idea,
and you can text your agent. Go ahead and build me a website with this idea, or maybe you're
ideating that conversation and say, give me some business ideas, okay, and what I like here is
programmatic SEO tools. So, I'll say at Runnable, proceed with building me a pitch deck and website
and some Google ads for a programmatic SEO tool. Then I'll say, build all of this, deploy it,
and give me links for the live website, pitch deck, and videos. So, it'll go ahead and start
actually working on this. I can chat with it like so, and then if we hop back into the platform,
I can also access that conversation. So, you can see net the focus on output here. This is why
these platforms, I think, are so essential nowadays for anyone working, especially in a
white-collar space, and even in blue-collar, there's always an ad inside to what you're doing,
and so something like Runnable, I think, in 2026 is a must-have, and these systems are
only improving, and that's an insane clip at that, and there you go. That is your introduction to
Runnable. So, there we go. Again, I think the big advantage here is that you're taking that
self-boosting problem and just removing it. You're compressing that into a one-click setup,
and then you get all the benefits of being able to have your computer, essentially,
or an assistant kind of do all this incredible work for you without you having to sit there and
manually kind of type in it. That is, I think, where the world is heading, and these things are
going to accelerate, especially Runnable, and that is my pitch to you to use something like this in
your job, in your business, for your employees to make you more productive. So, that's your
introduction to Runnable. Again, if you want to support the channel and go do anything that we
just looked at, it is $1 to get started. You can go to this link on the screen or the link in the
description, and I hope you're inspired to go build something cool and make yourself some money.
And now, to mine, I appreciate you being here, and I'll see you in the next one. Cheers.
