Where God's love is everywhere.
It's me!
Pastor Anastasia and I'm so super duper excited
that you join me today as we learn more about our best friend Jesus.
Today's special feature comes to us from right here in the United States
where my friend the aliens have prepared a beautiful song just for us.
Let's listen in!
Elliot family that was amazing!
Boys and girls remember if you want to share your gifts and talents with Jesus
please ask your parents or guardians to inbox me.
And I'd be happy to share it with our friends.
What did I hear?
The sound of nature time!
And I'm so excited because we have a special friend that's going to be sharing with us today.
And you know how it is.
You never know who or what we're going to be learning about today
when it comes to God's wonderful creation.
So tune in with me!
Hello guys and welcome back to nature time.
It's me Amir and today I'll be talking about cats.
Cats are mammals meaning that they are vertebrates and are nourished with their mother's milk.
Cats are sneaky and love to hunt using their retractable claws just as you saw just a while ago.
Cats come in different shapes and sizes but the one I'm talking about is the domestic cat.
Cats are carnivores meaning that they eat meat which contains fish and chicken.
Cats are about 28 inches tall and weigh 5 to 20 pounds.
As I said before, cats love to hunt and that reminds us about the devil.
The Bible says that the devil is like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour.
But unlike the devil, God loves us and he loves you too.
Bye and see you next time.
That was pretty cool and we finished just in time to check in on Melissa.
I wonder how her week went.
Well, let's go!
No way! I'm definitely not going to do a pastor this year.
Not doing what?
My mom is making me forgive Chantel after everything she did to me.
She got me into serious trouble at school.
I'll never ever be her friend again.
Sometimes it's really hard to put the wrong people have done to us behind us.
That's why it's really important that we learn to forgive and let go of past hurts.
When we prayerfully think of all that God has forgiven us,
we will find the strength through His power to forgive others.
Wait a minute! That reminds me of our theme for this week, which simply says forgive and let go.
Let me hear my friends. They say it.
Forgive and let go.
And our memory verse is found in Colossians 3.13 and it simply says,
Forgive as the Lord has forgave you.
Let me hear my friends. Bella say it.
Forgive as the Lord forgave you. Colossians 3.13
Great job everyone!
Forgive and let go? Nice theme, but that's not from Melissa.
I hear you. It's the same struggle the guy in our story had
when God asked him to help Saul regain his sight after he persecuted so many Christians.
Of course, he didn't want to help, let alone talk about forgiveness.
Thankfully, God used him and he overcame all of his negative feelings.
Can you guess who today's story is about?
I hate when people are mean to me.
Yeah, me too.
But back to the story, it's about a man who helped Saul regain his sight.
Oh, it's right here in the Bible.
That's right, Liam and Leah. Today's story is about Ananias.
The news traveled far and wide throughout the Christian community about the dreadful Saul
who had made it his mission to persecute, capture, and even kill the followers of Christ.
No Christian wanted to have anything to do with it, including Ananias, until...
One day God instructed him to go to the house of Judas on Straight Street
to pray for a man named Saul.
Of all people to regain his sight, Ananias wrestled with God's instruction.
He didn't want to.
Saul had been so cruel and mean to his friends.
How could he help or even accept him?
Thankfully, God won and Ananias obeyed.
Saul eventually became known as Saul, a great preacher and missionary.
Praise God, Ananias gave Saul a chance.
Wowzers, that was a very touching story about Ananias and Saul.
That makes me think, maybe I should give a second chance to Chantal.
After all, she did ask for forgiveness.
I think so too.
Because we all make mistakes sometimes, all of us need to experience God's grace and forgiveness.
So, let's learn to forgive and let go.
