Supreme Chonburi VC 🇹🇭 vs. Bandung BJB 🇮🇩 - AVC Champions League 2026 | Highlights - Pool Play

Away we go, whistle blown by Cheung Ching-Ju. Chinese Taipei first official Sung-Hae Deon of Korea is second referee. As the first set in this last quarterfinal gets underway from the AVC Asian Women's Champions League. Wing striker, Sitalo Edwarisa with the serve, overpass, another chance here for Supreme. Oh, that is a block. Wow. It's a hit with a set of Deon. On the right side of Bandung. And Bandung are running the show right now. Defended again. Mositova giving the ball and at last Supreme have got hold of her. Not the tallest player out there. It goes line again. Pass is solid again. And it's the same ball. Deon goes on the slide once more. The blockers read it and Kutika shuts down. In comes Panawila Supawadi. It's a new opposite on the floor for Supreme Tipchomburi. And business as usual, left side. So Kutika and Edwarisa got into fabulous players. And now, Willow Valopiniupong making the transition to coach. Right, this isn't so good for Supreme. Chance to level the scores. Taken by Mositova and Bandung are back in it. To serve, Supreme will be hoping for Fahner. He's not injured out of the game and the tournament. Plumjik used to, but she still knows where the space is. And that's a 21 Supreme. Solid ball from Angelina. Power tip down the line as well. Defended by Supawadi. And too much space left. You could see how deep the Bandung defenders were there. Right on their heels. Supreme can take set one. Good defense again. Not much for Kutika to go at there. So just keeps it in play. Oh, superb. Little change up. Flokes it in without much pressure. Superb. Oh, to have the likes of Plumjik in your squad and be able to set to her repeatedly. Bandung. And still. So line serve to start things off. Bandung. BJB Tandemata in the white. Yola out after the service error. Supawadi at the line. It's good dig again. Supawadi's defense has been excellent. Oh, no. Except then. Angelina hasn't had the influence on the game she would like. Puts a relatively easy ball into court. And Plumjik with the presence of mind just to tip it. Rara with the service for Bandung. Good serve. Kutika bangs it. Well defended by Rara. Players getting in each other's way there. Oh, that is brilliant. That is brilliant. And no point. Makes it count this time. Slidovska getting used more and more in this match. The captain organizing the blockers. Tight ball again given to the middle again. And Yola's got to get on that. When that ball is tight to the net. So high from Vasitova. Really got off the floor there. She's got a big, what looks like Doberman, dog tattooed on her arm as Vasitova. And that left arm has got some serious bite. Good defense. Brilliant from Hawa. Another chance though for Supreme. Defended this time by Dian. Vasitova out of system, rolls it. Pianuk picks the ball. And Supawadi cuts it cross court. Vasitova defends. Can she finish? No, Pianuk. Superwoman dive for the defense. And shoved down the front of the block. In the backcourt. That works well for Supreme. So it's looking good again for the team from Thailand in the black. Has arrived late. Is it on the line? It is. Referee says it's in. Vasitova, adamant it's out. No challenge. He's going to overturn that. 23-20 then. Marisara puts it in. Good line up from the blockers. Well defended by Malika. Still going from anywhere to Plumjit. Now she can go again. And Plumjit makes it look easy. Cuts across the body into position one. Second set. Pianuk. She's throwing herself everywhere. The libero for Supreme. Overpass. Counter block. Crazy stuff from Rara. Gets a hand on that one as well. Wide to Angelina. Defended again. This time though the overpass is finished by Nathanicia. Game's still open then. Supreme tip Chonburi Itek in the dark shirts from Thailand. Lead the match by two sets to nil. Bandung BJB Tandemarta of Indonesia. Still have a shot. Good serve. From Kutika. And she defends well. Marisara just rolls it to six. Nicely picked up by Dinda the libero for Bandung. Marisara does her own defence this time. And a cheeky set through the middle. Power tipped onto the floor by Kanyarat. To beat a frustrated Nathanicia. And a five point lead is reduced to just a two point lead. Very similar to last set. Very good. Well, these are attacks you don't really see attacking opportunities. Look at the movement of the players there. That's magnificent. Just kept off the floor by Malika. A few protests from the Bandung players. But no immediate challenge issued. So the rally goes on. Slagovska out of the pipe. Forced to tip. And Pianut sends it wide. Not put away by Marisara. Super block. Plumcic getting a little bit tired in the middle there. Another long rally. Oh, what a dig from Pianut. Plumcic gets the block. Doesn't bother chasing the next one. Just enough left in the legs to run the slide again. And another world class rally comes to an end in favour of Supreme. Piece of magic from Supreme. Plumcic picked her moments in that rally. Instant side out required for Bandung. Overpass. Put away by Plumcic. And Supreme are a one point away from the semifinals here. Kanyarat with the serve. Pass is okay. Ball out wide. It's chopped out of play by Sassabilla. And that is the match subject to this challenge. Did she get a fingertip? Oh, she did. Well, Sassabilla thought she'd missed it. But it's just touched the pinky finger on the block of Malika. One match point saved. Two match points left for Supreme. Serve wide. And it's put away in the end. Superbly done by Waresada. And Supreme tip Chamburi Itek. Survive the pressure from Bandung BJP Tandemata.
