WE MADE POKEMON CANDY!

Thanks for choosing us today. Today we're going to make poke bowls. Almost ready for showtime. Adding our flavor. This time it's going to be cherry and passion fruit. So today we're going to make the poke bowl and for this we need the red coloring, the black and white. We have our colors mixed. We'll be adding some citric acid in a while. Just have to wait for the sugar to harden just a little bit more and we're going to cut out the colors. This is the first batch of the day so everything's cooling down quick. Too quick actually. It's extra crispy. You have to work fast. So now we'll start off with the center ring. You can see it's very thin so we're going to make it thin as well. That's where we'll start off with So here we have the center white ball, this one, center ball, the black outline, then the white that goes around and then we have this piece. We'll make a black piece, red on top, white on top and we'll put the ball in the middle and the rest of the red goes on top. The rest of the white goes on the bottom. Thanks for watching.
