New Gated Community in Phoenix AZ with Stunning Mountain Views + Model Home Tour

Oh my gosh, let me tell you, I have found the most amazing community. Mountain views, gated, new construction, single level homes. My buyers ask for this combination more than anything else and it almost never exists all in one place. I have been selling real estate here in the Phoenix Valley for over 22 years and what I'm about to show you is genuinely rare. This is not a stretch by any means. This is no builder marketing language. I'm telling you, if this is your list, this video is for you and I would not wait. No filter, girl. I'll blow a builder out of the water every time when they tell you mountain views and they're way up in the distance. You're like, those aren't mountain views. Those are mountains in the horizon. Well, here's the thing. This particular community is built in the mountain, like nestled. Some of the lots have both mountain views and city views. What? Let's check it out with Jesse Lee Reed, my favorite, ultimate favorite builder, David Wheatley. Wow, now this is a nice presentation of a home. It's not just a garage and a couple windows. David Wheatley has done it again. That looks like there is a guest house. I'm just relaxing in this beautiful front courtyard and it sure does. Yeah, let's check it out later. Yes, let's get the main. Oh, yes. Isn't it nice? It's so peaceful. It is such grand entrance. Insane. Wow. Let's go. I'm going to go straight outside because I feel like that sets the stage. Wow. Let's go check this out, guys. Sold. Sign me up. Oh, my gosh. Yeah. Now, this does not come with the house, unfortunately, but this is what you can do. Oh, my gosh. They actually have quite a few lots that have views equal to these. Oh, my goodness. Look at the size of the pool. Yeah, it's just breathtaking. Yeah, we'll get to the house eventually. Check out this fire pit. Let's see the city way down there. And we also have mountain views. Cool. Excuse me. Imagine the city lights when it's dark out. Oh, yeah. And this is the coolest thing. I've never seen this. Wow. Something like this before. Sweet water feature. Like I touch everything like a kid. I can't help it. Don't mind if I do. Right. Oh, this is an entertaining backyard for sure. All right. Now let's go take a look at what we came to see. Do we have to leave the backyard? I'm like, I don't know where to go from here. There's four wings or something. Yeah, there's this is so elegant, just completely different than what we've seen. Josh up here or again, this this rivals with their designs in the Scottsdale area for sure. And check out the size of this island. I mean, it's got waterfall. It's just ginormous. And this sink is so nice. There's no soap in it. I was gonna say, is there actually soap in there? No, but it's beautiful. Wow. Awesome. Love it. Love it. Absolutely gorgeous. Are those our favorite kind of ice cubes? I like the smaller. I like the smaller ones, too, like the sonic ice. Yeah, this will do. Yes. Check out this range. This is a wolf. Of course, we have the pot filler and this is what I call a hood. Look at this thing. Oh, yeah. I don't know if I love this color, but I love everything else. Yeah. Gosh, I'm just yeah, speechless. See how they bring the it's quartz. This is quartz. They bring it up the backsplash. It's really in right now to just bring it up versus doing a separate tile back. So we have been doing a ton of new builds in twenty twenty six. And again, what sets us apart from everybody else? Not only do we help pick out the lot, we attend all the different design and options structural studio. We'll meet with your landscaper contractors. We'll help you get estimates for after closing items. We go above and beyond. We don't just sign a contract and walk away. Yeah. Yeah. Look at the sub zero. I feel like we're seeing a little bit more drawers and kitchens lately. A lot. You know what? And you see it in the high end. You see it in the high end homes. Right. And and that's the difference. It doesn't say no playing. They're going to be like, what are these girls doing in there? Oh, look at that. These are a little heavy for me, but that's OK. Look at that. Pretty cool. This is a true Butler Pantley pantry. Oh, my gosh. Oh, my gosh. We're both struggling with words. That's so fun for a Butler Pantley pantry. I can't even talk. That's so pretty. Look at this. Look at the outlet up there. That's funny. Why do you need an outlet all the way up there? So we're going to check around this room. Yeah, let's kind of go in order then of the house, because yeah, I want to say this. Otherwise, we're going to get lost. This designer likes to drink. But this is a sweet little area. It had a little this could be a pool room. Yeah, or I want to say they have a similar model to this over in Queen Creek in Legato West. And they made this a pool room. It has a bar and it goes directly out to the pool. Yeah. Let's hit the primary and then. Yeah. Can I go in order now that we this is actually tile? No, I was going to say is it wallpaper? I think it's paint. Oh, I thought you're talking about this, which is tile. That's tile. I love this floor. Love this. Oh, I love this room. Oh, my gosh. So serene. Oh, my gosh. Wait to see the bathroom. Playing with stuff. Those windows. The new thing, guys, is no window coverings. Got to make sure your home is strategically placed, though. I'll tell you that direction. Oh, my gosh. What are you doing? What? Where did you find? I wonder if somebody right here. No, I think it's supposed to be a decoration, a decoration. I don't understand why there would be a battery. They're not my prescription. I'll tell you that because now I'm like. It was just kind of fun. OK, silly girl. Yeah, I know. Yeah, I see now why you said that. Wow. Wow. OK. Oh, there's two closets, one on each side of this very nicely well appointed. I don't mind this when they're usually when there's bathtubs in the middle. It bothers me. This does not bother me because it doesn't stick out. Yeah. And look what else you have right there waiting for you in the bathtub. It would be a glass of vino. Oh, and then there's the water, the wine right there. It beeps. It's ready for you. I'll bet you the seat is warm for you as well. There we go. Oh, my gosh. Oh, yeah. So this is where the closet. Oh, yeah. So let's go back. Go on the other side of the master bathroom. And right now they have it shown as a she closet. And again, the shelves way up high. This is a base. This is again, when you think of luxury building, that's what this is, this this product. And there's a lot more inclusions in those prices like standard options. Yes. OK, I do like this. So we'll go back around this way. Nice job. They have a room over here. One of the other things that we're seeing really from a design aspect is we're seeing that baseboards are not white anymore. These are a really light tan. I don't know if tan is the right word, but also this is the first time I've seen green door. I was just going to say, how did we not notice walking around? Look at this. Yeah. Green door. Love it. Yeah. And this is something that's very trendy, but it's also easy to change back. So like, let's just say you keep the home, you know, seven to 10 years. And at that time, this color is not in style anymore. It's really easy to just have all the doors painted, but really nice powder room. I'm not a big fan of pedals, still sinks, but it'll work for your initial move in. Then we have another bedroom right here that's set up as an office. This is actually, oh, it has a full bathroom. Yes. It's an en suite. Nice en suite. Yeah. Oh, I can't get the green doors out of my head now that you mentioned that. How did we not notice? I love it. A walk-in closet. This is nice. So a bedroom. I wonder, I wonder if all the bedrooms have bathrooms. Oh yeah. Let's, let's see. Yeah. We'll find out. Yeah. You know what I really love? I love this. They've incorporated the black and they've done this champagne color here. Oh, I absolutely love that. Yeah. They've got a lot of golfing stuff in, in their design here. Well, that's a big appeal for Verado for sure. Oh, good point. Look at the ceiling too. Every, the whole house matches. I love that. There's the ceiling. I think you might have been right. Okay. So we have another bathroom. Yeah. I think all the rooms have their own private bathroom. Well, look at this. So we have a listing coming up. Not that I'm trying to sell it, but the wife does crafts. So this would be a perfect craft room. This is clearly someone that, you know, designs flower arrangements. So I think what they're trying to show here is the appeal of a home this size, even for people that no longer work. Retirees, vacation homes, second homes, or even, you know, full-time homes. Why would I need a home 3,000, 4,000 square feet? Well, we had one that was kind of like a meditation room, like relax and have that chair. This one is kind of a craft room. Yep. Again, they know how to appeal to the right buyer. This, this right here, this is exactly the demographic of the, of the buyer. This is a couple that's retired perhaps and wants to just enjoy golf, do crafts. And not be in a 55 plus community. Here, because again, this is separate from Victory. It's not part of Victory. So you only have the 1-H away that I believe, if I remember, was 189. Yes. And that'll include this particular community as well as the main community, but not Victory. Beautiful window. Look at that view. Holy moly. Macaroni. That is insane. Now this, although it is an apartment casita kind of a thing, it has the door that's coming right into the bedroom. So there's not like a sitting room and then a bedroom. It just goes right into, you know what? It's exactly like a hotel. This is like a hotel room. Come stand here. Perfect. Come stand here. This is exactly like a hotel. That's so funny. Luxury hotel room. You have a beautiful window with the view. You have a chair to sit and read. You have a table to grab something to eat and you have a bed. This is like a luxury hotel room. Oh, wait a minute. I know. That's what I was saying. I was like, wait till you come to my corner. You were standing over here. Yeah. This is exactly like a hotel room. Now it's even more so, like you said, but this would be so perfect for guests. You know, like if you guys want to go to bed and they want to go out and have a drink, come in. Look at that beautiful built-in microwave. It has that chill refrigerator, wine cooler kind of a thing. Even has a garbage receptacle. That's funny. That's very nice. And then it has even a coffee pot, coffee pot, cabinets. Yeah, this is beautiful. Oh, I love it. Yeah. Let's check out the bathroom. Should be a bathroom closet maybe? This is beautiful. This is, it comes with its own hotel room. This is perfect. This is actually amazing. This is, they did a great job. They even have drawers in here. Yeah, this is great. I have to take a picture of this. Perfect shower. That is my idea of a perfect shower. I don't want one any bigger to clean. Like you said, drawers. It's a disguise of floating. It's not floating so you don't get all the dust underneath there. Drawers, which is perfect for storage. I was checking to see if it was a fancy toilet. Yeah, it's not. It's only in the primary. Yep. Yeah, this is beautiful. Yeah, this is amazing. Very nice. Yeah, gorgeous view. I think you would all agree that that home is just to die for, right? Maybe you might make a little tweak here and there that make it more you and your personality. But here's the thing. Not only do they have specs, but they also are offering new builds. So you can customize these homes to anything and everything that you can possibly imagine. Now this is the thing. This type of community does not open up very often. So sitting and waiting is only going to be higher price points and probably not as desirable lot. So what's the catch? Clearly it has everything. Where is it located? Let's start there. This is part of Regent Hills, which is in a gated and exclusive gated community within Verado. And where's Verado? Verado is in Buckeye. So does this location work for everyone? No. Let's break it down though what's going on in the Verado area. Because once upon a time it was really far out. But today you have everything you need within close proximity. So although Regent Hills has a slightly higher HOA, it includes some of again these exclusivities that you will receive and not the rest of the community. So at $189 a month at the time of this video. Although I have to tell you Verado hasn't changed in a very long time. So I don't anticipate any surprises down the road in this community as well. The builders are very well prepared for this community. And it's only about two-thirds completed. So if you're looking for not being too far away from that little main street, the golf courses, the little shopping and everything, then now is a really good time to get in. Where everything is now in existence but you're not too far out as because when while it continues to grow it will be out further and further. So this particular community will eventually be approximately 800 to 1,000 homes. Well they've only released about 100 lots right now and that's why it's good to get in closer to. You're going to be nearer closer to the main gate. So you're going to have a private gated area. You're also going to have your own little love house and outdoor pool. This is so it's not inundated with the other thousands of people that are going to be at the other community pool. But here's the thing. If that's where you want to be, you can head on down in your cute little golf cart and you can join them. Or you can have your exclusive pool and parks separate from the Verado area. So again this is kind of like again Verado has become quite the luxury. It's not uncommon to see some very very high-end sports cars here. And this is going to be that elevated area. And for what you're getting the price points really aren't that out of rack. Here's the thing. I've received so many phone calls. It seems like a lot of people from the northwest are really looking for these. And they were like is it is this real? Is this a million dollars for this home? Yeah David Weekly, Mountain Views, Gated, Verado. Yeah that's real. You're gonna be at a million dollar price point. Now there are some other options and this is one of the great things about this particular community. Although I showed you a million dollar home, because of course that's the one that they built, they are offering 12 different floor plans. There's two different series. There is an overlook series that has standard size lots. These are going to be 65 foot wide and an average of about 7,800 square feet. So for those of you who want just modest backyards but still some distance between your homes, this works out really well. Now the Alta series, which if you haven't signed up for my channel subscription so that you're notified each and every time we release a video, you got it because we have more videos to share with you. This is just one of the models. There's so much out there it's insane. And Alta, that's their second series, these are larger lots with 80 feet wide and average of over 10,000 square feet. So these are almost a quarter acre. Now you're probably thinking yeah great what do those cost? Well you can pick and choose. Here's the thing, as you walk around the community you're going to find mountain views in every direction. Now some of you do want to have mountains literally right out your back. Those are going to run anywhere from to $130,000 to $150,000 lot premium on top of those base prices. Now if you are looking to get into this exclusive community but don't want to spend quite that much money, there are some lots that again as you're walking around the neighborhood you can still see these beautiful mountains but there are zero lot premium. So again getting into this community is a big thing and again it's limited with only like I said about 100 homes currently being offered for sale in those lots. There's also two RV plans. Yeah there's a lot out here. So we're going to have a private gated community that does not have access to Victory which is a totally separate 55 plus feel. There are a couple of other areas in Victory that are gated. This is really even a big deal for Verado. It's a step up above Verado. So if you're looking for luxury this is it and I'm telling you when you're looking at luxury and how it is exploding in the Greater Phoenix area, it's actually the second hottest luxury market in the entire world. Only number two to an area in China which I'm pretty sure most of you that are watching my video aren't also looking in China. So this is the valleys. Luxury is one of the hottest tickets in the in the world and to get a luxury home at a million dollars I know that sounds crazy to so many people including myself but this is compared to something up in North Scottsdale that would be around three to five million. So when you look at it that way it's a bargain. My job is not to sell you. I'm not trying to convince you this is where you want to buy. I want to bring information to you though. We cover the entire Phoenix area so if you are comparing luxury home areas and you're looking at maybe Verado, if you're looking in Peoria, if you're looking in Scottsdale or even if you're going out to Queen Creek, Gilbert, we have luxury markets literally in every direction and they all come with pros and cons. No one unlike me like like me is going to tell you the truth. There's pros and cons everywhere. I would say the number one con for Verado is the fact that you are in the southwest valley and not necessarily near where all the luxury shopping and dining is and that is really a big trade-off.
