Hey Skin Junkies! In today's episode, I wanted to share a few of my favorite self-massage techniques for naturally sculpting, slimming & de-puffing the face & under eyes! I do this lymphatic drainage treatment once a week to rid the skin of any toxins, and tension and help with lymph flow. I took a pause from doing botox a little over a year ago and have put a large focus on holistic beauty to help smooth my fine lines and wrinkles. I am also a big fan of using oils in my personal skincare routine often and believe combined with these massage moves has kept my skin & face smooth, defined, and even-toned. I suggest all follow along and try these simple effective moves for a glowing & sculpted complexion!
Jade from \"Complexions by Jade\" demonstrates lymphatic self-massage (LSM) techniques to depuff, sculpt, and detoxify the skin. She emphasizes a holistic approach combining skincare products, mindful intentions, and manual massage to improve skin firmness and relieve facial tension for a natural, youthful glow.
Hey Skin Junkies! Welcome back to Complexions by Jade, my skincare series. I'm super excited
because in today's episode, I'm going to be sharing with you a few of my favorite
self-massage techniques. These are going to help de-pot the skin as well as naturally sculpt,
and I'm going to be showing you a few of my favorite moves for LSM, which is lymphatic
self-massage. So let's get started! Starting off, you want to make sure your skin is freshly
washed, and I like to be on each session with a positive intention, so keeping a crystal close by
and also reading an uplifting mantra card. First, I will be applying the Osea Sea Vitamin Mist.
This is an antioxidant-rich elixir that hydrates, tones, it also refreshes the skin,
and I like to spray it into the palms of my hands and then press it into the complexion.
For today's massage, I'm using 100% pure sea buckthorn oil. This is one I actually sourced
from a wholesale bulk organic supplier, but I've listed a few below that I love. And you do not
need a lot of oil when performing a facial massage on yourself, just a few drops and again pressing
it into the complexion. With your index finger knuckles, gently glide them from the nasolabial
folds to the top of the ear, always moving upwards and out. If you wake with puffy cheeks,
under eyes, and bags, try these moves to naturally drain the skin of toxins.
To naturally sculpt the cheekbones, try this move. The skin around the orbital is very thin,
so this area tends to show wrinkles early on. Crow's feet or smile lines are very common. Here
are a few moves that I do to smooth out the fine lines, and remembering always to gently move
upwards, using the most delicate ring finger to do so. And for a little tension relief, I like to end
this with a scalp massage. Repeat this massage once a week, and I promise you, you will see
such amazing results. Okay my loves, and that complexion is complete, and I promise you,
if you do these moves on your skin consistently with the correct oil for your skin type,
you will see such transformation in the overall tone and feel and just firmness, as well as
just the sculpting-ness. Is that a word? Sculpting-ness? I do these personally every
week. I have to give myself a face massage, because it really helps to just relieve the
pressure too. We carry so much stress in our face, and we don't even realize it,
so even doing these little moves like underneath the eyes, I mean, oh my gosh, that feels so good,
and it's such tension relief, and I feel like it's very important to give ourselves that love,
and just the sculpting with our hands, because the hands are the most powerful healers, I truly feel.
Whenever I'm doing my treatments, and I'm doing my face massages on my clients, there's so much
more power in my hands than tools, I feel, because I can really get underneath the bones,
and feel the skin, and feel where there needs to be some more love and attention. I can go on and
on about how passionate I am about massage, just because it's such a huge part of my practice.
So thank you guys so much for always listening to me rant about skincare. I love it so much,
and if you're here listening to this, then you probably love it just as much. But you guys,
look at the skin. I have absolutely no foundation on, I don't have any coverage,
this is straight from the oil massage, the only thing I have on is brows. I don't have to explain
if you know exactly who I am, I always have my brows on. But this has been my everyday look,
just a little bit of brow, and then skincare, SPF as the glow. It's just a really healthy,
youthful look, and I feel like that's what I've been gravitating more towards lately,
and I'm not really focusing much on cosmetics or full coverage. I know, if you've followed me for
a really long time, you can tell I don't do a lot of makeup videos anymore, and that's just because
my passions and just my energy has shifted more towards wellness, holistic health, as well as
just anything that has to do with natural beauty. So I really hope you guys enjoy that. I do want
to do a few makeup videos, just on the more natural side, because I feel like there's ways
that you can do kind of that no-makeup look. So let me know if you guys would be interested in
that, and I'm more than happy to film it. Okay my beautiful do-babies, I really hope you enjoyed
this relaxing self-massage video. Don't forget to like this video if you did, hit the subscribe

I am your fairy skin mother, so I hope to see you guys in the next episode. Bye guys!
