Life in Edinburgh | Endless House Chores, Job Hunt Update

Tapi kebenaran itu tidak. Aku baru saja ditinggalkan. Selamat pagi. Hari lain. Aku hari ini libur. Dan bakal nyantai aja di rumah. Tadinya sebenernya buat vlog ini tuh aku pengen coba masak Nasi uduk sama ayam goreng. Pakai bumbu jadi sih. Aku nggak bikin dari scratch. Tapi kita ada bumbunya. Tapi, ternyata kita masih punya banyak makanan. Masih ada nasi dari kemarin. Terus aku kemarin juga beli pizza. Masih ada leftover-nya. Ada daging burger yang perlu kita bikin karena udah mau expired. Dan, ini hari Kamis. Dan besok, hari Sabtu, Minggu itu Aku bakal nginep di rumah temen aku, Stella. Rumahnya sekitar 1 jam dari sini nyetir. But that means We're also not gonna eat at home. So we kinda have to finish all the food. So maybe it's not the best idea to cook More food. Otherwise It might just go to waste. I still have a few house chores to do. I need to do laundry. I need to clean. Do some dishes. Trying to balance being productive But also taking a rest. We're just giving our best at this point. Tadi pagi aku udah makan breakfast Banana Toast sama kopi. It's a nice breakfast. But yeah, let's do some laundry now. much better But I'm a bit frustrated Because I just got another Bad news, well it's not that bad Tapi mamanya Cuning itu Harusnya datang minggu depan Tapi ada drama lagi sama penerbangan I don't know why Dari kemaren mamaku terbang juga ada drama terbang This one is not as bad Tapi dari Emiratesnya Mereka ada banyak flight Yang diganti Layovernya itu harusnya tadi cuma 2 jam Jadi ada yang 10 jam And we feel bad Because obviously we don't want them To have a long layover And there's a reason why we bought Our initial ticket Karena layovernya cuma 2 jam But also, worst part is Jadi itu satu Buat dari Malaysia ke UK Tapi yang dari UK ke Malaysia Juga ada drama karena Diganti juga Dan mereka nyampainya itu Di Singapura jauh lebih telat Kayak 6 jam kemudian Padahal kita juga udah beli tiket dari Singapura Ke Penang Jadi sekarang ga tau deh Antara harus cari flight Singapura ke Penang yang baru Atau minta ke Emiratesnya Cari pilihan lain Tapi tadi aku juga cari pilihan lain Tidak banyak pilihan So I don't know I still need to check on that And I'm also trying to look Kalau bisa dapat kompensasi Karena lumayan parah sih Berubahnya Jadi layovernya lama And there's gonna be missed Now I'm just hearing a lot of the musical songs again And I'm watching a lot of videos I'm fangirling Karena sekarang ada orang Indo Dan orang Singapura Yang juga jadi lead actress Di West End juga And they're just, people are just so talented But guess what I'm watching Dari tadi sambil bersih-bersih Sambil makan juga I'm watching Hamilton yang live di New York The last time I watched this was when it was released I forgot when, tapi a few years ago And I'm just re-watching it again And it's just It's so good If anyone also loves musical Please let me know And we can be friends And talk about all things musicals It's so good I wish I live in London Aku merasa venue yang di Edinburgh Pas kemarin aku nonton Waitress And I've also watched another play last time Aku merasa venue di sini little update I just got rejected A few days ago I was really sad because I thought I was so close Of getting the job I went for a second interview Where I went to the office And it's the company that I really want to work in But Unfortunately I didn't get it And it sucks because I thought I had a really good Feeling about this one And I had a really high expectation The interview, both interviews went well So I wasn't sure why I didn't get it I asked for feedback and they gave feedback And It's a good feedback but I just thought I did better than that So yeah When I got the news I was so sad I thought I'm used to rejection But every time I get it I still need time to process it So it took my time to Be sad about it I cried the whole morning Even though I was working that day So I just need to suck it up Luckily that night There was an impromptu karaoke With my friends So I got a bit of distraction I went climbing as well after And I went out so I had my time to process But yeah Now I'm back to square one I don't know I'm feeling quite Demotivated It's just there are already So many jobs that I applied But I think it's almost like 10 months which is crazy And I want to blame it on The job market but then also That won't do anything So I just have to keep applying Telling myself don't give up And that's what everyone Keep telling me So let's apply to some more jobs Today I'm eating The pizza that my wife made Look This is called Pio di Latik For that price That Mato And Razo will be Better I think
