New Summer Home Decorating Ideas Elegant Blue White Summer Decor Inspiration.

Hey there, welcome to my channel and to my home for another decorating video. We are continuing to decorate for summer around the house. If you missed my last couple of decorating videos, I did decorate the kitchen and the breakfast room with blue and white decor, which is what I'm going to continue to do today, putting out my blue and white decor in my bedroom and also in the rest of the downstairs area, so my entryway and the living room. I also decorated the exterior of my home for Memorial Day. It is the same decor that will stay up through the 4th of July. I may tweak it a little bit. I do change up the front porch just a little bit before the 4th, but if you are looking for red, white, and blue summer decorating inspiration, I do have that video up as well. I'll link that for you. We already did that. And of course, we will be doing red, white, and blue Americana decor inside my home very soon as well too. But I do like to get out my blue and white and just let it have a bit of a moment, a little fresh, calm moment in the house before I bring in all of the nostalgia and the beauty that is that patriotic decor for the upcoming holiday. We're starting in my bedroom today. I'm just picking up a few of the spring pieces that have lingered. I want to pick those things up and just kind of give this a little bit of a palette reset for summer. Updating my bedding has just become a tradition for me every season, and it's something that I like to do. Often, I'll get new pieces just to make the space feel fresh and incorporate some of that with pieces that I've had from years prior. This year, I was really craving a natural, neutral palette in here, and I feel like it's because I've also been craving rest lately. I've just wanted to make my bed feel really peaceful, really cozy.
