Farmer hydrate, refreshed.

So we are here at the irrigation dam this morning. We are getting ready to release the water onto the soil to get it hydrated. So just like our bodies that requires constant daily hydration, the soil also needs to stay hydrated. I think most of my products really start in the home and as a mother you know you're always making sure your kids are drinking and so we wanted something that was for the whole family. It was something you could use every day and that's when we took our idea to Tana so that she could help us bring it to life. One of the things we talked about was how to make this hydrate drink different than the rest that are on the market. We wanted to make a drink that you could have on a daily basis. So the ratios of sodium to potassium are one to one. It's not overly salty. We have two new flavors of fiber hydrate coming out that are awesome. Grapefruit ginger is delicious. The other flavor is a lemon lime basil. There's freeze-dried basil in there and this flavor is not only delicious but it's nutritious as well. The farmer hydrate redesign really centers around this idea that we're trying to bring people back to the farm. The old farmer hydrate packaging was beautiful but as we took a step back and revisited, we realized that the farm and that story was getting lost. So what we did is we got aerial photography of the farm property and we sent it to Daniel and have him hand draw in all of the irrigation paths. This farmer hydrate refresh is also going to be bringing in our new single serves which are really exciting. We wanted something that feels fresh and modern and bright but also has a little bit of that old town sensibility to it. I think it feels really genuine and connected to the farm in a way that will help the consumer understand why the product exists.
