Lots of beautiful trees. And let's talk about this home. So this is a new construction home. It's actually not even fully done yet, but it's almost there. And it's a four bed, two bath, two car garage, 1829 square feet, 10,000 square foot lot. There's no HOA. And the builder is offering $15,000 in flex money if you use their preferred lender. And that can go towards your closing costs and interest rate buy down. Just to make this more affordable and easier for you to get into. Let's head inside and take a look. Once we get in here, you're going to notice a sea of wood look pile and a really killer sliding glass door back there. It's actually storm rated, which is very nice. That's a killer sliding glass door. And this is your living room, dining space, and of course your kitchen as well. Let's head over here to this kitchen island with quartz counters and take a look.
