Okay guys, today's video is super special because this is officially my birthday look reveal. My birthday dress has finally arrived from the US and I'm beyond excited. Hi guys, welcome back. If you're new here, my name is Naima and since it's my birthday month, I wanted to do something extra special. So today we're doing my complete birthday look reveal. The dress, the makeup, the hair and of course, the entire shopping experience because I know so many of you keep asking me where I get my outfits from. So here's the thing, over the years I've bought some really beautiful gowns. Very dramatic, very princess, very red carpet, very where exactly am I supposed to wear this? A few weeks before my birthday, I came across a brand called Kiss Bra on Instagram. Their designs were absolutely stunning and this gown instantly caught my eye. But if I'm honest, I was a little hesitant about placing the order. So I've shopped from similar international location wear brands in the past and thankfully received my outfits without any issues. However, this day's online shopping can feel like a gamble. There are so many scam websites out there and if you read the comments online, you'll find plenty of people sharing stories about orders never arriving or receiving something completely different from what was advertised. So what made me feel comfortable about Kiss Bra was their beautiful customer service. Every time I reached out, their team was extremely polite, responsive and genuinely helpful. They answered my questions, kept me updated and made the whole process feel much smoother. Honestly, they were so nice that a small part of me kept wondering, okay, is this too good to be true? But this wasn't just any dress, it was my birthday dress. And after going back and forth for a while, I decided to trust my instincts, placed the order to the Kiss Bra website. From the front, it's beautiful but when you turn around, that's when the dress really has its moment. Another thing I absolutely loved was the fabric apart from its stunning back. Because whenever I order clothing online, one of my biggest concerns is quality. Will it be too thin? Will it feel cheap? Will it be transparent? But the moment I touched this dress, I knew it was different. The fabric feels luxurious. It has a beautiful wake to it. The quality is amazing. It's not transparent at all, which I really, really appreciate. And the detailing throughout the gown is super stunning. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations. And one thing I appreciate as much as the product itself is the customer service because a brand can sell beautiful clothes but if they don't know how to speak to customers, the experience is ruined throughout the process. As I all informed you, they were genuinely kind, responsive and polite. And for me, that matters as a consumer. That's something I really value because good customer service makes the entire experience feel so much better. So a few weeks ago, I was looking for my birthday outfit and I don't know about you but every time I see a gorgeous dress online, I have trust issues. Because let's be honest, sometimes what arrives is completely different from what you ordered and the moment I placed the order, I was like, Mahima, what have you done? I paid, then I waited, then customs happened, then extra charges happened and at that point, I was just praying that this dress would actually fit me. And then finally, the package arrived and I was shocked. In a good way. The fabric, absolutely beautiful. The quality, much better than I expected. The thickness, amazing. There was no weird transparency, no cheap feeling, no awkward stitching and the fitting guys, the fitting. I did not alter this dress even once. As a woman, you know how rare that is. Usually, it's take in the waist, fix the bust, shorten the length, adjust the straps, do something, anything but this one, straight out of the package. Perfect. And can we please talk about the back of this dress? Because that was honestly one of the biggest reasons I fell in love with it. I wanted something glamorous and sexy for my birthday but I didn't want it to feel over the top or uncomfortable and this back design is exactly that sweet spot. It's elegant, feminine and glamorous. It shows just enough without showing too much. Sometimes, less is more and I feel like the back of this gown completely elevates the entire look. Okay, now let's talk about the face because a birthday look is not complete without makeup. We decided to go for something glamorous but still natural, like a nice soft cap look. I didn't want to look like a completely different person. I wanted to look like myself, just upgraded, beautiful skin, soft contour, defined eyes, glossy lips, everything enhancing my natural features instead of hiding them and honestly, my makeup artist absolutely understood the assignment. The look felt polished, elegant and glamorous without feeling heavy and for the hair, I knew exactly what I wanted like soft waves, princess energy, main character energy, birthday girl energy. I wanted something, you know, super romantic and timeless, something that would complement the dress without taking attention away from it and the final result came together even better than I had imagined. The hair and the makeup and the gown just worked so beautifully together.
