Ladies, skincare doesn't have to be complicated
and it doesn't have to be expensive.
Now, I'm going to share with you three incredible oils
that have been proven to not only help
with cellular turnover, but help with lines and wrinkles,
loose, crepey skin, and skin health.
Seems too good to be true, but it's not.
These are nature's natural anti-aging remedies
and often we don't hear about them.
You know why?
Because they cost less than a cup of coffee.
So let's start with our favorite castor oil.
Many of you found me because of my castor oil videos
and I stand by this incredible product.
It's a brilliant skin treatment.
It's fabulous for aging skin, for crepey skin,
and all over your body for ailments too.
When it comes to skincare, it's very thick and sticky.
It's packed with ricinellic acid, fatty acids,
so it's superb for the skin,
but a lot of you will find this quite sticky.
If you do, how about grapeseed oil?
Now, grapeseed oil has been around forever.
It is one of those carrier oils
that we use in aromatherapy.
It's superb, has a great glide,
that means it really goes on the skin well,
and it carries other oils,
which I'm going to talk about in a minute,
really, really well.
It's also packed with polyphenols.
Now, they're antioxidants,
so they're really going to help with any damage
that has happened due to stresses
like the environment or even sun damage.
Now, how about evening primrose oil for a carrier oil?
Fabulous oil, a little bit more expensive
than castor oil or grapeseed oil,
but it's packed with something called gamma-linolenic acid.
It's hard for me to say.
Otherwise known as GLA.
Superb for the skin,
great as an all-over moisturizer,
incredible when you add my secret ingredients.
Okay, let's start with one everybody knows about,
your granny talks about, rosehip oil.
What an incredible oil.
Nature's vitamin A in a bottle,
waiting for you to discover it.
Such a simple, natural ingredient
that is packed with anti-aging properties.
Look at that oil, it's divine.
You want 100% organic, you want cold-pressed.
I love this one from The Ordinary, fabulous oil.
Now, if you're worried about fragrance,
it doesn't smell of anything at all.
Definitely doesn't smell of roses.
This oil has been proven to help with cellular turnover,
lines and wrinkles.
It's incredible for all-over skin health
and repairing the skin barrier.
It's loaded with fatty acids,
which help with skin cellular turnover.
So you know when your skin's looking dull and tired,
it's because there are dead skin cells
that are trapped in place
and there's nowhere for them to go.
So those new skin cells can't glow and shine
and you lose your radiance.
Rosehip oil is superb for aging skin.
Rosehip oil is actually an ingredient
in most of your luxury skincare products.
So when it comes to product
and it comes to things that work,
rosehip oil has got your back.
My next oil, one that you've probably heard about,
but a lot of you won't have tried, is bakuchi oil.
Now, this is a mouthful to say,
but let me tell you, it packs a punch.
It's known as nature's retinol for good reason.
It has the same properties,
the way that it works as tretinoin or your retinols.
It causes an activation of cells at a deep level,
causing those cells to turn over,
helping with the renewal process,
helping with lines, wrinkles,
and of course, elastin and collagen.
When we activate those processes in our body,
then the body has no choice
but to respond in a positive way.
So bakuchi oil actually works like retinol,
but without the sensitivity.
So if you have sensitive skin
or you don't get on with retinols,
or perhaps you're worried about trying them,
this is the one for you.
Easy to use, great on all skins, face, neck,
backs of hands, you can use it anywhere.
What I suggest you do, though,
is use it with your rosehip oil.
This would be an incredible powerhouse of oils
to help with lines and wrinkles.
Now, I promised you a final bonus oil,
and it is one that has blown me away.
I only really discovered this two, three years ago.
It's this, it's sea buckthorn oil,
loaded with omegas-3, 6, 7, and 9,
packed with antioxidants.
This is the stuff of dreams when it comes to mature skin.
It's going to hydrate you.
It's going to feed your skin
with all of the omega fatty acids
that are required for healthy skin,
for healthy cellular turnover,
to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
It's a superb one.
It's so underrated, and I highly recommend it.
And bonus, it will heal an irritated skin barrier.
So if, like me, you're always happy
to try something new on your skin,
and then you'll wake up with angry skin
that is annoyed with you,
then sea buckthorn oil applied twice daily
just to your skin is going to help alleviate and soothe that.
So this is how I would actually create a blend.
First of all, get my castor oil,
just one pump of castor oil.
Then my bakuchi oil.
I'm just literally going to do a full pipette of that.
Now I'm going to get my rosehip oil,
and we're going to do the same.
Now this comes out quite quickly,
probably about five, six drops.
That looked about like eight, didn't it?
And then, literally, I've got geranium in here,
couple of drops of that,
and a couple of the frankincense.
Now you could create a little vial of this,
and I'm going to put the ingredients,
the recipe, in the description box.
I'll also pin it in a post.
Rub it all together.
Oh my goodness me, it smells amazing.
And then press it into your face.
Now I've got makeup on,
but I am going to put it all over my arms.
Do you know what this is good for?
It's good for pigmentation as well.
All of those ingredients, that vitamin A,
that bakuchi oil that's got the retinol alternative,
the frankincense, the geranium,
and the castor oil is so good for my skin.
I mean, look at that, gives you such a great glow.
Now I am going to press it into my cheeks
and across and under my eyes.
It smells like heaven.
That's my recipe.
That's what I would do.
Don't overthink it.
You can't go wrong.
It's easy to do.
Now, if you were thinking of using grapeseed oil
or evening primrose oil, it's the same.
You just maybe just want to think about the consistency.
They are a lot thinner in viscosity than the castor oil.
So maybe one drop as opposed to a big drop of castor oil.
That's it.
Recipe linked in the description box.
So if I could only choose three oils
to actually help with lines and wrinkles,
tightening the skin, it would be these three.
Castor oil, I would have my rosehip oil,
and I would have bakuchi oil.
Now I would have those together,
two or three drops in the palm of my hand of each.
One of the castor oil, rub it all together,
put it on, absolutely superb.
Add a bit of frankincense, a little bit of geranium.
Wow, we're talking five-star luxury.
Yes, there are some incredible in-clinic treatments
and I have to say some world-class moisturizers
and skincare out there.
But the truth is nature gave us all we need.
If you're on a budget, these are the things I would choose.
I'm going to link the ones that I'm showing you here
in the description box below.
If you've got any questions, let me know in the comments.
If you've used any of these oils, I want to hear from you.
I hope you enjoyed today's video.
Keep radiant, ladies.
Keep glowing and keep learning.
I'll see you on the next one.
Bye for now.
