I am so excited because look at this huge comparison
from the little tiny sticker sheet here.
We're hackers, all right?
We are saving the money.
This printable waterproof sticker set is everything.
This is our sticker sheet, I'm so excited.
Y'all, oh my goodness.
I literally have been waiting for this
for literally almost a decade.
And the time has come because we have found the best,
the biggest Cricut print link hack of our lifetime.
And I am so excited
because I'm gonna pull back the curtain today.
We're going to dive in and I'm going to share with you
exactly how you too can have access
to the largest print link cut hack of our lifetime.
I am so excited to walk you through this process.
And here's the deal.
We know just recently Cricut came out
and was able to share with us
a brand new sticker sheet option.
And this right here is using
the brand new Cricut sticker sheet tool
that I shared in the past video.
I'll link it down below if you missed it.
It's a new feature Cricut has.
This is cool, but y'all, it's still small.
What if I told you you could get even larger than this
with one simple hack
for your eight and a half by 11 sticker sheet?
What?
I am so excited because look at this huge comparison
from the little tiny sticker sheet here.
And this is going to give us access
to up to a little bit more.
Because here's the deal.
These sticker sheets are so expensive.
I wanna make sure you're saving the most money,
getting the most bang for your buck
and able to make as many stickers as you want
per one sticker sheet.
Are you guys ready to dive in
and learn exactly how to have all the room possible?
The most room I've ever been able to see
on Cricut Print and Cut.
Are you ready?
Let's dive in.
Y'all, before we dive in,
I have to give a huge credit to Corinne Blackstone
because here's the deal.
Before her, we had never seen this hack
and she taught it first that we saw it.
So if somebody else did before her, I don't know.
But go check out Corinne, give her a subscribe
because she's crushing it and I am so excited for this.
It lit me up and now I'm sharing with y'all.
Okay, before we dive in, I just wanna reiterate.
If you're looking for ease of use, this is my disclaimer.
The sticker sheet option on Cricut
is going to be your easiest.
But if you're like me who wants to make sure
I'm getting every dollar for my project,
every single cent of value out of my material
and you know, here at Makers of the Learn,
we wanna teach you how to be the best stewards
of our resources with time, money, energy, effort,
all of the above, you're going to love this hack.
It is going to be so awesome.
So here's what I wanna do.
Let's head over to Cricut Design Space,
set up this amazing sticker sheet
and I'll teach you this really simple
but really effective hack.
All right, my friends, what we're going to do
is start setting up our amazing sticker sheet.
So all I want you to do, open Cricut Design Space,
go over to that upload area
and what we're going to do is click View All.
I have already uploaded my images.
So what you're going to want to do,
if you are here, I want you to go to the description
and click the links if you're a Makers of the Learn member
and download these images alongside us.
If you are not a member, you could use any images you want
but you can also get started
for only a dollar at Makers of the Learn.
So highly recommend checking us out
so you can get access to these files
and make this alongside me.
What we're going to do is just scroll
until we find what we're looking for
and here's what we're going to do.
I just wanna click the plus button.
This is our background right here.
So I'm going to select this image
and we're just gonna press the plus button
on all these images.
So now we don't have to upload one at a time.
While we're on this page, we can upload a bunch.
One thing I love about this
is when you are a Makers of the Learn member,
you're able to download all of these
and then always have it.
So you're not having to go back
between platforms every time.
It stays in your stuff on Cricut, which is awesome.
So now we can head back over to the canvas and click cancel.
And as you can see here,
all the images come in just like so.
So what we're going to do is move this over
and as you can see, they come in really large
because they're all really high quality.
And then what I wanna do first
is go ahead and set up this.
So what we're going to do is we're gonna unlock it.
We're gonna go ahead and go to size
and we're going to unlock the proportions
and then we're going to type in our size.
We're gonna move this to seven by 9.6.
This is the largest size we can do.
Now here's a disclaimer.
I highly recommend from our testing, seven inches by 9.6.
This is the sweet spot when it comes to our Cricut,
our printer, our material, everything like that.
If you try to watch other videos,
you may see they recommend something different.
Feel free to play around,
see which is gonna work best for you.
It's going to be awesome, okay?
So this right here is now set.
I love doing this because now I know how much room
I can fill in for this awesome sticker set, okay?
Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to drag over
every single little sticker
and start placing it onto the sheet.
I'm going to size it.
Once I have sized it, what I'm going to do
is I'm actually gonna go ahead and turn it into a sticker.
So I'm going to click effects
and I am going to click the sticker button.
So now we just click sticker and boom, standard thickness.
We're gonna do that kiss cut
because we're making this awesome sticker sheet.
But what I wanna do is make sure everything is good.
So standard thickness, border.
What I'm going to do is I'm gonna move it to a thin one.
Yeah, I love the thin stickers.
They look so good.
So we're gonna leave that there
and then we're just gonna keep moving and grooving.
So we're gonna repeat this process
until we build a beautiful sticker sheet.
Now I believe these are the perfect ones for a party
and it's super, super awesome.
So what we're going to do is again,
size it, press effects, press sticker.
We're going to use that thin kiss cut and boom.
We're going to rinse and repeat this
until we build the most beautiful sticker sheet possible.
You ready?
Boom, look at this.
This is our amazing, amazing sticker sheet.
Oh my goodness.
We were able to use a maker's learn font
and put it at the top for the sun club.
So any poolside party for a kid this summer,
you can give them a sticker sheet to take home
and what kid does not love some stickers, right?
My kids are obsessed with stickers and marbles.
They can't get enough of it.
So once you've designed your sticker sheet
exactly like you want,
now you could turn sun club into a sticker
by following the same process we've opted not to.
So it's just part of the background.
So that's up to you.
But what we're going to do now is the last step.
We brought in our background,
we've set up our stickers on the sheet as stickers.
And now the last thing we need to do is select all of this.
And what we're going to do is attach it.
Attach is down in the bottom right-hand corner
with a paper clip.
It's the only option you can select.
We're gonna press attach.
And now what we're going to be able to do
is dive in to the hack portion of the video.
Are you guys ready to see the setting
that you need to change to make this all possible?
Let me share with you.
So what we're going to do above make it,
we're going to click this dropdown
and we're going to click settings.
So what you're going to want to do
once you've opened your settings,
it's head over to load type.
This is very important.
So click this and heading down to print then cut page size,
right here, you want to turn on 11 by 17 tabloid.
This is the hack of hacks.
So right here, there's all these different options.
Typically you would think you could only do letter,
but you're gonna select tabloid.
And once you've done that, you just want to press done.
Nothing else you need to do.
And now we can press make it.
So look right here.
You're going to now see that this print then cut
is actually going to go all the way down
to about the 10 and a half inch mark,
which is perfect because remember,
a sheet of sticker paper is eight and a half by 11.
All right, so it is going to fit
even though we're using the 11 by 17 tabloid size,
it still go fit on an eight and a half by 11
sheet of sticker paper.
So we are going to press continue.
We're going to click send to printer.
We are going to make sure those sensor marks are added.
And of course we are going to use
our amazing, amazing Canon printer.
And we're going to use system dialogue.
So once you click print,
it is going to pop up with the system dialogue.
And I am going to click the Canon TS9500,
which if you haven't watched my video on the Canon TS9500,
y'all, it is hands down the best
Cricut print then cut printer of your life.
I will go ahead and have my team link it down below.
This printer just is everything to me.
You're going to love it.
So click that.
And I just got a new computer.
So let's just go set it up.
And we're going to of course use that best quality feature.
Now I've got step two in our hack of hacks.
So we're hackers.
All right, we are saving the money.
We told Cricut that we want to do 11 by 17,
but you and me know that we actually
just have eight and a half by 11 sticker paper.
So we got to now tell our printer what's actually going on.
Are y'all picking up what I'm putting down here?
This is crazy, okay?
You're going to want to go down here to paper size
and you're going to open this up
and you want to come down here to the eight and a half
by 11, the US letter size.
And once you're here,
you're going to do US letter borderless.
All right, select that and boom.
Okay, y'all, we're about to print this out.
But before we do, I just got to give Cricut a shout out.
It's not every day I get to brag on Cricut,
but y'all this printable waterproof sticker set
is everything.
You get 20 sheets of the sticker paper.
It's perfect.
So I'm going to load this in my printer.
We're going to print it out
and we're going to bring the sticker sheet together.
Okay, y'all, even though we're not sure it's going to work,
I'll tell you again,
you are going to have to have a larger mat here.
So if you don't, you're going to want to like do my hack
of cutting two together and like painter's tape.
If you know, you know.
So we're going to come down here
and we're just going to load this on.
So we're just go put this here.
We're going to add this on here.
And y'all, I really, really, really hope this works.
So, and we're in this together.
Like I'm on the edge of my seat.
Like this is what I'm saying.
Like this is what happens when you start hacking,
by the way, like you think
that you may be the only person going through this,
but like when we're doing it together, y'all,
I mean, we're experiencing the same thing you are.
I don't even know if this is going to work.
Like, I'm just going to be straight up.
I'm nervous.
We're going to load this in here
and we're just about to give it, give it to God.
And we, we have compared the sticker sheet
to an eight and a half by 11 sheet of paper.
We think this is a little smaller.
We think it's a little tiny.
So, okay, I've got to show you
that this is really interesting with the setting.
So come here.
Y'all look at this.
So because we set this to kiss cut with each sticker,
now you get two settings.
So we set this to printable sticker paper, white.
I am turning on more regular pressure
for the background, for the actual sheet.
Then we're going to do default
for the actual stickers here.
So the stickers get default kiss cut.
The background here is going to get more.
All right.
So are you ready?
Oh, I'm nervous.
Press the play button and let's see what happens.
Woo-hoo.
Oh, will the sensors read?
Dun, dun, dun, dun.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh my gosh, it's go cut.
Y'all, I don't, it's so close.
Oh my goodness.
Is this going to work?
We're playing with the church's money
and it's not the devil this time.
It's us.
Oh no.
Okay, here's what we're going to do.
We are going to trust
and we are going to have faith in this process.
Are y'all with me?
Oh, nervous.
Okay, here's what we're going to do.
We're going to add it to the map.
We're just going to add this here.
Now, if you want, you can add your laminate sheet
to make this waterproof,
but y'all, I'm not doing anything to mess this up.
Okay, we have got this on here.
Do we think this is actually going to work?
I am getting a little scared.
I'm not even going to lie to y'all.
We are close, but...
Ooh, okay, come with me.
Y'all are coming.
We are going to get this here.
We're using the Maker 4.
I mean, we have brought out the big guns.
We're not risking nothing, okay?
We are going to make this work.
We are going to get this to work, okay?
Load this in here.
Ooh, I'm nervous.
I am nervous.
All right, y'all.
We have an updated update of our updated hack.
Okay, just so that you all know,
we just left off and it was not working,
but y'all, we didn't change much,
but we added a sheet right down here
after we've reprinted,
and this let Cricut see those lines.
So now it is cutting through right where it's supposed to,
which is amazing.
Look at this go.
All right, my friends, I'm going to unload it right here.
So to recap, 12 by 24 inch mat, make sure you get it.
You can do the hack where you cut two mats,
use painter's tape if you want.
Corinne's video, she still used a 12 by 12 mat,
but she's on a PC.
I'm on a Mac.
Y'all know I'm not touching a PC.
Love you, Mina.
But we had to bring in this other sheet
just for the scanning purpose.
I think like where the color was shifting so much,
it was just making it not work well.
This is our sticker sheet.
I'm so excited.
So I'm just going to take it here.
I'm going to pull it off the mat.
I love, love, love.
Like if I was going to do this for my kid's party,
movie night, anything like that,
I would probably do two of these and like size it down
and have two on one sheet.
I think that would be perfect just to get the most value.
And you know, in one pack of sticker paper,
you could have 40 versus 20.
So this is a very extra sheet of sticker paper,
but I wanted to make sure we showcase
the largest available size.
So this is it.
What did you guys think?
This has been such a fun Craft Alongside Me video
where we have implemented the, you know,
couple of hacks, whether it's the settings,
it's the changing the paper in the software on your computer
and then, you know, supporting it with Cricut.
Like we hacked it up.
But what I want to know from you
is what do you think of this hack?
Is it worth it?
That is the question I want you to put in the comments.
Do you think that it's worth going through
all this extra hassle to get just a little bit more space?
I think it is nice having it.
Not that I'll probably do it every time
because let's get real.
I'm in love with that new sticker format as well on Cricut.
So let me know in the comments down below.
And here's the deal.
If you are not already registered
for our big reveal happening in just a couple of weeks,
you better get on that wait list.
