▶ Is riding a motorcycle right for you? Deciding if riding a motorcycle is right for you involves assessing both your lifestyle and your comfort with risk. Start by considering your reasons for riding—whether it's for commuting, adventure, or cost savings—and whether those benefits outweigh potential dangers. Think honestly about your ability to focus, stay calm under pressure, and make quick decisions, as motorcycling demands constant attention and defensive riding. Evaluate your willingness to invest time and money into proper training, gear, and maintenance. Lastly, reflect on your local traffic conditions, weather, and road quality, as these can greatly affect the safety and enjoyment of riding. If, after considering all these factors, you still feel excited and confident, motorcycling might be a good fit for you. This channel can also be a good source for you to watch and get somewhat of an idea as to what owning a motorcycle may be like! Below is a simple guide to help get your feet wet and learn some good “first time rider” information if you’re looking to start riding a motorcycle!
▶ What TYPE of motorcycle best fits you? 1. Standard/Naked Best for: Beginners, commuters, casual riders Features: Upright position, easy handling, versatile Examples: Yamaha MT-07, Honda CB500F
2. Cruiser Best for: Relaxed riding, city cruising, style-focused riders Features: Low seat height, laid-back ergonomics, torque-heavy engines Examples: Harley-Davidson Sportster, Indian Scout, Honda Rebel 500
4. Touring Best for: Long-distance travelers, comfort-focused riders Features: Large fairings, wind protection, luggage, comfort for two-up riding Examples: Honda Gold Wing, BMW K 1600 GTL
5. Adventure / ADV Best for: On/off-road explorers, long-distance adventure riders Features: Tall stance, off-road suspension, long range fuel tanks Examples: BMW R 1250 GS, KTM 890 Adventure, Yamaha Ténéré 700
6. Dual Sport / Enduro Best for: Off-road riding with street-legal capability Features: Lightweight, high ground clearance, minimal comfort Examples: Honda CRF300L, Suzuki DR-Z400S
7. Café Racer / Retro Best for: Style-conscious riders, short commutes, vintage vibes Features: Classic looks, minimalist design Examples: Triumph Bonneville, Royal Enfield Interceptor 650
At the end of the day it all comes down to what you feel will best fit your needs, style and experience level. Don’t overthink it. Do your research, check out some motorcycles in person and then you’ll be confident with whatever motorcycle you choose as your own! And as always, ride safe!
▶ Random motorcycle community fact. Do you know what it means when a motorcyclist starts tapping the top of their head/helmet while riding? This signifies to other riders in line of sight that law enforcement has been spotted. If you see a rider tapping the top of their helmet/head it is best to behave, ride correctly and don’t do anything stupid on your motorcycle that could draw bad attention to you or your fellow riders; Or else you very well could end up pulled over by a police officer on the side of the road. Always be safe!

Guys, what's up?
Today, we are riding an electric scooter
and this thing is crazy.
If you can see that, we're going 32 miles per hour.
No problem at all.
And we are on the Cercuter Lam Turbo Pro.
Like I said, it's an electric scooter.
It has cruise control,
top speed of nearly 33 miles per hour,
which really is crazy.
We got all kinds of stuff and cool features
that come with this thing.
So we're gonna dive into it.
We're gonna take it off-road.
We're gonna take it on-road as we are right now,
go through the modes.
But yeah, let's get right into it
because this thing's a lot of fun.
So far, the time that I've spent
on this Cercuter Lam Turbo Pro has been great.
It's very smooth.
As you can hear,
if you're hearing that beep taking place,
it is notifying me that we are in fact in cruise control,
which is also another awesome feature.
It has a thumb throttle.
I gotta be careful letting go over here
because we're going fast, 32 miles per hour,
but it has a thumb throttle on the right side.
And once cruise control kicks in,
you can let off the thumb throttle and just cruise.
So like I said,
right now we're going 32 miles per hour cruising.
It's really smooth, truthfully.
Another awesome feature that they threw in the box
that I believe comes with every single
Cercuter Lam Turbo Pro is this little storage compartment,
or not compartment, I'm sorry, storage bag,
as you can see right there in the front.
That fits everything you need.
I mean, water bottles, snacks.
But for me, I have the charger for the scooter.
I have the manual and stuff for the scooter
and a couple of tools in there,
I mean, you can fit a lot of stuff in there
and it's kind of cool that it came with it.
Well, the display overall looks good.
It is very, very simple.
I will say, I wish it was a little bit brighter,
just a little bit,
but it's really not that big of a deal.
So as you guys already saw,
we have already hit our top speed,
which is 32 miles per hour.
I'm gonna turn around here
and show you the three modes that we have
before we dive into some of our B-roll
and third person shots of the scooter.
But over here on the left,
you have your control on the scooter.
You have a horn,
you have your headlight button, mode button.
I've tried figuring it out what this mode button is for.
I have not quite figured it out,
which I will get there.
I will figure it out.
The S on your control here is your mode button for speeds.
I'm assuming S is for speed.
So our first speed we have is eco
and this takes us right around 18 miles per hour,
give or take.
Our next speed mode is what they call race mode,
speed number two.
And we are going right about 25 miles per hour.
You can hear a beep when we're topped out
and cruise control locks on.
And then from there, as we've kind of already covered,
sport mode is the top.
It's gonna beep when we top out here
and lock into cruise control in just a second.
There it goes.
We are going 32 miles per hour in sport mode.
So those are your three modes
on the Circuitter Land Turbo Pro.
So now we're gonna whip around really quickly
and I'm gonna go out on the desert actually.
And we're going to test out
our dual suspension on this thing.
Because it has dual suspension
and it is worth mentioning
these brakes are incredibly smooth as well.
Every now and then I feel like they could be
maybe just a tad stronger,
but truthfully, the more I feel them out,
the more I'm getting used to them
and I think they're really good to go.
One thing for me that is definitely worth noting
is the constant beeping on and off
from cruise control locking in.
Definitely threw me off at first.
Like I thought something was wrong with the scooter,
the way how loud it is
and it beeps at you for a prolonged period of time.
I would assume maybe there's a way to mute that
or turn it off.
I'm not exactly sure.
It can be a little bit,
a little annoying if that's the right word,
but it's really not that big of a deal.
It's just worth throwing out there.
So right now we are locked cruise control
going 32 miles an hour.
To get out of cruise control,
you are either going to hit your throttle like that
or tap your brakes
and it is going to take you out of cruise control.
So keep that in mind.
You don't wanna be locked in cruise control
coming into a corner and not knowing what's going on
and you can't slow down
because you let off the thumb throttle
and it keeps going.
So if it keeps going,
when you let off the thumb throttle,
hit that thumb throttle or hit your brakes
or maybe both
and it will take you out of cruise control.
Definitely keep that in mind.
So far on the road,
it handles pretty well.
I've hit a handful of bumps
and overall it's pretty much glided right over them.
It is an electric scooter,
so it's only gonna have so much travel,
but the dual suspension has done a good job on the road.
But like I said,
we are about to whip over here in the desert off-road
and see how well it handles.
So let's go ahead and hop the curb here.
Alrighty, let's go.
Kick it into the dirt.
So far, nice and smooth.
Again, it is honestly,
that bump back there was pretty big
and this scooter did better
than a lot of the e-bikes that I've been on.
So, I mean, truthfully so far,
this is pretty smooth.
This off-road trail isn't anything crazy,
but we are gonna put it to the test really quick
on a really rough wash over here.
That's pretty deep.
So let's see if we can make it through it.
And then also we're gonna see
if it'll actually make it up the hill.
So that's gonna be a test here.
We're gonna give a go.
But all this gravel,
you can see I'm going through the loose gravel.
I mean, it's doing well.
It's not struggling.
I don't feel like I'm gonna lose control of the scooter.
And the tires seem to be, I mean,
grabbing the dirt pretty decently, I would say.
Here's a little bit of a bump.
Now, one thing I love to check
is which lever is for which brake.
Always wanna check that first.
All right, right is for the front.
Awesome, I'm glad they did that
because we've had some e-bikes
where they put on the right side is for the rear,
which again, per like motorcycles and things like that,
that is not normal.
So it really threw me off.
So good job on that.
Right brake is front, left brake is rear.
Let's see if this thing will make it through here.
This is gonna be, might be a little tricky.
Oh, not quite.
Well, you guys, I mean,
you can see how deep we are here.
This is a big ask for something like this.
So we're gonna have to assist getting it through here.
At least I can kind of walk it and give it throttle
and it's kind of assisting me.
Like I said, this is some deep stuff, so keep that in mind.
But we are still gonna try to make it up this hill
over here and see if that's possible.
All right, here we go.
Hit the hill.
Yeah, I mean, you can see we're going slow.
I don't know if I'd quite call it a struggle,
but it made it up the hill.
That is a pretty decent grade there though.
I mean, it's pretty steep,
so you can't expect too, too much out of it,
but did a pretty good job.
So problem is we gotta go back across here
to get back to our spot that we're gonna continue filming.
But as you can see,
it doesn't quite wanna make it through this stuff,
but I am going to be completely honest with you guys.
Even some of our full-size bikes
and other toys struggle with this.
I mean, this is some deep river rock stuff.
Like I said, it's in a wash.
Let's give this hill a go.
Yeah, a little bit of a struggle,
but again, the grade of that hill back there
is pretty steep, so keep that in mind.
I mean, it still made it up there,
so it's overall not too bad.
The wash doesn't really surprise me.
I'm not gonna hold this scooter to that
because that wash is kind of no joke,
but it's always worth testing.
All right, so we're gonna pull up here in the dirt,
get some third-person shots of this scooter,
give you guys a little more of an in-depth rundown of it,
and yeah, let's do it.
All right, guys.
This is the Circuitter Land Turbo Pro electric scooter,
and it's been a lot of fun so far.
As you can see, it's a decent-sized scooter
with me kind of crouched next to it.
I can try to stand behind it here.
I might be out of frame, but it's a nice-looking scooter.
I mean, it's got a nice headlight on the front.
You can see the dual-arm suspension.
You've got suspension in the front and the rear.
It looks really good.
It just has a nice, sharp look to it, in my opinion.
It looks great.
With this Scooter,
you can get right around 47 miles on an entire charge.
The battery, I believe, is a 750-watt-hour battery,
so again, kind of gives you an idea
of how long it's gonna last.
It doesn't take too, too long to charge, handful of hours,
but a lot of times, I just plug these in overnight
and let them fully charge
so you don't have to worry about it.
It has a motor in the rear.
1,500-watt peak is what the motor is,
so plenty of power for this scooter,
and it also has lights mounted in the bottom base here,
which it has a really good look to it.
I love that, but yeah, you got your suspension here.
Also, your suspension in the back matching in red,
and something I loved about this scooter
that I haven't really seen
on any other electric scooters so much yet
is the handlebars completely adjustable,
so I have it up here.
You can take this thing down.
Right now, I have my bag, so I'm not gonna mess with it,
but you can take this thing all the way down.
I mean, you can drop this another eight inches or so,
so it's kind of cool for kids.
If you're feeling safe enough to have them on it
or a shorter rider, you can just drop that handlebar
and make this thing almost a foot shorter, the handlebars,
which is huge.
That is huge, in my opinion.
The tires on this thing are 10 inches,
and they are good on road,
and they're also good in the dirt, as you've seen.
They've done great keeping me traction every now and then.
You might get a little wobbly,
but I wouldn't blame it on the tires.
I'd blame that on a scooter
that's capable of going 32 miles per hour in the dirt
and being this size as well.
It's not a big scooter, so it really goes for what it is.
Just gotta be careful,
but the tires do a really good job for what they are.
They do a really excellent job.
We have dual brakes, EABS, right?
They're electronic brakes, front and rear.
Like I said, right handle is the front, left is the rear.
Good stopping power.
Electronic braking mixed with mechanical braking
does a good job, and they look good as well,
and they feel good.
Like I said, overall, very smooth.
I do like some of the little accents,
like the red anodized lever up here,
the red suspension on the front and in the rear,
the red colors and caps on the base here.
It looks good.
I mean, it's a sharp-looking scooter.
They did a good job putting it together.
To fold this thing down is extremely easy.
You just unscrew this guy here,
collapse that down, it hooks in over there,
and you're good to go.
I mean, this thing doesn't weigh too, too much.
I should've got the official number, but let's see.
Oh man, I don't know.
That's really not...
I don't even know if I'd sag 50 pounds.
I mean, it's really not that heavy, truthfully.
And as for the charging,
this is your charging port right here.
It's just like a nice little flip up, flip down.
Just flips right back down for you, so that's kind of cool.
I believe the display on this is IPX5 waterproof
for the display.
And again, this scooter came with a bell, a manual bell,
and I honestly love those.
I mean, look at this thing.
I mean, it rips, it rips, definitely rips.
It also came with a charger, the bag, manual tools,
and it was extremely easy to put together.
And something that was super cool I've never seen yet
is these bars have a little notch in it
underneath the plate that mounts it.
So basically you cannot get the bars installed
unless they are perfect,
because there's a notch in this plate
and a notch in the bars, and it matches up perfectly.
So your bars are always going to line up perfect,
which a lot of these don't have that.
You kind of have to eyeball it and tighten it down.
This one does it for you, which is awesome.
And on top of that,
the nice rubber grips with the wrist support,
always a good thing, they feel good.
But I mean, if you want to throw this thing around,
I mean, look at this.
You can do donuts with this thing, kick dirt everywhere.
It's crazy.
Also those pods I told you guys about on the base,
the lights on the left and right,
those are actually blinkers.
You have blinker switch here, left blinker.
You can hear it beeping.
And right blinker, shows on the display.
Super cool feature, not all electric scooters have it.
Honestly, a lot don't,
but this scooter has it, which is awesome.
And not to mention it has blinkers in the rear as well
and a working taillight.
So I mean, again, it has kind of the full electronic setup
and it works seamlessly.
So my final thoughts on the Circuit Land Turbo Pro.
It's great for the price, everything's good.
It was super easy to assemble, extremely easy to assemble.
I will say one of my least favorite things
is the constant beeping of cruise control on and off.
Again, maybe I can figure out a way to mute that
or even turn cruise control off, but that would be a shame
because cruise control on this thing is nice.
With all that being said though,
I'm gonna try to get you guys discount code
in the description and you guys can save some money.
So definitely visit the link,
go get your very own Circuit Land Turbo Pro.
I mean, you can take this wherever you want.
I mean, we're going 32 miles an hour, look at that.
Thanks again guys for watching the video
and I'll catch you next time.
