The destruction of the Ukrainian military formation continues on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. A security zone is being systematically established in the border areas of Kharkiv, Sumy, and Dniproperovsk regions of Ukraine. The enemy units are trying to hold their positions, but under the pressure of our forces, they are retreating with heavy losses. Forced to retreat. Since the beginning of this year, Russian forces have liberated 133 settlements and gained control over more than 3,000 square kilometers of our land in Donbass and Novorossiya. Today, during the work, we will primarily focus on the development of the situation in the areas of responsibility of the "North" and "South" groupings. We will also discuss the results of combat missions carried out by other units. Moreover, in a narrower scope, we will consider the tasks facing the forces of the combined groupings during the summer period. We will also discuss the most pressing issues concerning the implementation of active offensive operations. But first, before proceeding to the commanders' reports according to the established order, I ask the Chief of the General Staff to report on the overall situation in the area of special military operations. Please, Yuri Vasilyevich. Comrade Supreme Commander, the troops of the combined group are continuing to carry out tasks to liberate the Donetsk People's Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions during the special military operation. In June, 29 populated areas and 636 square kilometers of territory were liberated. The Kiev regime, in the absence of results on the ground, is seeking to convince its Western sponsors that it has seized the initiative from us and achieved significant advances on the battlefield. To this end, an information campaign is conducted, during which fictitious achievements in the formation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are demonstrated, while the territory liberated by Russian forces is concealed beneath a neutral façade and has transitioned into a gray zone. At the same time, the advance of the units and military formations of the unified grouping is taking place on all fronts. The highest advancement rates have been achieved in the areas of responsibility of the Northern and Eastern groups. The Northern Forces group, advancing simultaneously on multiple fronts, continue expanding the security zone along the border areas of Sumy and Kharkiv regions of Ukraine, adjacent to the Russian Federation. Progress is successfully being made toward Sumy and in the area of the settlement of Bilyi Klyuch in Kharkiv Oblast. In June, eight populated areas were taken under Russian control. The Western Grouping of Forces continues its offensive along a broad front within its area of responsibility in Kharkiv Oblast and the northern part of the Donetsk People's Republic. On the Kupiansk direction, the enemy is not giving up its intentions to regain the positions lost in Kupiansk. To this end, I additionally redeployed 11 battalions to this area, including two battalions from two marine brigades, which are making unsuccessful attempts to break through into the city and push our units to the eastern bank of the Ospol River. Meanwhile, Ukrainian units are suffering significant losses. Around 2,500 Ukrainian military personnel have been destroyed on this front since May 10, including over 550 marines and 772 units of weapons and equipment. Combat formations of the enemy continue to be eliminated on the eastern bank of the Ospol River in the area south of Borovaya. Four settlements came under our control there—Sheikovka, Novy Mir, Chernishchina, and Druzhelyub. Street fighting is ongoing under Lima. The liberation of the city of Krasny Liman, an important administrative center and major railway hub with critical logistical and operational significance for further advancement in this direction, is nearing completion. The Southern Military Grouping is conducting offensive operations to liberate the Donetsk People's Republic. The city of Kostiantynivka, one of the main strongholds of the enemy's defense system within the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk-Kostiantynivka fortified region, has been liberated by the forces of the grouping. Moreover, in June, advancing toward Slavyansk-Kramatorsk, units of the Third Army gained control over four additional settlements. Fierce fighting continues in the sector from the area of the troop grouping in the center. The unit and military units are advancing north of Krasnoarmeysk. The frontline has been pushed back from the city outskirts by eight and a half kilometers. In June, Utuzovka, Vasilivka, and Novy Donbas were liberated. Advanced units of the "Center" grouping have entered Drobypol and Annapoly. Fighting continues in Belitskoye, Shevchenkove, Serhiivka, and Krasnoyarsk. At the same time, part of the group's forces continues establishing a security zone in Dnipro Oblast. Combat operations are ongoing to capture Novopavlivka. Forces of the "East" grouping confidently maintain initiative in their attack sector and continue advancing in Zaporizhzhia and Dniproperovsk regions. On the right northern flank of the group's area of responsibility and units of the 29th Army, attempts by Ukrainian armed forces' assault troops to penetrate into the depth of our defense were thwarted. Having thwarted the enemy's plan to halt our offensive in this sector, units of the formation are actively advancing in the southern part of Dnipro region, expanding the security corridor. In June, under our control came Bogodarovka and Novoskелеvataya, and on July 2, Sobuzhdena Oleksandrovka. Fighting is ongoing in the large settlement of Veliky Mikhailovka. On the axis of the main attack, the forces of the "East" grouping are advancing westward across a broad front in the eastern part of Zaporozhye. In June, approximately 115 square kilometers of territory came under Russian control. Komsoomol'skaya, Novoselovka, Lesnoye, Rovno, and Kopani have been liberated. Fighting continues in the settlement of Lyubitskoye. The grouping of forces "Dnipro" is conducting an offensive on the Zaporozhye direction. The command of the Ukrainian armed forces, trying to stop our offensive, set the task of no less than restoring control over the lost territories in the area of the settlements of Primorsk and Stepnogorsk. For this purpose, prepared and motivated units of the Special Operations Forces of the Main Intelligence Directorate and foreign mercenary formations were deployed. All enemy attacks have been repelled; the assault units of the "Dnipro" forces group are increasing their offensive tempo. The advanced units are located 9 kilometers from the southern outskirts of the city of Zaporizhzhia. Fire strikes are inflicted on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions in the urban area. Fighting continues in Orehovo and Preobrazheno. In addition, according to the General Staff's plan, mass and coordinated strikes continue against objects of Ukraine's defense-industrial complex and energy infrastructure ensuring their operation. Additionally, 10 airfields used by the enemy's strike aviation were hit, as well as 5 facilities of Ukraine's fuel and energy complex. On the night of July 1 to July 2, the Russian Armed Forces launched another massive strike using long-range precision weapons and attack drones against facilities of the defense-industrial complex in Kyiv. As a result, five key enterprises of Ukraine's aviation and radioelectronics industries, engaged in the production of long-range unmanned aerial vehicles, cruise missiles, and components, have been damaged. In addition, a logistics center, four objects of the fuel and energy complex, and the infrastructure of five military airfields have been hit. The unit and military formations of the unified group of forces will continue to carry out missions to liberate Donbass and Novorossiya in accordance with the approved concept. In recent months, the security zones in our border areas with Ukraine have been significantly expanded. Russian forces of the "East" and "Dnipro" groupings are advancing rapidly in the Zaporozhye region, and the liberation of the Donetsk People's Republic continues. Forces of the Southern Grouping and the "Center" grouping continue moving westward, inflicting defeats on the enemy. In June, Ukrainian forces were expelled from six settlements, including the establishment of Russian control over the city of Kostiantynivka. But with the capture of Kostiantynivka, we should no longer speak of the Slavyanoserbiansk-Kramatorsk-Kostiantynivka frontline, but simply of the Slavyanoserbiansk-Kramatorsk frontline, referring to the small inhabited locality also fortified by Druzhkivka. What is the current situation in Kostiantynivka, and how is the situation developing across the area of responsibility of the Southern Grouping as a whole? From Seversk, in the westward direction, the 3rd Army's forces advanced 22 kilometers. The forward assault units of the 3rd Army are carrying out their mission 8 kilometers from the settlement of Slavyansk. Currently, the 6th Motorized Rifle Division, operating on the Kramatorsk-Druzhkovka axis, is advancing toward Druzhkovka, and forward assault groups have already engaged in combat on the southern outskirts of Alexeyevka-Druzhkovka. In the populated area of Konstantinovka, clearing operations are being conducted in urban neighborhoods to eliminate small, scattered groups of the enemy who are still hiding in the basements of the settlement. The city is currently under our control, while simultaneously concluding the operation to locate and eliminate isolated military personnel. During the assault operations, we managed to outmaneuver enemy units, and by the end of May, the factory came under our control, captured by the 1st Battalion of the 1464th Regiment. Filming at the 72nd Brigade's premises at the end of March is threatened by the arrival of a construction site, the building of a railway junction station, and an Orthodox church. In the eastern part of the city, a factory was producing glass. This area also belonged to the city's industrial zone, and in late April, units of the 1st Battalion of the 1037th Motorcycle Regiment occupied the factory premises. The Historical Center District comprises a complex of buildings predating the military construction. The enemy, with forces of the 44th Mechanized Brigade, infiltrated the area on the 1st, then occupied the bunkers and courtyards of the houses. In June, the settlement of Ivolzhanske and 82 square kilometers of territory from Sumy Oblast were liberated. Altogether this year, over 410 square kilometers and 24 settlements in this region have come under Russian control. On the Volchansk direction, the highest rates of advancement were achieved in June, reaching over 1.5 kilometers on certain days. The greatest successes were achieved by the units of the 69th and 71st Motorized Rifle Divisions and the 128th Independent Motorized Rifle Brigade, which advanced more than 30 kilometers deep on the front line, reaching a depth of up to 7. Over the past month, approximately 230 square kilometers of territory have come under Russian control across the entire area of responsibility of the "Vostok-Sever" grouping, and eight settlements have been liberated.
