I Built 15 Websites With AI in 45 Minutes Each (Here's What Happened)

So if I had unlimited time, I would love to like try all of these AI side hustles at the beginning. I was more doing that. I was trying all of them, but I, I just got overwhelmed, but there was one AI business that I actually was trying. It's like, I'm going to actually do this, try it out, see if it's something that works, but can I build an actual business using only AI? So I've been doing this for about three months and just kind of walk through what I've done and the results I've had. So the idea I had was that local businesses need websites. I actually had a couple of local businesses reach out to me. They were like, Hey, can you build us a website? And I was like, well, yes, AI can build a website very quickly. Local businesses need websites. AI can build websites. Can I just connect the two together? Provide that value there. So, and here's the thing. It's actually kind of working. I'll say I have five paying customers right now. So these are real businesses. This is real money hitting my account every month, but I want it to keep growing and that means I need to figure out how to find more clients. And I just want to show you everything today. I want to show you how I find prospects, how I build their websites and it takes about 10 minutes with cloud code. And then I want to show you the AI agent that I have that finds businesses while I sleep. And I'll be honest with you. I've been using mostly cold email to try and find customers and it's brutal. Okay. It doesn't work. And we got to find something new. Maybe you have some suggestions for me down in the comments, but first shout out to my customers. So they told me they were okay if I featured them on here. But Scott's towing here in Lincoln. He didn't really have a website before. So this website I threw together and we've been working on his Google ads as well, but he's got more calls. So this has been pretty successful with Scott. Paint Nebraska. These guys are a painting and pressure washing company. First year they did 170 K so they're, they're a real business. They also hung up my Christmas lights. So if you see Christmas lights at my house, shout out to paint Nebraska. Constantine from Nebraska Christmas lights was a joy to work with. He does a Christmas light show here in Lincoln. And then Jamie is an accountant here in Lincoln and built her kind of a more professional looking website to get her more customers as well. They've all been a huge joy to work with. So in kind of the plan that I'm going with is zero dollars and kind of the plan that I'm going with is it's $0 upfront and then you pay 49 bucks a month. And you know, there might be some up charges if you want help with Google ads and you want help with SEO and things like that, but no contracts cancel anytime. Just text me what you're looking for. If you want changes to the website, just text me and all four of these websites. I built the website first and then said, Hey, do you want this? This is what you would be paying for. So this is again, AI has made it a different model. It used to be, Hey, pay me and I'll build something and hopefully you like it. But now I can build it first and say, Hey, this is what you'd be getting and make sure they're happy first. So four customers paying 50 bucks a month gets 200 bucks a month recurring. And that's not life-changing, but it is recurring. And again, that's something that I would like to grow. You can get a hundred customers paying $49 a month. That's 5k a month. And that is life changing money. My goal is a thousand bucks a month. I need about 16 more customers. So if you're watching this and you need a website, let me know, hit me up. So the hardest part of this is not building the websites AI handles. And I'll show you here in a minute, Claude coaches building a website super quick, super easy. The hard part is finding the businesses to reach out to and actually reaching out to them. At first, I was just spending a lot of time Googling around and seeing, Hey, they don't have a website. They don't have a website. I'll email them. I'll email them. It's super time consuming. So then I thought surely there is AI that does this for me. And I found vibe prospecting AI. And so I can use this to much more easily find businesses. Let's go with roofing companies. Just say roofing companies in Lincoln, Nebraska. So right off the bat, found me 33 roofing companies here in town. How many employees they have, what their revenue is. Um, gives me their LinkedIn that could be useful for outreach. Maybe I should be doing LinkedIn instead of cold email gives me their website. So then I can say, find me contacts for each of these. So who do I need to contact to get in touch with these companies? So, and then let's start going through their websites and just see, are any of these bad websites where like they need a new website and kind of the main things that I'm looking for are first off, do they have a website? Second off, is it, is the copyright like 2018. That's another thing I've noticed. Um, third off, does it look terrible on mobile? So first thing I noticed is this Midwest one. Let me just refresh it, but it's not even loading for me, which maybe that's a good sign. We'll come back to that one. So Kingery construction, this is already a pretty good website, 2026. So they're probably not interested in a new website. So I'll just cross them off the list. Ironhide. So this is not a great website. It is copyright 2026. It is mobile friendly. So that's good. So their potential. Okay. This one popped up now Midwest roofing. Um, honestly, this website is not super great to forever to load. But it looks pretty good once it loaded, but there was some problems with loading, but they look like they've put some effort into their website. So they're probably not going to be interested in getting a new one. Um, Ironhide might be an option. Okay. This, this is not a great website. You can see there's all this extra on the fold. Let me just take a look at a couple others. This one's really good. Although it says copyright 2021. So again, that's what I'm looking for. They've not updated their website in like six years. So these are both potential. Um, I'm going to do the Ironhide one because this, this website just, it doesn't look great. So you can see it came back. Then you can see by prospecting came back with the email addresses, um, and phone numbers, uh, for all the contacts for each of these businesses. Let me just export this. So invite prospecting. Okay. And I said, give me contact for Ironside or Ironhide. And it gave me a whole bunch. Um, so that's amazing. So I'm going to go ahead and go with them. They need a new website. Let's go ahead and let's reach out to them. But instead of just cold emailing them, what I have been doing is I build the website first. I just say, Hey, here, your website's ready to go. Would you like this? So we're going to switch. So we're going to switch over here to my laptop and my setup. I have my main computer here where I record. Then I have my laptop off to the side, but we're going to run Claude code. So if you have not used Claude code, you need to be using it. Everyone should download it and at least give it a try. It is the most amazing thing technology wise that I've ever experienced. So homework assignment for you. Download Claude code. I'll leave a link to this down below on Mac. It's really easy on windows. You'll feel like a boss. You're in the terminal and doing all these cool things. But I have agency bot, which I built with Claude code. And it's basically just, he runs this business. So he knows all the pricing. He knows all our customers, everything like that. And I'm going to just tell him, I'm going to paste in kind of my default prompt, build me a professional website for a roofing company in Lincoln, Nebraska. And I'll leave this, this link down below as well. I'll say their current website is this, and I'll leave a link to their website because Claude can actually go to their website and check it out and use like their location and images and whatever they are called iron high construction. So, and this is a messy prompt, but it's going to be fine. Claude code will figure it out. So I'm just going to hit enter. And then it says bunning. I don't know what that means. It must be a computer thing, but then it just gets going. So as Claude code says, I'll build a premium site for ironhead construction. Let me first check the existing template structure, their current site, then build it out. Then I can leave this so I can go work on other things. In fact, if you looked at my other monitor on my laptop, I have seven other Claude code windows open. I'm going to do a whole video on just my bot setup that I have going on right now, but it basically keeps track of my life in a lot of ways. So, you know, while we're at it, let's just go ahead and do this other one, this Murray custom homes, roofing and inspection. So we have this agent running here and I'm just going to open a new terminal and I'm going to just do the same thing. I'm going to go into the folder where the right installed at agency bot and I'm going to start an identical Claude code and that's just going to be running on the site. So I'm going to use the exact same prompt, but I'm going to put this website, their website is this, their name is Murray custom homes go. So now I have two agents. We'll call them working on this, working on two different websites for these two companies. While I have them running, all can, I'll have vibe prospecting. Can you find me the contact info for the Murray custody homes? So then I just need to let these run for a little bit. So I'm guessing that these websites will take probably about five to 10 minutes for them to finish. Um, but I'll just go ahead and let them run and I'll be right back. All right. So it looks like Claude finished that did. It took about five minutes or so. Um, so here's all that they did. They built nine sections. This one built 10 sections so they did a little differently and then they automatically deployed to Netlify. So Netlify, I'll leave a link to this down below, but it's just a way for you to deploy really quickly. Claude code can just hook right up into it and it can write code and get it online right away. So let's start with iron hide. So this was the first one. Um, the website looks very nice. I mean, this looks definitely better than what they have now. The only thing an AI does not do a great job of this is the images. So it uses like these stock images and sometimes it doesn't do a great job. So if you wanted to make this even better, you could go in and edit the images. Marie custom homes. It did a little bit better, I think. Actually, this one's probably pretty good and both of these are going to look great and mobile. So Claude makes them mobile first. Um, so I mean, these are ready to go. I could mess around with it. I could say the images look to stock. Can you get better images? Let's just see how it does, but that's a pretty vague command. I mean, if I wanted to, I could go find particular images. Um, if they had better images on their website, um, I could probably use those instead, but they don't really, Hey, it looks like they did the roof for Lincoln Christian. I went to Lincoln Christian God bless Lincoln Christian school, but Claude is finding better, more authentic construction images. The current ones are too generic. So we'll let that go here for a minute. So I do just want to show you a, it's taking this a little bit more seriously than I thought it would. In fact, I might kill it here soon. It's been working for 12 minutes, but it's actually Claude can actually use Chrome on your computer. So it actually is on Pexels right now looking for the best images for this website, which I appreciate, but it's just taking a little bit too long. It's not that important. I could just look through and probably pick what pictures I want rather than AI like looking through, I don't even know, retail strip mall new building is what it's looking for right now. So I'm actually just going to kill it. We're just going to call it good with what we have. Again, 13 minutes. That was a little bit longer than I was wanting it to work on that. And you can tell Claude go, you can say, Hey, only work on this for this many minutes and just pick the best that we have. So we'll go ahead and go with that. So now we have these two websites. We have their contact info. Um, I'm just going to use this agent to actually reach out to them. So I'm just going to copy the info for Murray custom homes. I'm going to paste it in here and I'm just going to say, reach out to whoever is best at Murray custom homes and show them the website and get them as a customer. So, and then I'm going to do the same thing. Where was our iron hide? Here's an iron hide. Same exact thing. Reach out to whoever is best at iron hide and show them the website and convince them to be a customer. So, and then Claude code said that the managers, the decision makers, so we should reach out to them. And then it put together an email. Hey Tommy, I was looking for custom home builders in Lincoln. I actually don't want to be, I wasn't looking for custom home builders. I just noticed they didn't have their, I noticed that their website was out of date, but you do want to be, you want to have integrity. You want to be honest. So then this agent put together an email for bread. Yeah, go ahead and send. I have it hooked up to my email, which is dangerous by the way. Yes, go ahead and send. So then those emails are sent. So we reached out to those two customers. Now I've also got Claude code that is connected to vibe prospecting so it can go in and do this process on its own. I just wanted to show you the process that we do. So, but this is my business so far. And again, in my mind, I thought this was going to be great. I'm going to get tons of customers. And you know, I've gotten, like I said, I've gotten four, or I think I might've gotten my fifth the other day. But what I've found is cold email. Even if you're sending value up front is not super great. Like people just are bombarded by cold email constantly. So it just doesn't really work that well. I probably sent about maybe 200 of these so far and getting four out of 200. That's not great. What was that? Is that 2% conversion rate?
