Market time in Rancho Bernardo is up. Stick around for a couple of minutes to find out what's going
on. That's right, today we are bringing you a Rancho Bernardo real estate market update. If you
have any questions about buying or selling real estate in Rancho Bernardo, send us a message or
give us a call. Let's get right into the map and see what's going on here on both sides of the
and then looking at the pendings again about the same and closed sales off month over month from
May to June. So closings slowed down a bit between May and June. We'll see what's going on with those
July numbers when they come out. And let's go ahead and take a look at the longer term trend
now looking at median price going back to January of 2023. It was $7.35 back then and $9.555 right
now across all property types. Looking at the percent of original list price to final closed
sale price, we see that the properties that are closing escrow, this list to sale price ratio has
been climbing for the last three months currently at 97.8%. Now, market times did jump up from May
to June after declining from April to May. So I don't really see anything terribly significant
about this. It's been up and down this year. So we'll keep an eye on market time. However,
the pending sales have remained very steady and new listings are not going crazy. So we probably
just have a couple of properties here that took a long time to go under contract. But for right now,
the numbers are showing an increase from 28 to 39 days between May and June. The county average
36 days. So that's what's going on in Rancho Bernardo right now. If you like this content,
