If you've been thinking about relocating
to the Boise, Idaho area,
and you want a luxury on acreage,
minutes away from one of the most desirable downtowns
in the entire Treasure Valley, Idaho,
then you don't wanna miss a single minute of this video.
Let's get after it right now.
All right, you guys, the biggest RV bay
we have ever shot on this channel
sits right beyond this beautiful modern Scandinavian.
You guys, the designer for this house,
our personal friend and colleague, Brian Nyhoff,
crushed the design on this.
Look at this roofline from left to right,
and then you've got it coming down this way.
You've got all the triangles and rectangles and squares,
and we are flooded with glass.
All of the things absolutely required
to execute a flawless modern Scandinavian design.
And you guys, this location, the lifestyle,
oh, Ken's trying to do his finger.
Ken, I'm on a roll here.
I'm sorry, go, roll it, roll it.
The lifestyle that this community
and this location delivers is just so epic,
but Ken went like this, and I know.
Because there are three super features inside an RV garage.
Inside the RV garage.
The RV garage isn't even the super feature,
it's the three things inside.
The three things inside of it,
and there are things inside of this house
you guys never have you ever.
And then look at this.
It's raining outside right now,
and I don't even care because I love being out here.
Look at this.
You guys think this outdoor living space
is beautiful and amazing and elegant and all of the things.
Well, you're right, but you are in for a treat
because it gets even better, not just inside the house,
but beyond into the backyard
because there are even more outdoor, indoor living spaces.
I mean, this house, oh, you guys,
I think I just want to move in.
Could be number one.
All right, Ken, come on in, and right away,
I don't know, we gotta go straight.
Holy smokes, Batman.
I know, but we gotta go straight to dessert
and show them the ceiling in this living room
because have you ever seen anything like this
here in the Boise, Idaho area, ever?
This is beautiful.
I love how they use those rods instead of beams.
We got rods.
We got tongue and groove.
We've got beams.
We have not one, but two fans.
We've got the built-in speakers.
This is stunning.
Stunning among, stunning among stunning.
No kidding.
It is absolutely incredible,
and then can we just take a moment?
This is where Brian really shines.
It's in, actually, Brian shines in everything.
You guys, Brian is the designer,
Brian Nyhoff, that we love to work with.
Our clients all love Brian.
He designed this home and the design details.
Look at this.
Can you guys see how he put a little nook setback
in this fireplace so that the TV goes in here
without disrupting the design?
I mean, can you?
And the ceiling.
This takes somebody with some masterful skills,
and Brian Nyhoff, boy, does he have some masterful skills
because this house has so many beautiful things.
I don't even know where to begin, Ken.
Well, don't, I feel like you're heading
towards my super feature right now.
Oh, yeah.
Let's go to that kitchen.
Okay, let's go to the kitchen.
Actually, this is a really cool design detail,
so obviously the kitchen is stunning.
There is storage underneath.
We've got this beautiful waterfall island.
We've got plenty of storage.
This nice deep sink with an offset drain
so you can put your big pot in here,
and the drain is off to the side.
You won't be interrupting it with your pot.
Beautiful hardware.
This is obviously very functional.
Look at this bib drop down on the front here.
I mean, everything is absolutely beautiful.
I love this right here.
It's gorgeous, but what is super cool about the design
in particular, when we were talking to Brian
about the flow and the layout of this house,
he said it's really hard in an open floor plan
to put a ton of cabinet space in a kitchen
because you don't have a lot of walls.
So he did it by creating this secondary space over here,
and you guys-
This has to be a super feature, right?
It's a super feature.
I mean, look at this.
Okay, so not only do we have a plethora
of space and storage, right?
We have more countertop space, more storage.
He put in the big old drawers.
I mean, look at this.
All right, we couldn't do all of this
with just one wall in a kitchen, right?
We also got the refrigerator over there,
the refrigerator and freezer.
I know, I mean, look at this.
We've got an oven here, another dishwasher here,
another sink, and it looks out,
not just out of your front beautiful view
of farmland out there,
but this beautiful waterfall feature in the front.
I mean, how absolutely gorgeous is all of this?
You've got your microwave down here.
Look at this.
It's insane.
It's a big boy, too.
Everything is a big boy.
I mean, if you're moving out here,
and we'll tell you all about this location
when we have kitchen talk with Ken and Rachel
in just a few minutes,
but if you're living out here,
you might be going hunting,
and you're gonna need something like this,
or you're gonna need what's on the other side of that.
Oh, boy, oh, boy, oh, boy.
Should we just, no, no.
You know what?
I think we, no, we can't.
By the way, I was actually freaking out
because I was like, how does this house only have one oven?
I was kind of like, ooh, you know how we talk about that?
I didn't even know that there was an oven over there.
That's so cool.
There is another oven over there,
and it's totally hidden and tucked away.
I love that.
It's so, so cool.
So imagine you're in this house.
You walk in your front door,
and you've got your guests, and you're entertaining,
and that outdoor entertaining situation.
That's my super feature.
Man.
Which is crazy because of the RV garages.
It might as well just be.
You guys, the RV garage has three things in it
that are super features,
that are additional features
in addition to being a big old RV bay
that will fit all of the,
Ken almost knocked that over, y'all.
He almost knocked it over, but he didn't.
Fist bump, Ken.
Holy smokes, that would have been bad.
It's because Ken is number one,
and guess what else is number one?
Our relocation team here in the Treasure Valley, Idaho.
That's right, baby.
Do you like how I dropped that in?
That was good, that was good.
Yeah, that was good.
If you guys are thinking about relocating here,
definitely give us a call, shoot us a text,
or write us an email
because we've got your back when relocating.
And if you want Brian to design a home for you,
reach out, you guys,
because you could have something as beautiful as this,
look at this ceiling too.
How beautiful is this?
Yeah, this is beautiful.
So literally from the ceiling to the floor,
I did that backwards,
from the floor to the ceiling.
There you go.
Every detail, nothing,
no stone has gone unturned in this home.
Okay, so you walk in your front door,
which is beautiful, okay?
One of the things about Scandinavian modern
is you want to feel like you just have glass everywhere.
Glass, big windows, glass doors.
That is very important.
And I would say a lot of people
attempt Scandinavian modern,
but a lot of people don't execute it quite as beautifully,
all right, as Brian in this home.
I agree.
So you walk in,
you've got this beautiful elevated entryway right here,
and you come over to the right and boom,
you've got the best, most beautiful office space.
And you guys look at this ceiling to floor windows.
If your Amazon driver is coming from the left or the right,
it doesn't matter.
You can grab that package.
You just run out here, grab it, hide it over here.
In the barn door.
Yes, because you got to follow that.
And in your office,
you need to be able to grab your Amazon packages
before your significant other.
I mean, it's because it's probably a gift, right?
You don't want them to know.
Look how beautiful that was.
And do you see the detail on this?
It matches what was going on in this,
with the ceiling in the living room,
and then actually flip the camera around
and look at the wall right here.
It matches the design to the ceiling in the dining room.
You are just very observant today, aren't you?
I am so observant because no one told me that.
I noticed it all by myself.
This is great.
All right, and I've got pages and pages
of notes about this house.
You guys, there's so many things that are so special.
We're not going to be able to cover all of it
just walking through.
So in the kitchen, when we sit down to chit chat,
look at this beautiful, hardy, solid wood custom cabinetry.
This is big.
Look how much I fit this bowl in there.
No problem, guys.
And that's a really heavy bowl, right?
Really, really heavy.
I like that ledge up there.
Isn't that beautiful?
Yeah, that's cool.
And then the lights and they're shining down
to highlight everything on your shelves.
Then we come in this way.
All right, there is so many amazing things that direction.
We're going to get to it.
We've got to take you into the bedrooms really quick.
So out here off of your living area,
you've got storage right here.
You come in, beautiful bedroom.
This is not the primary.
You are just flooded with light.
Look at this.
This window matches what's going on out back over there.
So literally-
You have a church window in your guest bedroom.
Yes.
Or secondary bedroom.
Secondary bedroom.
How crazy is that?
You come in this way, you've got an en suite.
So we've got a fully tiled shower,
walk-in shower right here.
It's so pretty.
Love the tile in there.
Yeah.
Easy to clean toilet, which is the big deal, you guys.
All right, we see fancy toilets sometimes
that I'm like, how are you going to get that clean?
How are you going to get that clean?
Look at these lights, beautiful custom floating vanity.
And look at this.
It's a big old closet.
I might seem like a total nerd right now,
but you guys, again, this is not the primary.
And they even put sweet little hooks in here.
Beautiful built-in shelving, plenty of room for hanging.
You didn't see it, but when you came in there,
the lights turned on.
Toe kick lights.
Yep.
Toe kick lights.
Okay, so we come back out this way,
just make our way past this beautiful fireplace.
Can we take another moment to just-
I know, it's really nice.
How beautiful.
We go through our cottage entry here, and then boom,
you got another beautiful bedroom.
Look at this back feature wall.
It's got its own access outside.
I want this room.
Look at this, you want this room.
I know, how do you pick?
Do you pick the beautiful church windows?
Oh no, you just want-
With the high ceiling?
There's your own private-
Or you go out here.
I know, right?
Your own private, like, living space.
That's awesome. I know.
It's beautiful, okay?
And then we got another en suite over here.
Another fully tiled, beautiful walk-in shower.
I know, right?
I thought I was gonna see like a little tub
or something in here.
This is amazing.
Look at this.
They put the lights in this one,
straight into the mirror.
Another big, beautiful walk-in closet.
Can, I mean, everything.
They're getting a lot of points right now, Rachel.
A lot of points.
One million points.
No, not that many.
Okay, one million points.
It's two million points.
I know.
Listen, everything beyond this is a super feature.
Okay, here we go.
Which we already had a bunch of super features,
but I mean, everything we're getting about to do,
we're dropping grenades.
Okay.
This house is amazing.
This is my super feature right here.
Brian killed it.
All right, ready?
I would never leave this space.
Too bad I don't sound like an angel,
because you will feel like one when you come out here.
You're feeling like you're getting a little taste of heaven
in this outdoor living area, okay?
So we got this cool outdoor fireplace.
The television is right there.
You guys, something super cool is I know for a fact
that the way this house was designed,
that every TV is easy to look at.
Yep.
I already sat down in there.
Everything is distance perfect.
I already sat down there,
and I was like pretending to sit.
I was like, okay, I'm watching NFL right now.
Easy.
Let's do right.
And then if you lay down, still easy.
It's perfect.
It's so good.
Everything is laid out.
You know, I talk about this here and there.
A lot of the builders and developers out here
work with a very accessible company
when they design their homes
that charges a very low per square foot rate.
So these gorgeous, huge luxury homes
and little things just aren't right.
Like you got to crank your neck to look at your TV,
or maybe you didn't have enough room
where the doors are to bring furniture in.
Just weird little quirky things that pop up.
Brian is not that designer.
He is the creme de la creme.
So everything that you see
is perfectly well thought out and executed.
Guess what's going in here?
Should we tell them right now,
or should we show them?
Because it's in the RV bay at the moment.
Oh, it is in there.
We got a surprise.
It's in there because it's not installed yet.
Oh, okay.
Okay, we got a surprise that's going to be right here,
and we'll show you guys that in just a minute, okay?
Then we got this beautiful built-in grill.
Even more space for more dining, more guests.
You got your Bible studies, Super Bowl party,
Thanksgiving, Christmas, you name it.
It is happening here,
and you are probably going to want to invite Ken and I
and the whole rest of the team, right?
Oh, would they better?
Yeah, because if I'm not buying this house,
I'm going to party in this house.
Ooh, I can't take them there yet.
Oh, whoa.
Lift this up.
I know, that was me.
That was my bad.
I was like, whoa.
I'm like, we're just going right in there, huh?
It's raining, and we are out here for you guys.
Look at this.
Another fireplace, more seating.
And then look at this.
You've got this beautiful property.
You guys, tell us in the comments below
so we get a good feel for what you would do with your land.
Would you put a pool and a jacuzzi in here?
Pickleball courts?
What would you do?
We just, I like to get a feel
for what everyone's kind of thinking.
I'm going big old pool.
It helps us to-
Big old swimming pool right there.
Left side, pickleball courts maybe, like, oh.
Something garden, you guys.
Oh yeah, that's true.
I didn't even think about that.
What's going on over there is pretty great.
Okay, let's go into, should we go in here?
I mean, look, you got your pick of doors and access.
Actually, Ben, show them the lights out here.
How pretty are these lights?
Yeah.
They're beautiful.
They match the front of the house.
Yeah, everything is so pretty.
Yeah, they're really nice.
Yeah, let's just go in in the primary this way.
I kind of want to say, come on in, Ken.
Let's do it.
I'm coming in.
Here we go.
Come on in.
Look at this.
Oh my gosh.
It is so pretty, but you want to know what's super cool?
Not only is it really pretty,
and it has plenty of windows and light just flooding in,
elevated ceiling, beautiful ceiling fan.
Guess what else it has?
Remember, we talked about the televisions, all easy.
If you're laying down,
the way this TV is positioned is perfect
so you don't kink your neck.
It's angled down.
Angled down, and you didn't have to get rid
of any of your window space or that door.
It's perfect.
And then you come down this way,
and this is another thing that Brian said
he's been loving doing lately.
He's been creating a hallway for the primary,
and you go off to one side to your closet,
and that, we got to wait a minute to take him in that.
That's too good.
I mean, this is really good too.
Look at this, beautiful built-ins,
plenty of drawers, shelving space,
plenty of spots for hanging up your clothes.
I mean, this is an awesome closet,
but you want to know what's even more awesome?
I am so excited for this.
Okay.
Da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da, da.
All right, I will never forget
one of the first beautiful homes.
I'm talking gorgeous luxury homes
I ever went in as a little girl.
It was in Palm Desert, all right?
And it was like the most sophisticated grandma house ever.
And she had glass mirrors with the glass outlets.
And I remember thinking,
one day I would love to have glass mirrors
with a glass outlet.
There's something about it that's just so elegant
and so sweet and just traditional and beautiful.
And then look at this, we've got a big standing tub,
and guess what they did?
Yeah.
Yes, because you can have a beautiful tub,
but if you don't have the right hardware
to make it functional,
this way you can just rinse off in there,
wash your hair right there.
It's perfect.
And then Ken, you're going to go on that side.
Yes, ma'am.
We just already know each other's flow.
Ready?
Boom.
Look at this.
So this lights up and down.
So kiddos or people who are super tall like me
can adjust the height.
Just kidding, I'm only five feet tall.
That's why this is important, all right?
I tell this story a lot when I was growing up.
I used to sacrifice my life every day to rinse my hair off.
I was standing on the edge of the bathtub.
Okay, can I say something about the shower real quick?
You didn't even laugh at my joke, but go for it.
Ken is so into the shower and the details.
He's locked in.
I am locked in right now.
He's locked in.
Okay, you know how we've seen a couple of these ones, right?
Yes.
But the ceilings are so stinking high.
Yes.
So all the cold air comes in.
This is warm.
This is, there ain't no cold air coming in.
This is actually will work for this kind of shower.
This is perfect.
And it's gonna be nice and warm and cozy.
Beautiful, beautiful.
And then again, you got the private bathroom.
Look, even a sweet little-
For your phone.
Perfect, it's perfect.
And a window.
And then look, we've never seen this door
in any of the bathrooms.
I like it.
Frosted door.
I feel like it goes really well with the glass,
with the glass outlet and light switches.
I think this is really beautiful.
Okay.
A lot of points for that bathroom.
A lot of points.
So you come back out of your primary hallway.
I mean-
Oh my gosh, Rachel.
If you had a primary hallway,
oh, what did I miss?
Just look at this.
Look at how-
I know.
A light switch.
Everything.
It's got wood, like-
It's everything, you guys.
Yeah.
Everything.
It's so good.
I just saw it and I'm like-
I know.
All right.
I know you guys are dying to see behind this door.
You don't even know.
Oh, they don't even know yet, but it's-
Behind this door is a garage.
And there's, like I said, three things in there.
We'll get in there in just a moment.
We got to come in.
And the laundry, like, look, I'm not-
The laundry room's incredible too.
Like, even the guest bathroom's incredible.
Everything's incredible.
I meant it when I said at this point,
everything is a super feature.
Look at this laundry room.
So this is something that Brian does
and I absolutely love it.
Look at this.
You pull your stuff out and you pop it right here.
It's so functional.
So perfect.
We got plenty of storage in here.
And then the bar.
Ken and I have been in a four and a half million dollar
house that had the bar right here
above the washer and dryer.
You guys, what'd you hang in there?
All right?
We're in Idaho.
Bigfoot is going to come visit
and you're going to need to wash and dry his socks.
And you're going to need to put them right here.
All right?
You know what my son Connor said?
Because we were touring houses yesterday.
What'd he say?
And we were talking about that thing.
I go, what would you even hang over this?
Connor said, Speedos.
I love Connor.
That was really good.
Good old Speedos.
Speedos.
Look at this.
This is great.
Look at this.
And they get even more points
for having the bar over the sink.
Because if you hang up something wet,
the water moisture goes in the sink.
It's beautiful.
Everything's beautiful.
Look at this.
Trash can drawer.
Laundry baskets.
You got your boot bench right here
because you're right off of the garage,
which we're going to show you here in just a moment.
Look how pretty this bathroom.
I know.
Oh my goodness, look how beautiful that is.
It's beautiful.
Yes.
Look at this, you guys.
It's warm and soft and elegant
and beautiful lighting and wallpaper.
And the toilet is a great height
and it's easy to clean.
And we've got storage here.
At this point, I'm just drawing out,
taking you guys in there.
Yeah, you are.
You're mean right now.
Oh, wow.
Okay.
Over 80% of our viewers are watching from the TV.
So we created this awesome resource.
You just scan this QR code right here.
An interactive map pops up.
It's so cool.
You can chat on there.
You can book appointments through there.
But if you hover over that map,
it's going to take you to all the content
we have ever created about the entire Treasure Valley.
You can take a deep dive into the suburbs,
the communities, the builders, the floor plans,
you name it.
We have gotten so much feedback about that resource
and people are like,
I like it better than YouTube.
I'm like, what?
They like it better than us, unfortunately.
Better than us, but we are the developers of it.
And we're the number one relocation team here.
So if you're thinking about relocating here,
give us a call, shoot us a text, write us an email.
I know there are other people on YouTube
with the same name as us,
but we don't work with them, guys.
If you want us, you've got to call us directly.
If you want Brian, give us a call.
Boom, I like it.
All right.
Oh my.
So you think this is the best part, do you?
Because you see it and you're like,
wow, windows, lights, space, storage.
Look at, I mean, you're just like, wow, and it's epoxy.
No, this is not the best part.
I mean, look at the windows.
I'm putting a freezer there.
Freezer there.
I mean, you might.
You might also want to put it over here.
And you guys can't even tell yet
how cool this RV bay is, all right?
Is this 60 feet long?
55?
This is very long.
Is this 60 feet?
You guys, just hold on a minute, all right?
We'll give you the measurement, but listen.
It's even better than what you're seeing with your own eyes
because there are things behind these doors
that you're going to be shocked.
Oh boy.
It is 70 feet, Ken.
No way.
69.4849.
Check it out.
I could fit two and a half of my RVs in here.
I know.
And then look, you got a door going out this way.
Look at that.
God country.
Farmland.
Yeah.
Beautiful.
Oh my gosh.
This is all your land here.
And you guys, we're going to go over this exact location.
It looks like you're just out in the country.
Well, you are.
You're also very close to-
Oh, I see something.
I know, you see something.
But I was going to say,
we're close to something that says James Beard, all right?
We're close to some things.
This is one of the cool things.
Look at this, all right?
You've got a bathroom with custom cabinetry in the RV.
Sure, why not?
Why not have a conditioned RV space too?
Why not have a conditioned RV space?
See that, that's something.
I'm going to show you that in a minute.
Let's go.
Actually, that's not going to go where we thought it was.
That's going somewhere else, I think.
Oh, well.
It's too big to fit in that.
Ooh, I don't know where that's going to go.
That's awesome.
I don't know.
But what do you think's in here?
It's got to be like the HVAC and all that?
HVAC, you think it's HVAC?
Ooh, I see some custom cabinetry over this way.
Come on in, Ken.
No.
Look at this and look at those.
No way.
Look at those.
Anyone who built a house with those hooks has my heart.
Dude, a full-on walk-up dog washing station.
All right.
That's incredible.
I know.
Bowser's getting a bath.
Look at this custom cabinetry in the RV bay
where your dog wash station is.
You've got a counter space here, more storage here.
I mean, what?
This is something that is so unique and cool.
I know.
This entire thing is so unique, so cool.
And then we also got hot and cold hose bib, all right?
And then you've got everything right here
staying warm and cozy because it keeps it really efficient.
Ooh.
Big old beast.
Oh, dude, this is a Insta hot water thing,
but dude, it's a big one.
It's a big one.
Look how deep that is.
Everything here is A plus plus.
Let's go.
A plus plus.
I know, you know what?
Oh, we got it.
Can we show them this now?
Oh yeah.
You guys, this is a pizza oven, all right?
Yes.
Pizza, pizza.
So not only are you sitting out there
and you've been watching your TV,
hanging out with your friend, grilling,
you could be making pizzas.
I think it is going to go in the spot we have
because they have the, yeah, it's going to go right there.
I mean, it's easy to find out
because you got a door that takes you right out here,
out your backyard, right to your entertainment area.
I mean, look at this, white picket fence dreams.
This is what white picket fence dreams are made of, right?
I couldn't agree.
I need to know, I have a guess on how much this house costs,
but I really, we'll talk about it in Kitchen Talk
because I'll see how close I am.
How's that?
Okay, perfect.
All right, you guys, this is the moment
you all have been waiting for,
Kitchen Talk with Ken and Rachel.
Still need a theme song.
I know, we need a theme song.
All right, before we take a deep dive
into all the details about this location,
we need to let you know,
so many people are under the impression
that we make these videos for the builder,
the developer, the designer, but that is not the case.
We actually hand select who we're going to make videos for.
They literally win the lottery
when we film one of their videos,
but we do it because we want to build a relationship
with you so that when you are thinking
about relocating to the Boise, Idaho area,
you pick up the phone and you give us a call,
shoot us a text and write us an email
because you trust us and you wanna work with us
because that's our ultimate goal
is to help you find your community
and your home here in Idaho.
So definitely reach out.
We're the number one relocation team.
All right, let's talk about this beautiful home.
So we're kind of in Caldwell and we're kind of in Middleton.
We're like right on the border.
The address is officially Caldwell, Idaho.
And this location specifically is one
of the absolute most desirable locations
when people are thinking about relocating here
because we are moments and minutes away
from downtown Caldwell,
which is where people who live in downtown Boise
drive all the way to downtown Caldwell
during Christmas time
or when they're craving some really good food.
It's like the epicenter of where everything is happening
and all of the great developments
and cute restaurants are coming in.
We've got ice skating during Christmas time.
We've got concerts and a college out here
and just so many cool things.
There's like a creek.
I want to call it a creek.
It is.
Basically it's like a running water creek
where they do the,
are you talking about where they do the cardboard races?
Yeah.
So fun.
People decorate their kayaks with Christmas lights
and Christmas time.
It's like one of the best places to be in the country
for Christmas time.
I like it.
Don't you think?
Oh, for sure.
It's fantastic.
People might be like, what are you talking about?
Like there's this, you know,
going to Disneyland is one of the best places to be.
All right, I get it at Christmas time,
but listen, Idaho is one of the safest places
in the entire country.
So you go to downtown Caldwell,
you go to downtown Middleton,
you go to downtown Boise,
you're going to have clean streets,
no trash, no graffiti.
You're not going to have people walking around
smoking cigarettes or pot.
So you can literally go down during Christmas time
and have your purse hanging off of your shoulder,
your wife's shoulder,
and you're not worried anyone's going to take it.
No one's going to beg you for money.
You're not going to worry about crime
or people sleeping on the streets.
You're not going to see all sorts of crazy stuff.
So not only is it really festive and beautiful
and full of Christmas lights and holiday cheer,
it's so safe.
If my kid were to get lost at night
during a Christmas festival,
my heart would not be beating a million miles an hour.
I'd be like, where's my kid?
And I'd find my kid.
I wouldn't be scared of something going wrong.
Somebody would have found him
and helped him or your child find you.
Yeah, I mean-
It's just how people are here.
It's just, yes.
Everyone's super friendly.
It's a very red state.
The people who are relocating here,
because this is a hot relocation area,
are primarily conservative,
God-fearing, country-loving people moving here,
mostly from Washington, Oregon, and California.
But we definitely have people from all over the country
and some other countries who we've helped.
We've helped hundreds of families relocate here,
but the bulk is definitely California,
Oregon, and Washington.
Those good old cows.
Good old cows.
Ken's a cow.
I'm a cow.
Ken's a retired detective from California,
so thank him in the comments below.
I grew up in California.
I lived in Seattle.
I moved here from Atlanta.
So I've kind of been all over,
and I can tell you guys,
there ain't nothing like Idaho.
Right, Ken?
I agree.
Nothing.
I'll never leave.
So this location in particular,
we're 35 minutes away from the airport.
We're 15, 20 minutes away from hospitals, Costco's.
We're minutes away from grocery stores.
We're 12 minutes away from that downtown Caldwell area
we were just talking about
that's absolutely epic at Christmas time.
And I think I mentioned the restaurants,
but there's a James Beard award-winning restaurant
in Caldwell that people drive to
from all the other suburbs.
I mean, there's cute boutiques.
There's other amazing restaurants.
That's not the only good one that people drive for.
There's Country Line Dancing.
Here in particular,
we are in a community that has luxury,
semi-custom, and custom homes.
Everyone's got an acre or more.
This property in particular is 1.7 acres.
I am.
All right, what you gonna do with your acreage?
We gotta know.
I love hearing all about it.
Also, you're only like 10 minutes away
from downtown Middleton as well.
Yes, and downtown Middleton is so cute,
and one of our favorite communities in Middleton
or in the entire Treasure Valley
is just minutes away from here near the Boise River.
Where we are situated, it's a rainy day, guys,
so we can't get you the best footage of what your views are,
but it's big, beautiful, open skies,
farmland, foothills.
You know, last week, the kids and I were in McCall,
and McCall, Idaho is just a couple hours from here.
It is so beautiful.
Huge lake, just trees and mountains.
It's just so beautiful.
It's a very popular destination for people
who wanna go to the lake and go on vacation.
Sitting right next to McCall is Cascade,
and you've got Cascade Lake there,
and it's also equally just beautiful,
but I realized when I was there,
I was like, I gravitate more to Lake Cascade than I do McCall,
and I thought, what is it?
And you know what I think it is?
It's the skies.
In McCall, you're surrounded by mountains,
and you've got these massive trees,
and you're just in a magic kingdom,
but you can't see the skies for miles,
and then you go to Lake Cascade, and you can,
and I'm like, this is why I love the Treasure Valley, Idaho.
I finally figured it out.
It's because we have big, beautiful skies.
You don't feel claustrophobic.
You just feel like you can just see the world
forever to the end of the edge.
It's like the most beautiful thing.
I can't describe it.
That is what you get when you relocate
to this part of Idaho.
It's amazing, four mild seasons,
and then we have a fifth season called the fly season,
and you're gonna need both of the ceiling fans
in the living room and outside to eliminate the fly.
Hey, we're in fly season right now,
and there wasn't a single fly today.
Not, today's a rainy day.
It's a rainy day, but you know, ceiling fans,
you gotta embrace the ceiling fan life here in Idaho
because you want them to keep the flies off of your food,
and you want them in the spring and fall
to help really with all of the, what am I,
I just went off on the wrong side, the wrong path.
Just open up those windows and bam.
Yes, shut down your heating in there, all right,
which will cost a living.
I heard what you call that.
What?
When you open up the windows, you burp the house.
You burp the house.
It's good for you.
In the morning, burp the house.
Open up all the windows.
Yep, burp your house, baby.
Okay.
Burping your house.
All right, so if you relocate to Idaho,
our property taxes are low, low, low.
This exact same house in Texas or in California,
you're looking at like 3,000 a month in property taxes,
2,000 a month in property taxes.
Here, your property taxes are going to put you at,
ooh, you guys, I had it up on my phone,
$12,050 annually if it's your primary residence.
All right, this house is a three-bedroom, four-bath.
We got a five-car garage with a,
what was it, 60-foot?
Oh, it was a five-car garage.
Five-car garage.
And what was that, 60-foot RV bay?
No, 69, almost 70.
70, 70 feet.
Dog wash station, bathroom,
custom cabinetry in the RV bay, crazy.
Designed by our dear friend, Brian,
built by one of the absolute best
salt-of-the-earth builders here in the Treasure Valley, Idaho.
We love them.
