The pan has a diameter of about 20 cm.

I usually line the edge of the pan with acetate paper; however, parchment paper works too.

1 can of peaches in syrup. Drain the syrup from the peaches.

Pour the syrup into a saucepan.

300 g cream cheese (10.5 oz).

200 ml heavy cream (6.7 fl oz).

2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (about 120 ml).

10 g agar-agar (about 10 g).

Agar-agar is a natural ingredient derived from seaweed. It is excellent for making jellies and has a neutral taste and smell, making it highly recommended for this purpose.

Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for at least 1 minute.

Cut the peaches into small pieces while the mixture cools slightly.

Set aside three peach halves for later.

Don't wait too long to add the peaches, as preparations with agar-agar begin to set as the temperature drops.

They set particularly at temperatures below approximately 18–20 degrees Celsius (64–68 degrees Fahrenheit).

Refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour.

Slice the peaches we set aside for decoration.

Combine 1 cup of water, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of agar-agar in a saucepan.

Bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.

Let it cool to room temperature until the gelatin sets.

While it will set faster in the refrigerator, it will not be as transparent and will be less visually appealing. Thank you so much for watching and commenting on my recipes!

I hope you're doing well and have fun cooking!
