What are you doing for dinner dude? I'm doing steak. I think I'm doing uh steak so maybe do
your steaks man. Best steak wins an extra shot of whiskey. Then you're aged. Easy.
Before we get back to camp I want to thank Function Health for sponsoring today's video.
You guys know I spend a lot of time maintaining my truck so it can keep taking me on adventures.
It made me realize I should probably be putting that same effort into maintaining my own health
instead of just guessing. I wanted real answers. That's why I chose Function Health. I recently
completed my first round of testing through Function and I was honestly surprised by how
comprehensive it is. They give you access to over a hundred biomarkers including heart health,
hormones, inflammation, stress, nutrients, and toxins all tracked over time in one secure
platform. They also offer access to multi-region MRI and CT scans. The process was quick with over
2,000 lab locations across the U.S. and for $365 a year, about a dollar a day, you get access to
testing that could cost over $10,000 if you tried to do it on your own. I also like that Function
doesn't push supplements or pharmaceuticals. They simply give you the data and insights to better
understand your health. It's also trusted by Dr. Mark Hyman, Dr. Andrew Huberman, and Dr. Jeremy
London. Some of my results are already coming in and I'll share what I learned in my next video.
If you've ever wanted to stop guessing and start understanding your health,
check out Function Health using my link in the description. The first thousand first-time
members get a $25 credit toward the membership. You'll find both my link and gift code in the
description below. All right, let's get back to camp. On this road trip, I decided to bring the
APL 35 so I can use the dual zone. I've got my freezer over here. I've got an ice pack for my
injury. Tons of meat. I keep it frozen. The day before I want to use it, I put it in the fridge
so I can have a week's worth of food. I feel like we've lucked out on the weather.
It didn't really rain or anything. Today was the best workout. I tried to rain as I go.
Can you turn your lights on because I don't know where you are. It's good.
Man-made pancakes. I did the sausage and eggs. It's going to be a good breakfast this morning.
