Edgar Berlanga vs. Steven Butler: Zuffa Boxing 09, July 26, 2026

Good sequence right there Pelanga took with Butler gave him got a right hand drove a right hand down to the body and then followed up with another two punch combination didn't rush it he's back under his feet back on the jab and in control and for that two-punch combination here's the replay of it for a bill to this fight that was filled with such emotion such a hatred and there it is in one instance we said for Lango was boxing sharper than I can remember him box in this first round and in a blink of an eye he's on the deck hands of the body from being banged up right you can hear it but he's got to go back to what was working the tone of the fight has changed and they are swinging and exchanging yeah right like we know what this is now this is Berlinga's default button is to fight and trust in his power more than he trusts in his boxing but the chosen one has chosen to fight here it would have been smart to take a knee right there he's still home which has Butler not really throwing like he was well there he is right now let me know that he may not be back as much as I think he is I don't think he needs to be to be dangerous you know same thing with Berlinga look at that right hand from Butler stood Berlinga right up goes underneath with a body shot Berlinga stalking his prey and Butler stops and pops with a right hand and this is good stuff right here it wobbled Berlinga but Berlinga right back with the power shots head shot to close out the rounds you know these guys want to start a fight in the middle of a fight there's always been the beloved Puerto Rican New York fighter a series of right hands Butler again shaky in the closing seconds of a round a left hook another one and Berlinga being really smart stepping back to give himself space to give himself room to land that clean left hook after all the damage he has taken that was the first knockdown scored by Berlinga good shot right there underneath exchange from both guys that's it that's it ladies and gentlemen the end comes officially one minute 14 seconds round number seven referee eric dolly puts a halt to the fight for your winner by TKO the chosen one
