Hey loves, welcome to the channel. It's your girl Rachel. Today I wanted to show you a few things I got my family for Christmas.
Listen, I'm not seeing all of my family this Christmas, so a lot of things I'm going to get after Christmas when everything goes on sale.
I mentioned this before, but your girl needs to give her card a break.
But nonetheless, let me show you a few things that I got for my gift teachers.
And some stocking stuffers for my brother, my husband.
Extra gifts for my children to go to gifts they already are getting.
It's late right now. Hopefully the lighting isn't too bad. My kids are asleep.
This is the best time to film and I have to get up early in the morning.
So you know I love you guys. Let's just go ahead and get started.
My kids are getting outdoor toys. My son's getting a hoverboard. My daughter's getting a bike.
And then my youngest got a tricycle for his birthday. So they all needed helmets.
Both the boys got these blue helmets. And then my daughter got this pink one.
I decided to go with a standard color. It was from Amazon. I think I paid $16.
So yeah, just standard helmets. And I should get some pads because I don't know how my son specifically will do on that hoverboard.
We shall see.
Let's move on to an accessory for my daughter. She is getting a reborn doll.
So I got her outfit to go on her baby.
I will be dressing her up so that she's all ready to be seen.
And it came from Amazon.
So this is the little onesie. It says, Hi, I'm you here.
Super cute. Her hat. Mittens.
While I was at Walgreens, I came across some soaps that were 70-80% off.
And I was so excited. I saw these soaps at Target and I always wanted to buy them for my husband.
I got this one. It says, Big A Lump of Gold.
It smells really nice. It has that little musk smell.
My husband is also getting this one. It is Frothy the Beer Man.
I figured he'd get a kick out of it because look at the snowman and he has his beers.
And then right here it even has the song that they created.
Frothy the Beer Man.
For my brother. My brother is graduating this year. I'm so sad.
Just because he grew up so fast, guys.
My mom had us 14 years apart, so I always call him my son-brother.
But anywho, I'm getting him this one.
This one looked the most appropriate. I guess age appropriate.
This one says, Illegally Cut Pine.
And I love the packaging.
I went to this little function this past weekend and I saw this 3D dragon.
And we all got to touch them.
And my son freaked out because he said after school, when he's waiting for me to get him,
him and his friends are always playing with one of his classmate's 3D dragons.
And he's been talking about it for a while, but he never said the words 3D dragon.
He said, Oh, my friend has a dragon that we all touch.
And it honestly kind of went over my head.
So when we saw this and his eyes lit up, I knew I had to add it to his stocking.
I am going to wrap this.
I thought this year I'm going to wrap two gifts each for the kids to open.
Everything else will be exposed.
And also, we open our stockings on Christmas Eve, so they're really going to enjoy this.
This is so fun to touch, I can't even lie.
It is very delicate, so hopefully my toddler doesn't get into it.
My brother's stocking, he is getting these Pop-Tarts in the flavor Boston Cream Donuts.
He is obsessed with Boston Cream Donuts.
Every time we go to Dunkin' Donuts, he wants the Boston Cream.
So when I saw these at my local grocery store, I was so excited.
These were $2.50.
I went to Walgreens, this was like a week ago.
And my son saw this and started playing with it immediately.
He was super drawn to it.
It lights up and everything.
You can see all the little beads.
This was $5, which was kind of pricey.
But my daughter got two big things to go in her stocking.
My son's getting the 3D Dragon and some magnets.
So I wanted him to have something cool to open.
I mentioned this in my Ultimate Gift Guide, and these are some light-up gloves.
And I decided to actually give it to my son to open in his stocking, my youngest.
They'll all play with it anyway.
But I thought, you know what?
PS5 will honestly be the highlight of his Christmas Day anyway.
So my youngest will enjoy these.
He's always trying to put on mittens.
And we live in Florida, y'all.
So it's always hot, and he always wants to wear mittens anyway.
So we got a mat of a bag here from the Dollar Tree.
I think I'm officially done with my kids' stockings.
I got them extra large stockings this year, so I was kind of nervous about if I had enough.
But I think I do.
Both of my kids, specifically my older two, really like to create stories.
They create comic books.
They create actual stories.
Sometimes they just draw pictures and tell me the story.
So I got them these books.
Both of them actually asked for art sets.
But I didn't get it for them this year because they already got so much.
So I was telling my husband for Easter, that'll be a big gift for them.
Like actual art sets and comic book sets.
But for now, I thought these would be perfect for them.
It's from the Dollar Tree.
This is going in my husband's stocking.
It is a magnetic list pad.
We love these.
I have one next to my bed, and I write it in every day.
So this one says you can do it.
And you have the now section, the later section, and then just extra notes.
Okay, Nerd Clusters is literally everybody in this house's favorite candy.
Except my oldest son.
He really likes just plain Nerds.
But for my teen brother, he is getting these in his stocking.
And then for my husband, he is getting these in his stocking.
My husband actually just got a new car not too long ago.
And he loves air fresheners.
So I got him this Axe Essence air freshener.
This is from the Dollar Tree, and I was super happy to see it in the Axe brand.
It's in the scent Black Pepper and Cedarwood.
And he also got this one as well.
I don't know what this one smells like, but backups, okay?
We love a good, nice, expensive car.
This one is going to my toddler, my eldest, and my daughter.
They both have cups going in their stockings.
So I wanted my youngest to have a cup to go in his stocking.
This one is Paw Patrol.
And I mentioned in my What I Got My Kids For Christmas,
my daughter, she's getting a Bluey cup.
And inside her Bluey cup, there's like a bunch of candy canes.
I may take some of her candy canes out and, like, divide them all.
Because they don't need too much candy in their stocking.
Let's be real here.
My mom-in-law, she is getting this in her stocking.
It's one of those motivational water bottles
that has a time of when you should drink the water.
I used to have one like this, but mine was glass.
It definitely helped me drink as much water as I possibly could.
And this was $1.25.
It comes with a little hook.
It's BPA-free.
I like the spout.
My husband has an e-bike,
and I thought these would be fun for him to put on his wheel
just in case he wants to ride at night.
Or, I mean, it gets dark around 5,
so when it starts to get a little dark,
these will be great and come in handy.
My daughter, like I said, she's getting a reborn baby.
My husband did not want me to get the stroller for her this year
because she already had so many things.
So I don't go too crazy for Easter.
I usually stick to birthdays and then Christmas.
I go the most overboard.
So I was thinking for her birthday, I will get her a stroller.
But for now, to hold her off,
I got her this baby carrier, and it does stretch, so it'll fit her.
So when we go on our family walk,
she can have her reborn and wear her on her belly,
like this little cutie.
I got a lot of controversy about this,
but this is a big bag of just different-flavored Prime.
My son is getting a mini-fridge in his room.
I'm saying my son because he's the one that brought it up,
but in all honesty, all the kids are going to use the mini-fridge.
For their Prime, I just tried to get every single flavor.
I did not get the pink one.
But the kids have only had Prime twice, and that was Halloween time.
I'm getting them Prime right now for Christmas,
and then they're not going to have Prime again probably until next Halloween
because I feel like this is super sugary,
so I don't like to fill them up with this stuff.
But I will show you the flavors.
I got him raspberry.
This is the one I've seen everywhere, the ice pop.
Meadow Moon.
Tropical Punch.
This one is lemon-lime, so he really likes these.
Honestly, all my kids do.
So what I'm going to do is have it displayed in the mini-fridge,
but in all actuality, I'm going to take some of it and divide it in their cups.
My mom, I'm not seeing her until after Christmas,
so I have time to kind of fill up her stocking.
But I did get her this Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Night Cream,
and it goes on the face, and it's pretty much just a moisturizer.
So she's going to enjoy this.
My mom's into beauty and skincare and makeup and all those things,
so I think she'll really enjoy that for her stocking.
My mom-in-law, she loves trinkets and little things to just display all around her room,
so I thought this was super cute.
It says, I love Grandma.
I thought she'd appreciate it.
It's like a little mini cup.
It actually came in this little thing, but it got destroyed because I've had this for months.
Okay, my kids asked for books this Christmas.
I almost didn't get it for them because they got books for their December 1st box,
and then they usually get books for Easter and, like, literally any time to get books.
Halloween baskets, they get books, and so they have quite a collection.
My eldest is getting this Minecraft one.
I knew he'd enjoy it, and it'll, like, nurture his need to read.
This one's going to be for my daughter.
This one is the Disney Princess Phonics Collection.
So it focuses on short vowels, and she is a beginner reader.
She's in first grade, so she knows some words, like a lot of sight words,
but I think she'll really enjoy this because we really need to, like, get her ready for second grade in reading, so.
She's still at the beginning stages, so they'll enjoy these.
Kid you not, this came from McDonald's.
I don't even know how long ago, but I saved it, and I'm going to put it in my son's stocking.
They really like Pokemon cards, and the kids, they like to play this game with the cards,
but they like it, but not enough for me to go and buy a set because it can be pricey.
So there's that.
Okay, so my brother didn't have a list this year.
He didn't have a crazy list this year.
I think he only had, like, three or four things on it, and one of the things on his list was this,
and it is just shelves, just plain shelves to go in his room so he could display some of his collections.
He collects cars, so I thought this would be nice to go in his room.
I think I got it in color white. I can't remember.
White or black, but something that'll go with his room.
His big gift this year is AirPod Pros.
He's been wanting these for a while.
He used to have a pair, but they got damaged because he wears it all the time,
so my husband decided to say, you know what, let's splurge because he didn't really have much on his list,
so he's going to be super excited and shocked to see this because he didn't mention it,
but, like, not in a way where he expected me to get it, so I think he's going to be pretty excited.
So in his stocking, I'm getting him the Art of War, definitely a classic.
My husband actually read through it. It came from Five Below.
I love the color. I love the size.
This is going in my husband's stocking. It's just some Lion King socks.
It's his favorite Disney movie, so anytime I see anything Lion, I definitely give it to him.
He's a Leo, so he's very drawn to Lion.
My brother has twists in his hair, and so he likes to see these to maintain.
My mom-in-law actually picked this up for my brother, so he's getting that.
These are some fabric gift bags just to spice up.
I like to spice up my gift baskets whenever I'm gifting people things,
so this one says Holiday Candy in it.
I don't know if I'm going to put it in my kid's stockings and put some treats in there.
I don't know, but I got these because I know when it comes time to gift,
I like to have stuff like this on here.
They're super random, but I just have stamps from last year.
I always save some of these. You didn't see all the prints,
but I always save these to just throw in my kid's stockings.
The teachers this year are getting Snuggies!
I absolutely love Snuggies, so I have two. My husband has two.
I also have just hoodie blankets. I live in them. I love to be cozy.
This is a one-size-fits-all. Just throw it over you, and it's super cozy.
I also have another teacher that I'm really close with, and I already packaged hers up,
but these I'm going to package for the teachers.
Their last day is Friday, so I'm going to have to make sure everything is done by then.
This is for one of the teachers that I'm close to,
and she's always checking on the kids and stuff because she's not their teacher this year.
But she is getting in her some Werther soft shoes, and then she's also getting her Snuggies.
So that's that.
Okay, and I think that's everything that I have to show you guys.
So I have yet to shop for my niece and my nephew.
I'm actually going to do that a little after Christmas.
I think I'm going to make them gift baskets of their favorite things, favorite treats,
just little trinkets from probably Walgreens, honestly.
And then I am going to just give gift cards, like put their gift cards in there.
And then for my brother, I think I'm going to get him one more thing,
and it's probably like an outfit, and that's it.
He doesn't really need too much.
And then for myself, I got a gift early this year.
So I went to Disney Springs, I'm a Disney girl, on Black Friday,
and my husband caught me looking at his bed.
I almost walked away from it.
It was on sale.
It was originally $100.
It got marked down to $50, and I was just staring at it like, man, I really want it.
But I felt like $50 was a lot, even though this is a lounge fly.
And I don't know.
As any other mom like that, I could easily spend $50 on my husband or my children,
but for myself, I'm like, ugh, a little much, you know.
So my husband's like, no, you deserve it, you deserve it.
So he got it for me, and I'm just so grateful.
So I told him, please, don't get me anything else.
This is my gift because truly just seeing my kids happy,
and like I'm a gift giver, so I prefer to really give than receive.
And a quick story, I mentioned this in I think my last video,
but my daughter has been really wanting this Minnie Mouse plush,
and she has wanted this for two years.
I never felt the urge to buy it.
It was a $30 to $40 plush, right?
So finally this year we go to Disney Springs, the same time I got the lounge fly,
and she's like, Mommy, if there's anything that I can get for Christmas, I just want that.
And she's brought this one thing up consistently.
I finally ordered it and went on sale around Cyber Monday.
I paid $13 for it.
It gets delivered to the wrong home.
I had to fight for a refund.
Got the refund, or, well, it's actually still in the mail.
They said they sent a check.
But yeah, so I was like, okay, let me go ahead and repurchase it
now that the money's on the way.
And it went back up to regular price.
It was 22 plus what shipping.
It ended up being $30, so I didn't pay for it,
but I told my best friend what I'm telling you,
and she's like, I got it, and she got it for her.
So that is going to be her big stocking gift.
I was going to give it to her Christmas Day,
but I like the kids to have around the same amount of things,
and also I think with her having the Reborn,
which she obviously doesn't know about,
she's going to kind of like, oh.
I guess I didn't really care for the mini as much
because she's going to have her Reborn baby,
so I'm going to give it to her on Christmas Eve.
She's going to be obsessed that whole day with her.
So I'm excited for that reaction.
And that is it, y'all.
I am done.
I don't see myself shopping again until the day after Christmas,
and that's just to get a few things for my nieces and nephews
to put in their baskets and little things to put inside for next Christmas
because I like my kids to have a full stocking with inexpensive stuff.
But that's it.
I hope you enjoyed this video,
and I'll see you in the next one.
Bye-bye.
