Inside a Huge New Home Near Boise with RV Garage and Massive Yard!

And how gorgeous are all the features on the front of this house, fully landscaped, sprinklers, irrigation water, everything is ready to go. All right, Ken, come on in. And right away, you have got to pop the camera up to show them something we have never seen in any of these houses before. Look at this. We've got this insane skylight feature and it is just flooding this entire space with lights. They put in these beautiful wood beams up there. They have the accent. How high do you think this is? I don't have my measuring tape. I don't even know. It is high. That's a good 25 feet. Easy. Easy. And I have to say, I think this might be one of my favorite houses that we have ever looked at out here. I know you were saying it earlier. There's something about it that feels really good. They did a great job with the floor plan. The entire space is functional. Everything's beautiful. And there's something outside over there that we can't show them yet that I am just, my heart is melting. That's why you like this. No, I'm just kidding. I know. The house is pretty awesome. The house is amazing. So we're here in the kitchen. We've got these beautiful custom cabinets, double stack, gorgeous hood right here. Look at how many big drawers are in this kitchen. There's a lot. I like big drawers and I cannot lie. Why? Because you can fit all your big pots and pans in here and you've got room for literally everything. They made the perfect use of all of the space. Got those corner circulating cabinet shelving in there and then talking about making good use of space. Okay, show me. Should we pop in here right now? It's pretty dang awesome super feature. All right, we'll pop in here and then we'll pop out and we'll finish showing them the rest. It's just a little pantry. Nothing fancy. Nothing fancy. Nothing fancy. You can eat right here. They put in a Thermador package double oven. Nice. Okay, so we have to come on over this way. Then we've got this beautiful fireplace. Look at this masonry work. It is gorgeous. All of the shelving, custom cabinetry again. Everything on this side is pre-wired for your TV all ready to go. You flip the white light switch on and you got yourself a warm and toasty log fireplace. Ken's got his finger up. You know what I love about this? What? This reminds me of my old, my grandma's little house. How you can sit on these. You can sit here. You can full-on just sit here and have a conversation. You could put a basket with a warm blankie. It's actually, we used to sit in like you have this whole surrounding everybody just chilling. That's why you like it because it feels very homely. It is, but it's still grand. This is a big house with lots of room and all of the things. We're back at the front door. Should we? You've got the guest bathroom off of the hall tucked away from where everyone's eating and cooking, which thank you very much. That's the right way to do it. Okay. Not everyone does it that way. Two windows with screens opening up over here to the fully landscaped, already fenced yard. Big closet with built-in shelving. Come back out this way. It's like a 14 by 14 room. It's a huge room. And we'll give you guys all the numbers. Storage closet here. We've got another huge room here. And this one looks out in the front yard. Come down this way. We've got dual vanity right here. Over here with a pocket door, which thank you. Can we do more pocket doors? Oh, that is nice. I know. We've got the toilet with a window. You know why you need the window over the toilet. I'm going to turn the light on even though the fan's going to come on. They need to see this. This way you guys can see beautiful, big shower. There's a shelf in here for lifting your foot up while you shave your legs. You can put your soap right here. You got your shower head and your hardware, which is all very pretty. They finish off the edge of the tile with Schluter. Schluter. Schluter. You know what? Not everyone puts the Schluter in. They like to skip that step. They like to put up tile and not finish off the edge. And that's one of our pet peeves. Lots of windows, lots of natural light, another ceiling fan, another big deep closet. I'll tell you guys why you need a ceiling fan when we walk down this way. You need a ceiling fan because we have four mild seasons here in the Treasure Valley, Idaho. So in the spring and in the fall, you can flip on the lights. I'm going to open up the windows. There you go. Shut off the AC. Shut down the heating and turn the fan on. Save some money. There you go. We're going to come down this way and then we'll get re-acclimated at the front door and show you the big kahuna that's waiting over there. And I'm saving the primary for last because there's something sitting outside the primary that is incredible. I like this room honestly because I think of my dad. Ken loves this room. Mother-in-law, father-in-law. Yep. Show them why. College. Show them why. Okay, because like this bathroom, you know, it's awesome by itself. Yeah. But what I love about it is just the no, those. No step. No step. No step. It's just so. It's perfect. Smart. It is. So you have knee surgery. You're recovering. You can just walk straight in. You can grow in age with this home beautifully. And then look at the view out this window. Don't show them that way yet. They can't see that way. I won't show them. I know. I got a country accent for a country feature. It just came out of nowhere. Because the primary is attached to the, what you, the beautiful, the thing that I can't show you guys yet. And then we'll talk numbers and all things, this community. It's so good here. You guys look at this. So you walk in from your garage and you come right in here. And not only do you have a boot bench for taking off your boots and hanging up your coat, you've got storage here for hiding backpacks or supplies, whatever it is. Look at this even more storage right here. All right. And then you come down this way and you've got your laundry room. Look at all this counter space and you've got outlets for your steamers and your irons, a big deep sink. So your tie dye and shirts and you need somewhere to plop them. You plop them in here or you've got a stain. You need to soak it off. Also they get 1,580,000,000 infinity points because they've got this right here. You cannot give that many points. Ken doesn't like it when I get that many points, but you know why we're giving this points? Not only do they have the dry rack, not above the washer and dryer, like a lot of people like to do, because what can you hang up? Other than what Ken says, you can hang your Speedo up on a bar above the washer and dryer. That's about it. It also got it over the sink. So if you've got something dripping wet, it can drip right into here. So they get extra points. And you want to know who does things like that? Professional designers. We have a professional designer we work with and they taught us that. That's how I know. All right. And it's common sense. You guys ready for this? I'm ready. You think it's common sense, but common sense ain't common. By the way, I've been in here. The epoxy on this floor is so clean and crisp. It's so shiny. Yes. You just want to ice skate. That's what I was saying to Jessie earlier. I'm like, I want to go ice skating in here. It is over a hundred degrees outside. But look at this, you guys do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do. You can't show them too much because we got our thing out there that we got to show them. Look at this. You back up to farms, big open skies, God's country. I mean, it's amazing. So olive tree on the way in, which just makes so much sense. You guys look at this primary bedroom. It is so beautiful. But look at this. The bathroom's amazing. We're going to show you the bathroom. You guys, you guys look what they did. This all comes with the home already. It comes with it. Oh my goodness. This is all included with the house. The house is done. This is not a model home. This is done. It's ready to go. I mean, can you even... I was gonna say we need to walk through the archways. I know. It's a professionally designed garden. They even have sweet little lights in here. They put this so that you can attach a hose, go in. I know. We got zucchini growing in here. Have you ever had the flower, these flowers from the zucchini? You stuff them with cheese, twist it and fry it. Oh my god. Oh wait, they literally have a garden going on. It's literally a garden. Already, like seriously. Already ready for you. What the... I died and went to heaven when I saw this. Look at these lights. They're so pretty. They're solar lights. Oh, I've seen those ones. Those are cool. I mean, you guys, they got little honeybees in here. Look at this. Going to work, doing their work. It's hard to not get emotional out on a property like this. Oh, there's a light above your head in the archways even. It's hard to not get emotional on a property like this because we're just over an acre. It's all landscaped. We've got the garden. We have the fence. You look out and you see the American flag and the red barn. You see the cornfields and you're like, you guys, this is Idaho and I know this is going to be someone's dream house and I just get goosebumps. It's incredible. You come over here. We've got tons of covered space. I love that you've got a private area off the primary but that they kept this as one huge space for entertaining. Yeah, this is nice. No matter where you look, anywhere, from anywhere in this house, anywhere you're staying on this property, you are looked out and you're like, guys, America, all right? This is America, all right? Are you going hot tub in that corner over there? Hot tub. Yeah, right? Or you could hot tub here. I don't know. Maybe you get too. You were going to put a pool out here. You could put pickleball. And then they also get infinity 962 points because over the bathtub, look at this. They got the handle. So your dog's in the bath. That right there is worth infinity points to you? Yeah, because I'm five feet tall. And when I was growing up, I had to stand on the edge of the bathtub to rinse my hair out. So anytime that I can rinse my hair out safely and conveniently, it's worth a lot of points. You know what I give points for? Because my life, like your life, Ken is worth a lot of points. Okay. I agree with that. But you want to know where I give points for? The windows. That one opens. And the privacy. In a bathroom, why? Because some of these, they're just all solid, right? Yeah. You can't even open up to air out your bathroom. Yeah. And in this house, you can. Little things. Look at, this is a big thing, not a little thing. Nice big walk-in closet. All the custom built-in shelving in here. Plenty of places for all of Ken's shoes because Ken has more shoes than his wife. If you didn't know, now you know. We're just calling everything out today. You are on your way up and you just see one farm, one acreage property after another. It is so gorgeous. You feel like you are just tucked away into a little corner of heaven, far away from everything. But the reality is you are not far away from things. You've got hospitals within minutes. You can also go to downtown Middleton if you prefer something smaller and more quaint for your shopping. There's also farm stands everywhere and local farms everywhere. So pretty much if you want to live the Idaho dream and you want an acre and you want incredible neighbors and American flags all around you, I'm talking God-fearing, country-loving neighbors. Where we are standing is the absolute perfect spot. We've also already helped families who watch YouTube, so they're part of our family, move to this location. So we also know that some of your neighbors, you're probably going to really like them and really get along with them. Great. The other great thing about this area, and I'm just going to say it, is the property taxes. The property tax on this home, you're looking at $7,694 a year. That is amazing.
