If you've been thinking about relocating to the Boise, Idaho area,
and you want to live the ultimate Idaho dream, I'm talking acreage,
white picket fence, American flags, two RV bays,
then you have landed on the right video.
Let's get after it right now.
Can you even believe that we have another gorgeous home
with two RV bays to feature on this channel?
Because we are all about making dreams come true, people.
How would you like two driveways, two RV bays, two refrigerators?
There's lots of things that come in twos in this house.
And how pretty is this beautiful property and this community, you guys?
It's literally the Idaho dream.
There's literally acreage properties, chicken coops, white picket fences,
one or two double RV bays, Idaho born and raised builders.
I mean, literally look around.
Do you see a single piece of trash, any graffiti,
anybody who doesn't have pride of ownership in this community?
This is what it is like in small town Idaho.
We've got to get inside this home for you.
All right, Ken, come on in.
And right away, let's go for the drama.
I mean, this whole house just screams drama,
but it also screams peace and tranquility all at the same time.
I mean, what do you want?
Oh my goodness, this is beautiful.
You want drama?
You want peace and tranquility?
Yes, you can have all of it in here.
This is such a gorgeous house.
We've got high ceilings, this beautifully tiled fireplace
all the way up to the ceiling line, this very dramatic fireplace,
which this is the fireplace I myself happen to have in one of our houses.
And do you see how they got the wood in here instead of the glass rocks?
I think that is a requirement in Idaho.
You have to have wood in your fireplace in Idaho.
You know, it's just like a thing.
We got toe kick lights under here, floating custom cabinetry.
We've got everything here ready and pre-wired.
If you'd rather have a TV there, if you'd rather have your TV there.
Where would you put your TV, Ken?
Right where it is, it's perfect.
Same, I think it's perfect.
All right, then we come over this way and I'm talking,
when I said drama, look how big this kitchen island is.
One, two, three, four, five chairs right here.
Five.
And it's got the outlets under the island.
I just thought, I just saw them.
I thought I was right.
Look at this hidden away right there.
So you can pop your laptop up here, work, have it plugged in right there.
Come over here, open your big old wide refrigerator.
Talk to them why you love this fridge.
All right.
I love this fridge because look how they built it into the cabinets, you guys.
It's my height.
It's your height.
It's perfect.
But this is not a small fridge.
No, that's what's so crazy about it.
It is huge.
And you guys, this is not the only fridge in this house.
We will show you a second fridge here in just a moment.
Oh, stay tuned because there are so many cool things in this house.
Beautiful custom cabinetry.
I love that this cabinetry does not look like everybody else's cabinetry.
It's absolutely amazing.
This builder kills it every single time.
And I think this is one of my favorite floor plans that they do.
Gorgeous.
Look at this.
An Italian sliding oven here.
Range.
Pardon me.
I don't always use all the fancy words that I'm supposed to use.
It's okay.
You know, nice deep sink.
And I like that it's steel.
I like that it's steel.
And then we come over this way.
Huge dining room.
But check this out.
You got Thanksgiving.
You got Christmas here.
You got men's barbecue group, women's Bible study, whatever it is.
Open the folding tables up.
Drop them down right here.
Line up your friends and family.
Or you got Bunko night.
Pop open card tables right here.
Right here.
You literally have room for everything.
It's awesome.
And then my favorite office space is an office space off of the main living.
I always like to know what's going on with my kids.
What's going on with my husband, family.
I definitely need storage.
And I definitely need a window so that I can see the Amazon driver delivering the packages
and confiscate them before my husband sees them.
Because I'm buying gifts.
I'm buying gifts.
I don't always want him to know everything that's coming.
Yeah, I'm buying gifts.
Yeah, I believe that.
You know, so we come in.
You've got this beautiful entryway with these super cool lights.
And I know everyone's probably wondering, wait a minute, Rachel.
Why did you stop showing us that side of the house?
You guys, it's the primary.
It's the something else special where the extra refrigerator is.
And it's the not one, but two RV bay.
So we'll get there in just a minute.
That's like the carnival side of the house.
Yeah, it's the carnival side.
First, we got to our housekeeping side, which is not to say that this isn't beautiful.
OK, so we've got a nice big room right here.
I like all the windows.
I know.
And you know what?
It's again, I feel like, like I've said before, I like this builder for so many reasons.
But look, this is like my my window.
I can get some vitamin D right here.
Everybody else would have to sit to look out that window.
But you can stand to look out that window.
I can.
I can look out again.
I can see my Amazon packages right here.
Nice, big, deep closet.
And then look at this.
They put a pocket door right here.
Dual vanities.
Toe kick light.
Did you see the fancy light coming on?
Yeah, I did actually.
Nice, big, deep bathtub.
Oh, I see what they did.
See?
Awesome, right?
I wasn't sure at first.
I'm like, what are we doing with dual vanities in here?
And look at these lights.
They're so cool.
You got the glass fold and then you have these like really quirky,
cute little like metal balls wrapped around the lights.
It's pretty cool.
And then you come on down.
OK, so you come out.
Oh, just a little circle action.
All right.
So here we go.
So you share with this?
No, you don't.
Because look at right here.
What?
This is so awesome, is it not?
OK, so this nice big room, again with the ceiling fan.
Ceiling fans are so important and they went all out on their ceiling fans.
Here in the Treasure Valley, Idaho, we have four mild seasons.
You're going to want to open your windows and shut off everything in the spring and the fall.
Just turn the fan on.
Let the natural air come in.
It's little tips and tricks like that that you wouldn't know unless you reach out.
Give us a call.
Shoot us a text or write us an email if you're thinking about relocating here.
We have literally helped.
I think we might have to pass over the hundreds and say over a thousand families.
Well, we're getting close.
I don't know.
I don't know for sure.
Relocate.
So you guys, we know all the little details.
All right.
Look at this.
This room has its own bathroom, again with the double vanity.
Now listen.
This is not the primary.
OK.
OK, now listen.
I am a double vanity kind of a gal because when I have my curling iron on,
I like to have it right here in the sink.
I don't like have it sit up.
Well, that seems smart.
But then I also need my sink for like brushing my teeth and stuff.
So I use both sinks every morning when I get ready.
Can we not put our hairdryer in the sink please?
Electricity and water don't do good together.
I don't have the water running, Ken.
OK, just saying.
Ken's trying to safety police me here because he is retired detective.
And so he is policing me.
So thank him in the comments below.
Retired detective from California.
We're also both transplants.
Look at this nice, deep closet.
And then you got your built-in mirror here.
I'm like, all right.
So now let's go.
I love how they have the door there for the potty.
I was going to say, for the what?
For the potty?
I love it too.
It's like even more gorgeous.
They have this barn door too.
Look at that.
I know.
It's so beautiful.
OK, let's go back to the front door and get reacclimated.
All right, Ken, we're back at the front door.
And we're going to show the primary, that other refrigerator,
all of the little, all the details.
But first, let's pop out here.
Because if you live in Idaho, you're going to fall in love with your neighbors.
You're going to fall in love with us.
And you're going to want us to come over.
Just saying.
OK.
Just saying.
We're going to come over for the barbecue.
And this is where you're going to do your entertaining, your life living.
Oh, speakers, baby.
Speakers.
It's all ready to go for a big fan.
And then look at this.
You can see the foothills, big blue skies.
There's acreage properties all around.
And this yard is massive.
It's massive.
And the drive up here is unreal.
And I mean, look, all the neighbors have the most adorable chicken coops and outbuildings.
And they're really smart with us.
Because I know I just told you there are four mild seasons in the Treasure Valley.
But we actually have a fifth season.
It's called the fly season.
I always make a joke.
The flies are so big.
They can't fit through the door anyway.
But it's not true.
They can fit through the door.
You need screens.
So when you see these beautiful custom built houses and they have these accordion sliding
glass doors, I'd skip it most of the time because you're going to want screens.
Yes, you're going to want screens.
You can't go that way.
So we got to go this way.
Oh, we're skipping.
OK, we got to you guys.
My super feature was right there, though.
I know.
But you know what?
The RV bays are epic.
See how I said epic?
They're epic.
OK, big, beautiful primary tray ceiling again with the ceiling fan.
Windows that just, oh my gosh, they practically hit the floor.
I love them.
I love these windows.
The light is just flooding in.
Four windows, all with a screen.
And then check out this beautiful bathroom.
This is why I was confused because I haven't been in here yet.
Do you see?
The toe kick lights came on.
Holy smokes, look at that mirror.
Look at the mirror.
How glorious.
When I said, if you want drama, you're going to get drama in here.
This is drama.
And then look at this.
This is one of those faucets where the water comes out like you're in a fancy hotel.
I mean, it's so pretty.
And then, Ken, step on in to your favorite.
My goodness.
You love showers.
I know you're going to love this shower.
Look at all this storage.
Like, oh my gosh, this is perfect.
Two shower heads, one with a handle.
Comes right off.
And then, boom, no lift.
You don't have to step up into the shower.
Storage, toilet, huge.
Walk-in closet with tons of built-in.
Tons and tons of built-in.
Oh, yeah.
Then you come over this way.
Sorry, I'm swinging around.
And you're in a laundry room.
Okay, we've got the bar above the sink, which they get three million points for.
Because you want to be able to hang your wet clothes above the sink and let the water drip in.
Ken's disappointed.
He said, I'm only allowed to give two points for things.
Not very happy with your just being so liberal handing out points like that.
I know, but you know what?
It's the only time I'm liberal.
Let me tell you.
That's true.
I'm on the right.
You know what I mean?
Okay, closet.
Look at this.
Toilet.
Another one.
I know.
Oh, this is perfect.
I know.
Down the hall to you.
And look at how cool this wall is in here.
Look at that.
Isn't that cool?
I know.
And then another cool mirror and light and all the things.
And it's just tucked away from, you know, from life living.
So you can have some privacy.
Can we go to my super beach right now?
We can.
Okay.
So you guys, just to kind of get you a little reacclimated again.
Here's the kitchen.
Okay.
Behind Ken is the door to the double RV base.
So you come off the kitchen right here.
Go ahead, Ken.
Take them in.
Look at this.
This is so nice.
This is definitely one of my favorite floor plans by this builder.
Maybe all of them are my favorite, but this is one of my favorites.
And then look, a full size refrigerator.
This one's taller than the other one.
It is.
Yeah.
So you got another refrigerator and freezer right here.
All of the shelvings.
This is a Costco pantry.
Okay.
Another refrigerator right here.
Another sink.
More countertop space.
More cupboards.
Shelving.
This is great.
So great.
All right.
And then you come back down this way and you got your boot bench right here.
Okay.
Hang up your stuff here.
Showed you that there's a closet over this way for your bathroom.
See, it's tricky, right?
My brain keeps doing that.
It's tricky.
We have filmed a lot of videos today, guys, but we have not filmed anything like this.
You want to know why?
It's not easy to find something like this already built.
Okay.
So we come down here and we've got an oversized garage right here.
We've got all of the windows letting the natural light in.
You can see your front porch from in here.
And then you come into Disney World.
Look at this.
Not just one, but two big old deep RV bays.
I mean, is this bananas?
You got to do it.
It's bananas, Batman or whatever you say, Ken.
Holy smokes, Batman.
That's what it is.
Okay.
So huge.
You didn't bring your doohickey today.
I didn't, but I do have the numbers on the size of these things.
And I will tell you in just a minute, we'll have some kitchen talk.
Rachel, this one alone on this side is massive.
I know.
So you can have an RV bay and a basketball court and golf carts and go off-roading because
we're nearby everything.
You're going to want everything.
Can the Living in Idaho team buy this house, make it our office?
Okay.
And then this is the...
I think our office should have two RV bays because we're kind of famous for the double
RV bay situation.
We've got the hose bib right here.
And then there is not just one, but two doors in here.
One will take you out to your beautiful acreage property right here.
Oh, I love that.
Bada bing, bada boom.
Look how beautiful that is.
Okay.
And the other door on the other side will take you to one of your driveways because
remember this neighborhood had two driveways.
So are you a car enthusiast?
Are you a golfer?
Are you an ATV rider?
Are you an RVer?
Are you a basketball player?
Are you just someone who has a lot of stuff and you need somewhere to put it?
What are you?
Because we got all the answers and all the solutions for you in this one house.
Let's get inside the kitchen and talk all about this area.
All right, you guys, it is time for Kitchen Talk with Ben and Rachel.
I do need to mention really quickly, here is a QR code.
You're going to want to scan that and save the info.
We have an interactive map on there.
It is the most epic resource and we designed it so that you can hover over a map and pick
which content you want to see about which community, suburb, city, builder, you name it.
Everything we have ever filmed is on that map.
And so when we talk about the community we're in today, we talk about the builder we're in today.
It's all on that map and you can take a bigger deep dive.
You can ask questions on there.
You can schedule appointments on there.
It's pretty epic.
And that leads me to the next housekeeping note.
So many people think we create these videos on behalf of the builder.
We actually don't.
We handpick which homes, which builders we want to feature and we do it to provide you
with value and to build trust with you so that when you're thinking about relocating here,
you reach out to our team and you hire us to help you relocate to Idaho.
Guys, today we're in one of our favorite suburbs, Middleton, Idaho.
So Middleton, Idaho is this adorable, quintessential Idaho country town,
but where it is positioned and specifically this location,
you feel like you're just out in the country because you kind of are,
but you're still literally 15 minutes from a Costco, less than 10 minutes from the grocery
store, 15 minutes from major hospitals, movie theaters, Targets, Walmart.
You guys, this is the fifth or sixth house tour we have filmed today.
It's the last one.
So the word salad is real.
And we're hangry actually.
Yeah.
And you know what?
There's real good food in Middleton, Idaho.
Some of the best baria ever.
And speaking of that, can save someone's life in the Mexican restaurant here in
Middleton, Idaho because he's a lifesaver.
All right.
Can I tell you a fun story really quick about that?
So they opened up another restaurant up in Emmett.
It's called Tacos Mi Ranchito.
Yes.
We know the owners.
We were in the drive-through and the girl that I saved, she came running up to the window.
She's like, Ken, Ken.
Oh my gosh.
Look, I'm pregnant.
I'm about to have my baby.
She was so excited.
And she wants us to come to the dedication of the baby.
And it's, it's pretty cute.
That also is what's really cool about living in Idaho is even in the more populated suburbs,
you literally see the same people over and over again.
It's really not that big.
So Middleton is just amazing.
If you scan that QR code, then you can take a deeper dive into everything that we filmed
about Middleton.
There's so many good videos on there.
As far as this house is concerned in this community, you're looking at property taxes
of $7,039 a year.
That is it, which is probably at least half, if not a third or a quarter of the property
taxes that you're used to paying.
And that, in addition to the rest of the reduction in cost of living, if you're coming from
Washington, Oregon, California, or really many other parts of the country or the world,
you guys, hands down, it's the best.
Can you imagine what the taxes on this acreage and this size home would be in Texas?
Oh my goodness.
The homes in Texas at this exact price point, you're looking at thousands of dollars a month
on property taxes, you guys.
And things like, okay, our electric, it's all hydropower through the Snake River.
So our electric is a very, very low bill.
We've got farms all around.
Stop at a local farm stand for your groceries.
You're supporting a local farmer or a local ranch, and you're saving a lot of money on
your produce and your meat and your dairy.
And it also is much better for you.
Here's another little insider tidbit, and then we'll get into the numbers and how deep
those RV bays are.
The service in Idaho is insane.
Like every restaurant you go to, everyone's friendly.
They're fast.
They do a good job.
And the food is a lot less expensive than eating out anywhere else.
The reason for that is because the servers here make a few dollars an hour, and they're
working for tips.
So make sure you tip your servers.
They do make good money, but because of that, it keeps the restaurant costs down for the
business owner.
And then it keeps the service up because people are working hard for their tips.
And it makes it more affordable for you.
So make sure you tip your servers in Idaho.
Don't stiff them because, well, you shouldn't anyway, right?
I mean, you shouldn't anyway.
Okay, so this house in particular, you saw the community.
We've got acreage property, chicken coops, white picket fences, all of the Idaho dreams
right here.
This builder is building this home and many other neighborhoods just like this.
And they also are building these kind of models on lots that we call lock and leave.
So it will have like a big, beautiful pond and less land.
So you can have a beautiful, magnificent backyard and no maintenance and everything in between.
And that's where you just got to reach out and give us a call.
And we can kind of help figure out which community, which builder, which layout, home, all of
the things.
This house is a three bed, four bath, 2,838 square feet.
One of those RV bays is 49 feet deep and the other is 43 feet deep.
Nice.
And then the garage itself is an oversized garage.
Yeah.
Okay.
And you got the two...
Driveways.
I was trying to think of the word runway.
Again, remember I said word salad.
Okay.
This house is $1,359,900.
You're going to need more information to go ahead and click on this link.
We'll see you over there.
And until the next time, be blessed.
