It's another beautiful, gorgeous, spectacular day out here in Arizona. And where are we? How about Surprise, Arizona, in a community. It's called Artisan Adesante and our builder is Pulte Homes. And you know what today is, don't you? Of course you do. Tuesday Home Deals. Tuesday Home Opportunities. And this home is no exception. It has been discounted, reduced, with a savings of over $55,000 plus. Yes, there's a plus. The builder is giving incentives of over $26,000. Absolutely great. And again, Surprise, Arizona. Yes, you get both. An office and a flex room, plus the two-car garage. And like I said, 2137 square feet for the savings of $55,977 plus the incentive money as of today, $26,820. This is a great, beautiful home. So, let's go ahead and take you on in there. You might actually love it. And you know what it says as we come to the front door. It says, come on in. So, let's go ahead and mosey on in now. So, here we go. Standing right in front of the front door. And as you can already tell, no furniture. Because like I said, it is a quick move-in that's ready right now. So, we're standing in front of the front door. I'm going to turn to the right. And this is an office. You have a very nice size window out to the front. Very nice size. Let me back up over here so you can get an idea what it looks like in orientation to the door. Front door, and then there's the big flex room right here. Give you another look at that. Very, very nice. So, going back to the front door. Now, we're going to walk on into the main part of the house. The kitchen, the dining, the family room. Very nice, large, and spacious. Go ahead and enjoy. All righty now. So, let's go ahead and bring you back into the kitchen. It kind of echoes in here because it's empty. And my voice is just kind of bouncing off the walls. So, let's get you into this kitchen. I just remembered too, I didn't really give you a close-up look at the kitchen at the very beginning. So let me go ahead and do that. And I want to back up on this side so you can see the island. And I do apologize, I kind of got out of sequence here for you of what I normally do. But it'll all work and I'll make sure I get it all for you. Nice stainless steel refrigerator. And like I mentioned earlier, this home is a quick move-in spec home. And they've already started taping it up, as you will see throughout, for the trades to come in and do some touch-ups. Nice big slider glass door going out to your covered back patio. And I will take you out there at the end. But I want to come all the way to the back and bring you back to the kitchen. And I'll zoom in for you just so you can see it. There you go. And I'll do a little more. There you go. And way in the far distance there is your front door that I have cracked open. So there is a lot of room here. You are definitely not going to feel cramped, crowded at all. Lots of room right in here. And the nice thing about this floor plan with the Barletta, there are a lot of options on how you can configure it out as far as bedrooms and so forth. This one, the way they have it laid out is my favorite. So I'm going to back up before we go down and show you all the rooms. So here we have kitchen off to the side of the wall. This is where all the bedrooms are. So we're going to walk down over here, turning to the left. Here's your garage door entrance. And here's your laundry room. And yes, it's coming with a washer and dryer. It does have a shelf up there. However, you know, as you might know or not know, if you don't want that shelf and you would rather have cabinets, all you have to do is reach out to me. I have vendors, trades, referrals for you if that's something that you want to do. And then you have even more space over here. Guess what that's for? It's plumbed for a sink. So if you want to have a sink, all you have to do is get it installed. And if you need a plumber, like I said, all you have to do is let me know. I have the trades and the vendors for you if you want them. Okay. So backing up out of here, here's guest bedroom number one, window to the side with right here, slider door closets. And then backing up again, here's a flex room. There's guest bedroom number two. Right in the middle of these flex rooms, of these bedrooms is a flex room. And it's a very nice size flex room, window to the side. So if you have the kids here, they want a computer room, a game room, a TV room, they can have their own room. Because remember, you have an office and a den up in the front. So in essence, you have two flex rooms and it's three bedrooms, which is really, really nice. My favorite way to do this barletta floor plan right here. If you don't need a fourth bedroom and if you're okay with having this flex room, it works out great. And I'm going to turn around, give you another view of the vanity. It is the higher height vanity. Some builders, when they're building, when they give you that higher height, that is an added upgrade. And with Pulte, it is an upgrade. So they are giving you the higher height vanity in the shared bathroom, which I think is fantastic. And there I am again, I didn't even realize it. How do I do this? There I am. Hello. And then as we exit out, there's another room with a look at the flex room, bedroom, laundry room. And then right here is going to be your coat closet. Let me show that to you for all those cold, blistering, freezing days that last maybe one or two days. Then directly across from that is the linen storage. This is kind of nice. Actually, I like it a lot. Let me open it up. It's actually a double door linen closet. You don't usually get this much linen space. Look at all that. Linen space, storage space, whatever you need. This is really, really nice. And this isn't the only one. There's another one in the house too. So I'm going to shut that and then I'm going to back up and give you, you know how I like to give you recaps and orientation. So I'm going to step up and step into the main part of the house. I'm going to back up. Okay. So now we're going to walk down to the hall, coat closet, double door linen, shared bath, guest bedroom one, flex room, guest bedroom two, garage door entrance, and your favorite room. And then back out to the main part of the house again. So far so good. Are you with me? Okay. So now we're going to walk to the other end of the house and this is where your primary bedroom is going to be. All the way around right here. Nice size primary bedroom with a very nice size and large picture window going out to your backyard. Then as we walk on through, brings us into the bathroom and they're giving you a super shower, which is fantastic. Nice vanity, nice space in between sinks. Let me go all the way up for you. There you go. Give you a nice look at that vanity. And then right here is your super shower. I think it looks so crisp and clean with it being everything being white. You have those nice windows, the three nice, oh, there I am again. Hello, where am I? Okay, there I am. Hello. Too many mirrors in this house. So let's get back to the tour and thank you for being here. Super shower, three nice windows right above and they are giving you a nice bench. Let me show that to you as well. Isn't that nice? And I'll give you another look at the vanity without me in it. Try to. And I'll go all the way up for you. Isn't that nice? I think it's pretty spectacular. Turning all the way around. Here's going to be your closet. There's a little con or strike mark against it. It would probably be the closet. It's a little on the small side, not super small, but a little bit on the small side. You have room for purses and shoes, whatnot. You have one bar and then right over here you have two, which is fantastic. And then on the other side, they gave you two. So at least two walls, they gave you upper lowers. So they are utilizing the space very, very nicely. So let me come back over here, give you another look at that. And then as we exit, hello again. And then right over here is your water closet. Let me open that for you. Yes, you get a water closet. There you go. And then look at your vanity. And then out we go to the primary room. Give you another look at that. Nice spacious room. And like I said earlier, a nice big picture window going out to the backyard. What do you think so far? Let me show you, because there wasn't one in the bathroom per se, but you got this big, huge one right outside the primary bedroom, which is nice. Normally they wouldn't be that big. Oops, sorry. So you actually get two flex rooms. Yes, you do. Two bedrooms, two baths, an office, a flex room, two car garage. Unbelievable. And like I said at the very beginning, it's discounted and it's reduced with a savings of $55,977. You just can't beat that. Plus on top of that, the builder is giving you over $26,000 of incentive money. The exact figure they're giving you is, as of this date, on August 13, 2026, because they change all the time, the incentive money is $26,820. You can use that money to buy down the interest rate, to pay for your closing costs and or bring down the purchase price. So between the $26,000 and the $55,000 plus discount, you have a great, great amount of money here to bring down and to purchase this home if you really want it. The HOA out here, as I mentioned earlier, it's a fantastic HOA. In fact, it's probably one of the best HOA amenities out here. Let me tell you a little bit of what you get. It costs $185 a month and what do you get? You get two pools. You get a huge, huge resort style pool. You get a lap pool so that if you want to go swim laps and go back and forth and back and forth and then back and forth and back and forth, you can. You can do that till your heart's content. Don't have to worry about the kids playing and splashing in your way because they're going to be in a completely different pool and you're going to have your own lap pool. What else do they have out here? They have pickleball out here, basketball courts, but what's really nice as well, they have a very, very nice fitness center with a lot of different variety of gym equipment. Plus, there's a lot of pluses out here. Plus, they have a yoga room, an exercise room, and they have classes here for you as well. Plus, plus, they have a huge, beautiful, gorgeous clubhouse. In fact, if I lived down here, I'd probably bring my laptop and go into that clubhouse almost every single day and work there. It is really, really nice and on that side of where the clubhouse is, there's our two sides. There's a fitness center and the pool side and when you walk clear on the other side where the clubhouse is, you can go out the door. There's a grassy park out there. There's other shuffleboards, ping pong, there's cornhole, there's a fire pit, there's seating areas. This HOA amenity is amazing. Plus, yes, there's more pluses. You have grassy parks throughout the community. You have playgrounds throughout the community. You have so much out here that you would just love it. Plus, another thing you want to know, what else they have out here? They are in the mindset of having the community get together. So, if you want to find friends, get friends and get involved with the community, they have the food trucks that come out, I think, once a week or once a month. I don't remember, but they have them come out and so the community can come out and enjoy each other. That's just one of the many things that they do to bring the community together. Plus, during the holiday seasons, they always do stuff for that as well. And just in case you don't want this house and you don't want to save over $55,000 and you'd rather build a barletta, you're welcome to do that.
