Hello YouTube, welcome back to the channel. This week's challenge is to use three forms of transport
to travel around the UK. Let's dive in to this week's vlog. The challenge kicked off in Dorset.
We were told that we could use a bus, a train and a boat to get around the UK. We'd never been
to Poole bus station before. It's where all buses rest overnight and people gather to board them.
But the question was, can we get around the country without paying a single penny? The
Breezer bus arrived and we got on. We handed the bus driver a letter that we had made up earlier.
It took him a while to understand what we gave him but eventually he let us on the bus free.
Even though it wasn't an open top bus, we headed to the top deck so the children could enjoy the
ride. We were making good progress on our journey and it was time to get off. But where were we?
It looked familiar but we were assured that this was just the first leg of our trip and that we
were making progress. As we walked past the traffic, we felt confident that we were in
the Yorkshire Dells with mountain goats on the verge and stone built houses. But wait a minute,
we had definitely been here before. We had only reached Corfe castle and were still in Dorset.
Right let's go quickly toilet because time, time is going.
So we arrived at our second form of transport, sure that this would get us to Scotland.
We weren't sure if we needed a passport. We saw a lady who looked very official
and thought she might be our free ticket onto the train to Scotland.
We made small talk to distract her enough to get through the station and onto the platform.
Because that was the first hurdle to getting onto the cross-country train. We headed towards a group
of people with children to blend in. Chris was excited because it seemed like we had made it.
We were about to board the cross-country train.
We avoided the train official because we didn't want to be apprehended. We boarded the train and
found a seat in first class thinking that if we were in the highest class we would be less likely
to be questioned. We were on the journey that felt like forever. We arrived in Scotland.
Oh that's why. That doesn't work. Yeah I know that doesn't help. It's for scorching.
Yeah wait then one minute. No no it's fine I'm going to do, yeah I'm going to film as we go out.
Thank you. Upon getting off the train we walked through the high street that looked familiar.
We thought we were in Stromness, Orkney. A beautiful village by the beach. However we
realised that we were actually in the beautiful sunny Swanage. A historic village in Dorset by
the coast. Swanage is known for its stunning beaches, historic pier and charming Victorian
architecture. Nestled on the Isle of Purbeck this coastal town offers breathtaking views and rich
history making it a favourite destination for tourists. It seemed like we were going around
in circles. The journey had taken so long but we had gotten nowhere. This would take us across
to the North Sea. We've got one camera now so you know it is.
Oh this ----'s amazing. Really dad should be in the middle to be fair but.
Really. Hold it for the camera. No no no don't worry.
Go on take it mate don't drop it. Don't worry about that. You drop it like a single bit down
saying yeah. My brother is my friend. And this ----'s the best. Yeah. Or a baby train.
I know. Filming. I'm just chatting.
Right so where are we going now? Okay so we've got the sea on our left and we're hoping to
continue our voyage around the world. We're going on to the pier and we're going to be jumping on a
Swanage pier. And these where you can get different boats out of this place towards
the pool area. Yeah so you've got Swanage you can get boats different fish and trips as well.
Not fish and trips. We just had those. Fishing trips. You had those and I think some of your
seagulls tried to have those too. Yeah exactly. So you can get fishing trips from over there
and you've got speedboat rides over there as well. That's new. That's really new. Or
hire boats maybe you can hire them. And then obviously you've got bigger boats that come here.
So on that bigger boat is that the one we're trying to get around the country on? Yeah we're
set to cruises. What are we going to do try and get to North Sea? I doubt we'll go North Sea.
It seemed like we were going around in circles. The journey had taken so long but we had gotten
nowhere. It was time for the boat and we were promised that this would take us across to the
North Sea. Hello can we have a ticket please? Hello. Will it get us to the North Sea?
We're trying to get to the North Sea. We're trying to get to the North Sea
on this boat. Do you think it's going to get us there? Yeah. Yeah we'll get there.
Okay so we're just about to board the boat and apparently this boat's going to get us to the
North Sea. So let's see how far we go on it. I'm going to go and see if I can go
and upset the captain again. He's pushing his luck. As always.
We saw a little opening at the side of the boat. This was going to be our way on without paying
a penny.
