Baby Buys Haul!!

Hey guys, it's Rachel and today I'm here to do my very first Baby by Haul. Super excited and thrilled to show you all the little goodies that I have for Troy. So let's go ahead and get started. So first item I have, I'm super excited about, is this cute little lamb. And I got this from a friend of mine. She surprised me one day when we went out for lunch. And I was just so excited, it almost made me cry, I'm not going to lie. So it comes with this little notch here and you just twist it and it plays cute little nursery songs. So I love it. She got this from a store called Family Christian. I don't know the price but I'll look it up for you guys so you have an idea. But how cute, right? So this will be his little friend, little lamby. And then I have this six shelf closet organizer with two drawers. And my mom purchased this for me from Walmart. I think she said she paid five bucks for it, that it was on sale. And it's huge you guys, freaking huge. And if you know me, I am a big organized freak. So I was super excited to get this because it'll be nice to have all his little items you know, in one place and organized because we will be sharing a closet. I have baby blankets. So I bought him some for receiving blankets. My mom and everybody was like, oh you should weigh baby, you'll get it at the baby shower. But I feel like you could never have too many of these because they're necessary for a lot of things. Like you could use them as burping cloths, spit cloths, you know, as a changing table pretty much to cover him up when he's in the car seat, just a variety of things. So I decided that I had to have those. And it was, it was $6.99. And I bought it from Bell's Outlet. And when I did research, I saw that everybody was selling it for like 13, 14 bucks. So I'm happy that I purchased this for the price that I got it for. And then one of the big items for baby is this Fisher Price infant to toddler little, what do you call this? It's infant to toddler rocker. So my mom bought this for him online. She said she got it for a really good deal. I think she paid like 30 bucks for it. And so I thought that was a steal and it will grow with him. So that's why I love it. And not only that, but it's kind of gender neutral, which is what I'm aiming for. I want all the big items to be gender neutral that way when I have my other babies, I don't have to feel the urge to like switch them out. You know what I mean? Like I can use all the big items over and over again until I'm done having kids. And then I have two hooded towels. My mom purchased this from Babies R Us and I think she said there was a sale on it as well for like five bucks or something like that. And so she said she just couldn't resist. So she got him some hooded towels, which is definitely a necessity. And then of course, another necessity for the baby, sorry I have to reach over, is his little baby tub. And what's funny is I just found out that EJ's mom went out and bought the baby a baby tub as well. So now I'm debating if I should take one back or if I should like keep them both, you know what I mean? So that when I'm at his place, I could use that one. And then when I'm at my place, I could use this one, maybe a travel one. I don't know yet, but yes, my mom got this for him as well. And she said she got it on sale, but I think we're just going to go ahead and like take it back for something else just because we already have one. And then my friend made this baby blanket and I just, I was so excited you guys, I almost teared up. So here is the baby blanket and she stitched up this entire top part, if you can see. So she stitched up that entire top part and I was just so, so, so excited. I love handmade things. When people take the time to make things for you, it's just very sentimental. So this will be a keepsake forever. So thank you Rina if you are watching that. And then I also have this CeraVe baby diaper rash cream that I got from the Dollar Tree, believe it or not. Only paid a dollar for it, of course. And online they sell it for six, seven bucks at Target, at Baby's R Us. It's a really popular brand. So the fact that they have it for a buck at the Dollar Tree was a steal. I have this homemade baby quilt for the baby. And we got this from a center that if you go and you take a certain amount of classes like nutrition classes or lactation classes, birthing classes, you get free items as you keep going to them. And so my first set of free items was this huge baby quilt and again it's handmade by a woman named Kathy, I believe. So I'll leave all her information in the description. And then I also got this one, which I really, really like and I like the feel of it. It's really nice material and I'm probably going to use this one for decor. And then I have this one as well. And I think I'm going to give this one to my sister-in-law because she just found out she's expecting as well. So I think this will be really cute for her and her little baby. That way we can be like twinsies and kind of match. And then, what else do I have? I have these Cuties Newborn diapers. Now I'm not big on the diaper brand. I don't really know too much about diapers and what's the best out there. I tried to do some research but there's mixed reviews on every set of diapers you have. There's some people that are like all about the Honest Company and I know that's a popular brand. And then there's some people that are like no, Honest Company sucks. And then there's some people that's like Cuties is super cheap, don't get it. And there's some people that's like get it for the price. So I don't know. I got these as a gift and I'm going to use them up. If I don't like them I'll just change it. But for now, I think I'm going with the Pampers brand. I do want to try the Honest Company just because it's really trendy right now and I just want to see what it's all about. But I think I'm going to go with the Pampers. But let me know down below what's your favorite brand. I do have travel size huggie diapers that I got from the Dollar Tree so I don't know. I may just stick with those too. Depends. I got Baby this Merry Christmas book and it has tons of stories, tons of songs. If you guys know me, you know I'm huge on reading to babies. I'm huge on the sign language, the music, getting that stimulation, getting that brain working for them. So I had to pick this up. This was a buck. A buck. And a brand new book but this was purchased at Costco but again, I paid a dollar for it at the thrift store and I'm super excited for December to roll around so Baby can have tons of fun with me. And then I also have this for him. This is an instant ear thermometer and I got this from the thrift store. This was $4.99 and a random person actually paid for this. He was so so so sweet and kind. He saw me and came in and he's like, hey I just want to let you know I bought you something. It's God's calling for me to give this to you and I wish you luck on you and your baby but I just felt the urge that I had to buy this for you. And so when he said that it honestly made me super emotional. So excited and happy that he gave this to me because I will always need this. So of course this is an instant ear thermometer. It checks for fevers and all that stuff and I'm just super thankful. This at one point used to be $50. That's really nice and thoughtful and I think that is about everything. I don't know if I showed you the detergent but I do have detergent here for the baby. My mom purchased it for me to wash all of his little baby clothes. So yes, that is all for now. I do have a Graco pack and play. I'm about to go in and show you that really quick. So before I show you the Graco pack and play, I wanted to show you two items that I actually missed you guys. You know, my brain is just like crazy right now. I don't remember anything but I did get baby this nursery night light and I absolutely love it. I paid $2 for it at Bell's Outlet and I wanted to stick with the nautical theme but I just couldn't pass this up because he was only $2 and when the light shines through the holes it is super cool. So I paid this or I got that for him I should say. And then I also got him this cute little set. This is an Easter set so this one has Happy Easter on it. It's a onesie and this was $2 and then I also got him the matching pants that has the little Easter bunny on the booty and then on the feet it just says Happy Easter. And I paid $1 for this at Baby's Art Rest because Easter was over so I paid $3 for this entire outfit and that's in the size 6 to 9 months because when he's 9 months it'll be Easter. Hopefully he can fit it and if not I'll just take pictures beforehand and post it on Easter. You know how we do. But now let me go in and show you the Graco pack and play. Guys so this is the Graco pack and play. It's a portable play yard. It has a full size removable bassinet, a push button fold and drawable frame and as well as that I also got the sheets to go along with it and this as comfort and you know it's just really cute I guess so. I got this. Alright guys so in case you're curious the Graco pack and play was free because I attended a few birthing classes and because of that I was awarded the Graco pack and play as well as the fitted sheet. So I know that was a lot, that was a mouthful but if you guys want to see a used baby clothing haul let me know because majority of choice clothes are hand-me-downs so let me know if that's something you're interested in.
