_Raiders LB Segun Olubi Elite Performance Strategy

Can you talk about your camp and how you feel it's gone and your performance, please? I think it's awesome. I think, you know, the opportunity for our instructors, like, we have a great, great staff and we have a great senior player to learn from. So, I think just pulling from different areas and being able to structure my game throughout the whole process. Those are really experienced players, right? So, like, being able to pull different tools from them and being able to see the way they see the game. The way that they're able to use their strengths and weaknesses and, you know, things like that. It's always nice to see another color jersey, you know what I mean? And be able to kind of look out there and see, okay, where do you measure up versus, you know, some different players. And you see great players in practice all the time, so it's like, okay, what do we do when we see somebody else in a different uniform? Yeah, I mean, you never lose that. You're always appreciative of the humility and that grace. It's huge. You always think about that. There's a lot of young players on special teams and other sort of games, you know. Can you just talk about what you believe that you need to do better as a whole and what you have special within your experience to help them out as a unit as well? Yeah, that's something that we're talking about and it's something that can't happen in the blocks and everything.
