In this video, you will learn how to identify Selector Switch terminals without using a wiring diagram and understand which contacts operate in each selector position.

I have explained the Selector Switch terminal identification step by step so that electricians, ITI students, technicians and beginners can easily understand the working of a 2-position and 3-position selector switch.

You will also learn how to check the selector switch contacts, identify NO and NC terminals, understand the MAN-OFF-AUTO selector switch, and see which terminal becomes active in Manual and Auto mode.

At the end of the video, I have also explained a practical Auto Manual Motor Control Wiring circuit using a selector switch, contactor and control device.
