The Beauty of a Slow Day in Ireland | Homemade Kibbeh & New Kitchen Finds

Today, I share some new things I found for our kitchen and slowly bring them into our home, creating a cozy and simple atmosphere. I also bring home a new orchid to add a touch of greenery and beauty to the kitchen.

*Ingredients:*
• 600 g lean ground beef
• 1 small cup of kibbeh wheat (bulgur), approximately 1 coffee cup
• 1 medium onion
• Salt, to taste
• Syrian pepper, to taste
• Fresh mint sprigs
• Mozzarella cheese
• Brazilian-style creamy cheese spread (requeijão)
