🍫4-Cup Flour Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
• 4 cups self-raising flour
• 2 cups caster sugar
• 1 cup cocoa powder
• 2 cups milk
• 1⅓ cups vegetable oil
• 4 large eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1⅓ cups hot water or hot coffee

Method
1. Heat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Grease and line a large baking tin.
2. In a large bowi, whisk together the flour, sugar and cocoa.
3. Add the milk, oil, eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth.
4. Gradually mix in the hot water/coffee. The batter will be quite runny.
5. Pour into the tin and bake for 20-25 minutes, checking with a skewer from 20 minutes.
6. Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before turning out.
