I Wasn’t Prepared for Scotland

Some places live in your imagination long before you ever visit them. Scotland was one of those places for me.
In this first film of a three-part journey across Scotland, I travel to the remote Ardnamurchan Peninsula - a place of ancient volcanoes, quiet coastal roads, white sand beaches, and the most westerly point on mainland Britain.
From the Ardnamurchan Lighthouse to the turquoise waters of Sanna Bay and the historic ruins of Castle Tioram, this journey became an unforgettable introduction to a country that constantly surprised me.
This film is part of a three-part series I created in collaboration with VisitScotland, exploring Scotland through cinematic storytelling and slow travel. I'm grateful to have you along on this journey with me.
A big thank you to Nomadic Scotland for providing the vehicle and helping make this journey possible"
