Woman in charge of dogs found in Manorhaven building disputes animal neglect allegations

Police in Nassau are investigating a case of animal neglect after removing 21 dogs from a commercial building on the North Shore. While authorities report that some animals were malnourished and lacked food and water, the woman in charge, Selma Kazil, claims she is a victim and that her employees abandoned the animals while she was out of state.
