What Two Chefs Really Eat In Paris

Two chefs, 36 hours, and one of the greatest food cities in the world.
This week on Food Unfiltered, I’m in Paris with my best mate and fellow chef Adam Bateman, Executive Chef at Pan Pacific London. We’re both August birthdays, so we decided to celebrate properly, by eating and drinking our way around the city.
Over 36 hours we visit some of the best food spots in Paris, from historic institutions to modern names everyone talks about. We eat foie gras and french onion soup at Le Procope Paris’s oldest bistro, visit Stohrer, the bakery where the rum baba was created, have oysters and beef tartare at Marché des Enfants Rouges, stop at Cédric Grolet, visit chocolatier Pleincœur, try the famous worlds best sandwich at Le Petit Vendôme, and finish with Ruinart Champagne in Montmartre.
It’s part food tour, part birthday trip, and basically two chefs trying to fit as much of Paris into 36 hours as possible.
If you’re planning a trip to Paris, looking for the best places to eat in Paris, or just want to see where two chefs choose to eat, drink and explore, this one’s for you.
