Mystery surrounds abandoned boat found floating off Atlantic Highlands

Authorities are searching for a missing 64-year-old man from Pennsylvania after his commercial clamming boat was found drifting unmanned near the Seastreak Pier in Atlantic Highlands, Monmouth County. The vessel was discovered Monday morning, and the New Jersey State Police have taken over the investigation to determine the owner's whereabouts.
