A Beautiful Autumn Day On The Farm | baking apple pie

Mix butter, sugar, and flour together until crumbly. Sprinkle half of this mixture into an unbaked pie shell. Peel, core, and halve the apples. Place cut side down in pie shell. Cover with the rest of the crumb mixture, then pour the heavy cream over. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for 45 mins or until the crust is golden, and apples are soft.
This is our very favorite apple pie! Delicious served with homemade whipped cream or ice cream.
