Whisk together the mineral water, milk, eggs and grated cheese, then tear 3 yufka leaves into small pieces and add to the mixture. Line a baking sheet with one intact yufka leaf, spread half of the soaked yufka mixture evenly, add the cheese filling, then cover with the remaining mixture. Fold the edges inward and cover with the final yufka leaf. Spread the glaze over and bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes. ⏱ Chapter
