Slow living in the English countryside 🍂🐑 | Nature, tea, autumn baking & cottagecore
Slow living in the English countryside. A cozy autumn vlog with peaceful village walks, birdsong, relaxing nature sounds, sheep and horses, rainy day tea with my cat, and cinnamon baked apples. Come along for a quiet escape to rural England. We begin with a gentle walk through an English village and its churchyard, listening to birds singing and enjoying the sounds of nature. Nearby, sheep graze in a meadow. Back at home, I share a comforting tea ritual with my cat. When a rainy day arrives, we slow down with another cup of tea and a few moments peaceful indoors. Later, we head out for another countryside walk, passing horses and taking in the beautiful rural views. To finish the day, we make baked apples with cinnamon in a cozy, candlelit kitchen — a simple autumn treat for a quiet evening at home🤎 This video is perfect for anyone who enjoys: • Slow living in the English countryside • Peaceful English village and churchyard walks • Birdsong and relaxing nature sounds • Sheep grazing in a meadow • Horses and beautiful rural views • Cozy tea rituals with a cat • Quiet, rainy days at home • Cottagecore and simple living • Candlelit kitchens and autumn baking • Warm baked cinnamon apples • Relaxing countryside vlogs and mindful moments Which part would you choose for a slow afternoon — the countryside walk, tea with my cat, or warm baked apples? Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Using a spoon, carefully remove the cores from the apples, creating a hollow about 1 cm thick. Arrange the apples in an ovenproof dish and set aside. 2. Make the crumble topping: In a bowl, combine the chopped walnuts, flour, 25 g of brown sugar, raisins, and ¼ tsp cinnamon. Rub the mixture gently with your fingers until it forms small crumbs. Set aside. 3. Prepare the creamy filling: In a separate bowl, mix the ricotta, egg yolk, remaining 30 g of brown sugar, ¼ tsp cinnamon, and vanilla until smooth and creamy. 4. Assemble the apples: Spoon the ricotta filling into each hollowed apple. Sprinkle about three-quarters of the crumble topping over each one. 5. Bake for about 35 minutes, until the apples are tender and the crumble is golden. 6. Serve warm, topped with the remaining crumble and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you wish. 🍯 Chapters 🕯️
