Judge orders man shot by ICE to court as police release new body cam video

A federal judge has ordered Wilbur Garces Perez, a Venezuelan man shot by an ICE officer in Texas, to appear in court as his legal team fights his deportation. While new police video shows Perez after the incident, the shooting itself was not captured on camera, as the officer involved was not wearing their issued body camera.
