Pumpkin harvest: 500+ varieties on display

The Minnesota Landscape Arboretum is harvesting a massive variety of colorful gourds and pumpkins. Featuring over 500 varieties in a rainbow of colors—including pink, blue, and yellow—the harvest spans 15 fields and totals approximately 60 tons. While most are for decorative display, some squash varieties are edible and sold at the Apple House.
