Horsch case: Woman recalls 2012 encounter with father, son linked to Olney investigation
A woman who asked not to be identified says she encountered Raymond "R.C." Horsch and his son Eugene more than a decade ago and has since spoken with Philadelphia detectives investigating missing and unidentified women connected to a home on Chew Avenue in Olney.
The woman said she decided to share her story in hopes that other women will come forward and that families will find justice.
"When I saw this story break, I was like, 'Oh my God, I know who that is,'" she said.
The woman said she met R.C. and Eugene in 2012 while she was homeless and using drugs. Unlike other accounts, she said she did not meet the men in Kensington.
